Description
Automatisch wirkende Hubvorrichtung Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum automati schen Heben von Säcken, Harassen, Fässern usw.
Solche Heber sind in der Praxis seit längerer Zeit eingesetzt und haben sich auch gut bewährt. Bei den bekannten Konstruktionen ist jedoch die Unfallgefahr bei der Arbeit sowie die Geräuschentwicklung gross.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, beide Nachteile zu beheben. Sie ist im folgenden beispiels weise beschrieben.
Beim Aufsetzen einer Last auf die Plattform 1 wird die Feder 2 zusammengedrückt, die Plattform senkt sich um den Federweg und betätigt über das Gestänge 3 den Schalter 4, welcher den Elektromotor 5 in Betrieb setzt. Die Kupplung 6 verbindet Motor und Gewinde stange 7, auf welche eine Gewindemutter 8 geschraubt ist. Auf die Gewindemutter sind beidseitig Seilrollen 9 montiert.
Ein Stahlseil 10 ist durch zwei Löcher in der Hebersäule eingezogen, je ein Ende wurde über die Seilrollen 9 und 11 durch die Druckfeder 2 mit der Plattform 1 fest verbunden. Bei eingeschaltetem Mo tor dreht die Gewindestange, die Gewindemutter be wegt sich nach unten, schleppt das Stahlseil mit und die Plattform fährt mit doppelter Gewindemuttergeschwin- digkeit nach oben. Die Plattformöse 12 stösst an den ein stellbaren Nocken 13 und der Schalter stellt den Mo- tor ab.
Beim Entfernen der Last drückt die Feder die Plattform weiter nach oben, der Schalter wird auf Rücklauf gestellt und die Plattform senkt sich. Der Endnocken 14 betätigt über das Gestänge den Schalter und dieser stellt den Motor wieder ab.

The invention is based on the object of eliminating both disadvantages. It is described as an example in the following.
When a load is placed on the platform 1, the spring 2 is compressed, the platform lowers by the spring travel and, via the linkage 3, actuates the switch 4, which activates the electric motor 5. The coupling 6 connects the motor and the threaded rod 7, onto which a threaded nut 8 is screwed. Cable pulleys 9 are mounted on both sides of the threaded nut.
A steel cable 10 is pulled through two holes in the lifting column, one end each was firmly connected to the platform 1 via the cable pulleys 9 and 11 by the compression spring 2. When the motor is switched on, the threaded rod rotates, the threaded nut moves downwards, dragging the steel cable with it and the platform moves upwards at double the threaded nut speed. The platform eyelet 12 hits the adjustable cam 13 and the switch switches off the engine.
When removing the load, the spring pushes the platform further upwards, the switch is set to reverse and the platform lowers. The end cam 14 actuates the switch via the linkage and this switches the engine off again.
