System for pouring liquids, in particular beverages, under the exclusion of air The subject of the present invention is a system that serves to pour out liquids, in particular beverages, under complete exclusion of air, preferably with the aid of the line pressure of the water supply, which is characterized in that the vessel has a Has piston with double-acting seals and vent screw, on one side there is a pressure-generating medium and on the other side of the piston the beverage to be conveyed is located, which is dispensed via an outflow line, characterized in that
that this beverage outflow line is connected to the vessel side of the pressurized medium via a shut-off valve and a regulable pressure valve, the whole thing in such a way that a certain pressure is maintained when filling the vessel and that liquid medium can flow out through the beverage outflow line.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing using an exemplary embodiment.
The only figure shows a vessel, in particular as a larger storage vessel with a direct feed line to the bar.
The system consists of a, resting on a foot 12, cylindrical pressure vessel 7 with screwed-on system, upwardly curved cover 10 and a parallel curved base, between which there is a piston element 8, also parallel to the base and cover, be the has a double-acting seal 9, so it closes hermetically in both directions. In the lower part of the vessel is the beverage to be transported, in the upper part the pressure medium, which here consists of water, but could also be air.
If the vessel is stored in the cellar, for example, and forms a large storage container, then it can be refilled by connecting it to a beverage tanker equipped with a pump as soon as the contents of the beverage are exhausted. For this purpose, cocks 2 and 4 are closed and cocks 1 and 3 are opened. The piston 8 has a vent screw 11 for filling. The drink is introduced via a line 23. If the beverage is now pumped into the vessel under pressure, the water content is emptied via a filter 22 through a beverage riser pipe 16, where it can be led into a drain 21 at the outlet tap 6. This process flushes the pipeline at the same time.
After the vessel has been filled with the drink, tap 1 and 3 are closed again, drain tap 5 is opened, the contents of the pipe are emptied and tap 5 is closed again. Then tap 4, which connects the pressurized water line, is opened for the renewed start-up, so that the drink comes under pressure again and also tap 2 of the drink rising pipe. The pressure medium enters via a line 13 and via a line 14 out. When tap 6 is opened, the drink comes out again at the destination. For security reasons, the various taps can only be operated with special keys that are in the possession of the beverage supplier.
In order to ensure the right temperature for the drink at the dispensing location, a smaller expansion container 17 provided with an insulation 18 is attached in the line, preferably in the immediate vicinity of the tapping tap, which, depending on the drink, is equipped with a cooling device or a heater, e.g. a heating coil 19 is equipped.
Since the beverage in the storage vessel is filled under counter pressure, e.g. In the case of beer, to prevent foaming, the outlet tap 3 is provided with an adjustable ble regulating valve 15, through which the pressure of the water that is pushed out is kept constant at a certain level.
The present system allows for the first time the transport and distribution of beer and similar foamy beverages in large containers, which allows a very substantial saving in transport costs.
Another possible application is in the event that a direct supply line to the storage container in the basement to the bar is not possible. In order to be able to stock up on larger quantities of drinks and to avoid the laborious bottle transport, the storage container is filled up as described. From this large storage container, smaller, transportable vessels can now be filled according to the present invention. These small vessels are placed under the bar after filling, provided with the appropriate temperature device and connected to the tap water, which in turn transports the drink to the bar in the manner described.
Preferably, vessels with different beverages are combined in a block. This consists of insulation material and has the appropriate heating or cooling hoses for each small container.
In this system, the drink always remains under pressure, which in most cases is not detrimental to the drink. Then, when the beverage tap is opened, the tap water or compressed air presses the drink out as long as the tap remains open. During this time, the same amount of water enters the top of the vessel.
The design of the system allows it to be arranged both horizontally and vertically. This is of great advantage in the case of small vessels according to the present invention, as well as in the case of transport on vehicles for filling the vessels when dispensing beverages.
