Description
Cladding panel The invention relates to a lining panel and its use for lining galleries, shafts and tunnels. Various linings of Stol len in Gebrächtem not stable mountains are known so far, such. B. Cladding with stones, steel and concrete segments. These are costly to manufacture and transport and also have the disadvantage of a great weight, that is, difficult manipulation.
The purpose of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages. The cladding panel according to the invention is light and handy. By using them, a faster and more economical lining e.g. B. the tunnel interior is possible immediately after the advance. This also ensures immediate rock securing with a large load-bearing capacity without interrupting operations.
The present invention relates to a cladding panel for galleries, shafts and tunnels, and is characterized in that it has a closed angle iron frame and a reinforced concrete slab with recesses for its bolting, and to its use, which is characterized in that the cladding panels after their., installation in the direction of advance of the tunnel!
Shaft or tunnel form a closed lining ring, which can be back-pressed if necessary.
In the following, an embodiment of the cladding panel according to the invention and its use is described with reference to the accompanying drawings: A plate 1 reinforced with steel wire mesh 5, for example 100/100/4/4 mm, made of high-quality concrete, for example 50 X 100 cm in size, has a closed frame, e.g. B. from angle iron 2 of 40/40/4 mm and z.
B. 8 recesses for a Ver screw 3 or bolting with the respective neigh disclosed cladding panels. The shape and curvature of the plates are to be adapted to the profile of the tunnel in a known manner, and their angle iron frames form small, self-contained arches 6 with strong spacers over the entire circumference.
When used, for. B. 8 cladding plates in the Vorbriebsrichtung of the tunnel after their installation a closed ring. As is known, a jointless sprayed concrete 7 of low thickness can be applied to reinforce the cladding.
In order to achieve a profile reinforcement in bad stretches, installation arches 8 can be drawn in between the cladding panels and the angle iron frame 2 of the panels 1 can be reinforced, for example to 5 or 6 mm. In such cases, the inner shotcrete 7 can also be provided with a reinforcement or its thickness can be increased. Individual cladding panels 1 are provided with injection holes 9 as required.
