Description
Footwear Road traffic regulations require the lighting of vehicles traveling at night on public roads. It seems difficult to force isolated pedestrians or people pushing a child car or similar vehicle to signal their presence at night on the public road by a lighted lantern.
The present invention relates to a shoe characterized by the fact that it comprises a re-verbating dial extending over at least part of the periphery of its lower part.
The accompanying drawing shows schematically, by way of example, two embodiments of the invention. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a lady's shoe provided with a continuous reverberating cord.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a man's shoe provided with a continuous reverberating cord.
Fig. 3 is a transverse section of a shoe whose second sole is bordered by a reverberant dial.
The upper or upper 1 of the shoe has its edges tight between the first sole 2 and the second sole 3.
In a variant, the edges of the upper could be taken and sewn between a welt and the sole.
In these embodiments, the edge of the tre toe or the edge of the second sole 3 is covered with a reverberating tape 4 so as to form around the shoe, immediately above the sole 5, a reverberating cord .
The reverberating cord is formed by a tape which borders, covering the edge of the welt or the second sole and whose outer face has been made reverberant by application of a thin and flexible plastic film, composed of a reflective layer on which is applied a transparent film, now by adhesion on the outer surface of tiny glass balls fixed together by a flexible adhesive, all of this plastic film thus constituting an adhesive reflective surface.
When the user is illuminated by any light source, the cord, thus placed between the instep and the walking sole, around the circumference of the first shoe of his shoes, will become reverberating and will signal the presence of the user. to vehicle drivers.
