(Means for Solving the Problems) The technical means of the present invention for achieving the above object is as shown in FIGS. It is characterized by a structure in which several optical fibers 7 are embedded in the interior of the optical fiber 4 in a penetrating manner from the rear end surface to the front end surface or side end surface.

(Function) According to the above configuration, when external light a such as a light is irradiated from the rear end side of the footwear body 1, for example, the light a is transmitted to the front end side through the optical fiber 7. At this time, since a shadow b is formed by the foot on the front end side of the main body of footwear 1, the passing light c from the optical fiber 7 is visually recognized in the shadow b in a luminous state. Also, by projecting light forward,
When walking, children and infants wearing this footwear attract attention from pedestrians and vehicles in front of them, improving walking safety.

(Example) Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. Figs. 1 to 3 show an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to sandals for girls. The sandal main body 1 has a base 4 by polymerizing and bonding a cushion plate 3 on a sole plate 2 made of a rubber material, and an upper part 5 made of a synthetic leather sheet or the like is attached to an appropriate part of the front part of the base 4. At the same time, decorations such as a flower shape 6a or a ribbon shape 6a made from a synthetic leather sheet are sewn onto the upper surface of the upper part 5, or fixed with eyelets 6c. Several (three in the figure) optical fibers 7 are installed in the table 4 from the rear end surface to the front end surface.
It is constructed by embedding it in a penetrating state.

The cushion plate 3 of the table 4 is made of hard and soft cushion members 3a and 3b that are polymerized and bonded to the upper and lower sides, and a synthetic leather sheet 3c as an exterior material is sewn to cover from the upper surface to the circumferential surface. Three half-shaped grooves 8 into which the respective optical fibers 7 are fitted are cut approximately parallel to each other approximately in the center of the cushion member 3a.

When creating the base 4, the optical fibers 7 having the same length as the grooves 8 are fitted into each groove 8, and the upper cushion member 3b is polymerized and bonded onto the lower cushion member 3a. The optical fiber 7 is pressed into the groove 8 by the upper cushion member 3b and is fixed with a suitable adhesive or without using an adhesive. Incidentally, a through hole 9 through which both ends of the optical fiber 7 are exposed is formed in the exterior material 3c, and a lens made of transparent hard plastic may be attached to this through hole 9.

With this configuration, when external light a such as a car light is irradiated from behind the sandal main body 1, this external light a enters from the rear end side of the optical fiber 7 buried in the base 4, The light is transmitted to the front end side through the optical fiber 7 and projected to the front of the table 4. At the same time, a shadow b shown by the hatched area in FIG. It will be visible when it is illuminated. Passing light c from this optical fiber 7
This changes in various ways depending on the color and intensity of the external light a at the rear, making it visually appealing.

Note that the number of optical fibers 7 is not limited to three, but may be two or four or more, and they are buried in a penetrating state from the rear end surface to the side end surface of the table 4. Alternatively, various arrangement forms are possible, such as radially arranging from the front end face to the side end face, or curving in a zigzag shape to also serve as reinforcement for the base 4.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, several optical fibers 7 are embedded in the base 4 in a penetrating state from the rear end surface to the front end surface or side end surface, so that, for example, a sandal When external light such as a car light is irradiated from the rear end side of the main body 1, the light is transmitted to the front end side through the optical fiber 7, and can be seen in a luminous state in the shadow of the user's feet. It looks beautiful in the darkness at night and is rich in elegance. In addition, by projecting light in the front, children and infants wearing this footwear will attract attention from pedestrians and vehicles in front of them when walking, improving walking safety at night, making it especially suitable for children's footwear. It has become suitable for use.
