Waste incinerator The invention relates to a waste incinerator, the walls of which are covered with cooling tubes in which steam is generated. Two known waste incineration ovens of this type, the steam Dampfverbrau chern is supplied. It is now not always possible to place garbage incinerators close to steam consumers. In many cases, the garbage simply has to be incinerated without any useful utilization of the heat being associated with it. If, on the other hand, one does not line up waste incineration ovens with cooling pipes, the ovens have to be provided with an expensive chamotte lining. In addition, the exhaust gases from such incinerators have to be dedusted to keep the air clean.
Dust removal can be carried out with electrical dust collectors, which, however, can only be fed with smoke gases up to approx. 300 C. Since the flue gases these furnaces, however, have higher outlet temperatures, it has already been proposed to reduce the flue gases by adding air to the temperature permissible for the dust separator. However, this process has the disadvantage that the gas volume to be dedusted becomes very large. This results in a corresponding enlargement of the dust separator and thus an increase in the cost of the system. In addition, additional power must be used for adding the air by means of fans.
The invention is therefore based on a Müllver combustion furnace, the walls of which are covered with steam-generating cooling pipes and which is characterized in that a switch-off recooling circuit for condensing the steam is connected to the cooling pipe system. It has been shown that the attachment of the cooling pipe system and the disconnectable recooling circuit is cheaper than lining with refractory chamotte and attaching dust collectors. In addition to the lower investment costs, the maintenance of the system is also lower.
Thanks to the ability to switch off the recooling circuit, the steam generation system can still be connected to steam consumers at a given time, or it is easy to switch from winter to summer operation if any steam consumers are only suitable for drawing off steam in winter.
Some exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in the following description with reference to the drawing. They each show in a schematic representation: Fig. 1 a combustion furnace with steam boiler and recooling circuit connected to the steam boiler, Fig. 2 a steam boiler with a recooling circuit separated from its working medium, Fig. 3 another embodiment of the steam boiler according to Fig. 1 with connected thereto Return cooling circuit.
According to FIG. 1, the pipe system 2, 3 with the drum 9 of a steam boiler is housed in a combustion furnace 1. The tubes of the boiler cover in a known manner the walls of the combustion furnace 1, in which garbage and similar low-quality fuel is burned on the grate 20. The heat generated during combustion is absorbed by the pipe system 2, 3 through which water flows and evaporates in the process. The steam collects in the drum 9.
A line 10 is connected to the steam space of the drum 9, which has a valve 11 and opens into a heat exchanger 12, which e.g. is cooled by river water. A pump 13 is connected to the heat exchanger 12 and is connected to the tubes 2 of the boiler via a line 16 having a valve 17. A line 14 with valve 15 branches off between the pump 13 and the valve 17 and opens into the line 10 behind the valve 11.
The recooling circuit formed from the lines 10 and 16 and the heat exchanger 12 as well as the pump 13 is therefore connected to the working medium circuit of the steam boiler and contains a condensate circuit which is formed with means of the line 14.
The steam collected in the drum 9 is passed through the line 10 into the heat exchanger 12, in which it condenses, and the condensate is for the most part circulated by means of the pump 13 via the line 14, while the remaining part of the condensate is circulated via the line 16 returns to the pipe system 2, 3 of the boiler. By circulating the condensate, the steam coming from the boiler is cooled down to such an extent that it enters the heat exchanger 12 at around 70.degree. A contamination of the heat exchanger 12 by burning solid components contained in the river water is avoided. The condensate exits the heat exchanger 12 at around 40.degree.
In the event that the condensate flowing to the boiler has too low a temperature, an expediently formed from nested tubes ter heat exchanger 18 is arranged in the Lei device 10 between the drum 9 and the valve 11, which via lines 21 and 22 with the Line 16 is in communication. The condensate can flow through line 21 into the heat transfer carrier 18, in which it is then warmed up and fed back through line 22 into the line 16 leading to the pipe system 2, 3. The line 22 contains a valve 19, with the aid of which the condensate flow through the heat exchanger 18 can be changed or also switched off in order to influence the boiler inlet temperature.
The system described is also hen with a feed water tank 5 and a feed pump 6 verses, which in the system replenishes any losses of Ar beitsmittel and which, if a steam consumer is connected to the system, which is done via line 4 to the valve 7 can supply the boiler with feed water. The condensate of the steam consumer is then fed back via line 8 into the feed water tank.
For the purpose of starting the system, a line 23 with valve 24 branches off from the line 16 between the pump 13 and the valve 17, which opens out under the liquid level in the feedwater tank 5.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the recooling circuit is self-contained and separated from the working medium in the steam boiler. In the steam drum 9, a heat exchanger 32 is arranged, which via a line 33 with a z. B. by river water cooled heat exchanger 35 is in connection. The heat exchanger 35 is connected to the heat exchanger 32 in the drum 9 via a circulating pump 36 and a line 34 which contains a valve 25 for switching off the return cooling circuit.
The recooling circuit formed from the heat exchangers 32 and 35 and the lines 33, 34 is controlled by a medium, e.g. Water, flowed through, which absorbs heat from the working medium of the steam boiler in the heat exchanger 32 and releases it in the heat exchanger 35 to the river water. To change the amount of medium flowing through the heat exchanger 32, a line 26 with valve 27 is seen in front of which is automatically set by the boiler pressure who can. The recooling circuit is finally seen with an expansion vessel 38 with a safety valve 39.
The pipe system 2, 3 of the steam boiler covered in turn the walls of a combustion furnace not shown here. In contrast to the boiler according to FIG. 1, in the boiler according to FIG. 2, an ejector 30 is provided between the feed pump 6 and the pipes 2, which is connected to the drum 9 via a line 31. As a result, the tubes 2 and the tubes 3 each form a natural circulation system with the drum 9. At this location, too, a steam consumer can be closed via line 4, in which case the condensate from the consumer passes through line 8 into the feed water tank 5.
The feed pump 6 supplies the steam boiler with feed water, with additional water being sucked in from the drum 9 in the ejector 30. Since the temperature of the working medium entering the pipes 2 increases, which is advantageous if the pipes 2 are coated with flue gases with a relatively high water content.
According to FIG. 3, the steam boiler is designed as in the example according to FIG. 1. The recooling circuit connected to the boiler consists of a line 50, a heat exchanger 52 and a line 53 in which a valve 54 is provided to turn off the circuit. The heat exchanger 52, in which the steam from the steam boiler is condensed, is cooled in this example with air, which flows around the heat exchanger 52 in the direction of the arrow 40. The condensate flows back with a natural gradient via the line 53 into the drum 9 of the boiler.
In the event that - for example in a second expansion stage - such large amounts of heat are given off in the incinerator to the working medium of the boiler that the natural draft at the heat exchanger 52 is insufficient, a turbine 56 fed by the steam from the boiler via line 50 can be used can be provided which drives a fan 57, which promotes an enlarged flow of cooling air through the condenser 52. The turbine is connected to the recooling circuit via lines 43 and 44, each having a valve 45 and 46, respectively. The exhaust steam from the turbine 56 is fed to the capacitor 52 via line 44. In the line 50 between the branch line 43 and the exhaust line 44, a valve 51 is provided, which is closed when the turbine is operating.
Likewise, the valve 54 is then closed in the line 53, while the valves 45, 46 and the Ven valve 55 are opened, which is arranged in a line 41 leading to the feedwater container 5. During turbine operation, the condensate from the condenser 52 is passed into the feedwater tank 5 via the line 41 having a condensation trap 58.
The turbine 56 runs freely, i.e. H. without speed controller. Their speed is set according to the combustion performance of the stove. This assignment of combustion power and speed can be changed, e.g. by adjusting the valve 51.
If the turbine speed reaches the maximum permissible value, a safety regulator 47 opens a blow-off valve 48, the sound of which alerts the operating personnel.
Other safety organs prescribed by the authorities are not shown in the drawing.
The feed pump 6 is preferably driven by an electric motor which is controlled by the water level in the drum 9.
