  Abnehmbare Wand an Palette
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine abnehmbare Wand an einer Palette, welche einen in sich geschlossenen vertikalen Wandrahmen aufweist.



   Erfindungsgemäss ist der untere, waagrechte Rahmenteil im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet und überdeckt die äussere Längsbohle der Palette.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 2,
Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1 und
Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht der Wand mit einem Teil einer Palette.



   Die z. B. aus Holz bestehende Palette weist in bekannter Weise Längsbohlen 1 auf, die durch Querbohlen 2 miteinander verbunden sind. Letztere ruhen auf Fussklötzen 3, die unten durch Fussbohlen 4 miteinander verbunden sind.



   Die Seitenwand 5 weist einen in sich geschlossenen Rahmen auf, dessen unterer waagrechter Rahmenteil 6 im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist. An den inneren Schenkel 7 des Rahmenteiles 6 schliesst sich eine waagrechte, vorzugsweise die ganze Länge des Teiles 6 einnehmende Leiste 8 an. Nahe den beiden Enden sind auf der genannten Leiste je zwei Schlaufen 9 befestigt, die zur Führung von Schiebern 10 dienen. Die inneren Enden 11 der Schieber sind aufwärts gebogen, während die äusseren Enden 12 hakenförmig abgebogen sind. Die beiden Enden des Rahmenteiles 6 sind mittels angeschweisster Platten 13   labgedeckt,    Ferner sind am äusseren Schenkel 14 des Teiles 6 vorzugsweise zwei Anschläge 15 befestigt.

   Im übrigen besteht die Seitenwand 5 noch aus senkrechten Stützen 16 und einer auf denselben befestigten Schiene 17, auf welche wiederum eine Palette gelegt werden kann.



   Vor dem Anbringen einer Seitenwand 5 an der Palette bringt man die Schieber 10 vorerst in ihre äussere Endlage, die in Fig. 1 rechts gezeigt ist. Alsdann bringt man die Seitenwand an die Längsseite der Palette und schiebt den nach unten einen offenen Trag bildenden Rahmenteil 6 über die eine äussere Längsbohle 1, wobei die Seitenwand leicht nach aussen geneigt sein muss. Sobald der äussere Schenkel 14 des Rahmenteiles 6 die Längsbohle berührt, wird die Seitenwand senkrecht gestellt,   wobei    dann   Idie    Leiste 8   in    die Lücke zwischen der äusseren und der nächstliegenden Bohle 1 eintritt, wie dies Fig. 3 zeigt. Der abgewinkelte Teil der Anschläge 15 ragt jetzt unter die äussere Längsbohle. Diese letztere liegt vollständig im Rahmenteil 6 und kann sich wegen den Platten 13 in Längsrichtung nicht verschieben.



  Bringt man die Schieber 10 in ihre innere Endlage, wie z. B. in Fig. 1 links gezeigt ist, dann schiebt sich das Endstück des Hakens 12 unter die Querbohle 2. Damit wird die Seitenwand   unverrückhar    an der   Palette    gehalten.



   Zum Entfernen der Seitenwand werden zuerst die beiden Schieber 10 nach aussen verstellt. Anschliessend kippt man die Seitenwand soviel nach aussen, bis die Leiste 8 über der Oberfläche der Längsbohlen sich befindet, wonach das Wegnehmen ohne weiteres möglich ist.



   Die vorliegende Seitenwand hat den Vorteil, dass keine Befestigungsmittel über die Oberfläche der Längsbohlen vorstehen. Es sind Ausführungen bekannt, bei denen Teile der Seitenwand im Bereiche des Ladegutes über die Längsbohlen vorstehen, was z. B. für weiches Ladegut schädlich sein kann. Die neue Seitenwand verlangt an den serienmässig nach Normen hergestellten Paletten keinerlei Änderung.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH
Abnehmbare Wand an Palette, welche einen in sich geschlossenen vertikalen Wandrahmen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere waagrechte Rahmenteil im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist und die äussere Längsbohle der Palette überdeckt.

  Removable wall on pallet
The present invention relates to a detachable wall on a pallet which has a self-contained vertical wall frame.



   According to the invention, the lower, horizontal frame part is U-shaped in cross section and covers the outer longitudinal plank of the pallet.



   An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:

   The z. B. pallet made of wood has longitudinal planks 1 in a known manner, which are connected to one another by cross planks 2. The latter rest on foot blocks 3 which are connected to one another at the bottom by foot boards 4.



   The side wall 5 has a self-contained frame, the lower horizontal frame part 6 of which is U-shaped in cross section. A horizontal bar 8, preferably the entire length of the part 6, adjoins the inner leg 7 of the frame part 6. Two loops 9, which are used to guide slides 10, are attached to the said bar near the two ends. The inner ends 11 of the slide are bent upwards, while the outer ends 12 are bent in a hook shape. The two ends of the frame part 6 are covered by welded plates 13. Furthermore, two stops 15 are preferably attached to the outer leg 14 of the part 6.

   In addition, the side wall 5 also consists of vertical supports 16 and a rail 17 fastened to the same, on which a pallet can in turn be placed.



   Before attaching a side wall 5 to the pallet, the slide 10 is first brought into its outer end position, which is shown on the right in FIG. 1. The side wall is then brought to the long side of the pallet and the frame part 6, which forms an open support downward, is pushed over the one outer longitudinal plank 1, the side wall having to be inclined slightly outwards. As soon as the outer leg 14 of the frame part 6 touches the longitudinal board, the side wall is placed vertically, with the bar 8 then entering the gap between the outer and the closest board 1, as shown in FIG. The angled part of the stops 15 now protrudes under the outer longitudinal pile. The latter lies completely in the frame part 6 and cannot move in the longitudinal direction because of the plates 13.



  If you bring the slide 10 into its inner end position, such. B. is shown in Fig. 1 on the left, then the end piece of the hook 12 slides under the cross beam 2. So that the side wall is held immovably on the pallet.



   To remove the side wall, the two slides 10 are first moved outwards. The side wall is then tilted outwards until the strip 8 is above the surface of the longitudinal planks, after which it can be removed without further ado.



   The present side wall has the advantage that no fastening means protrude beyond the surface of the longitudinal planks. There are known designs in which parts of the side wall protrude in the area of the cargo over the longitudinal planks, B. can be harmful to soft cargo. The new side wall does not require any changes to be made to the standard pallets produced in accordance with standards.

SUBCLAIMS 1. Wall according to claim, characterized in that on the inner leg (7) of the frame part (6) a horizontally lying bar (8) is attached, which lies in the gap between two longitudinal planks of the pallet and with fastening means for the frame on the Pallet is provided.
