Description
Tragfaltschachtel

Folding box
The innovation relates to a cuboid folding carton with an inner lining made of corrugated cardboard, a handle and a tear strip for opening the box.
The technical problem on which the invention was based was to create a packaging for bulk goods for use in households, which on the one hand is easy, i. H. Can be transported individually on a carrying handle without further aids, both in the original closed and in particular in the opened state, can be simply opened for product removal and can then be closed again. The packaging should also have sufficient stability for the intended use to make an additional shipping box superfluous during transport.
The solution to this problem consists in a folding box with an inner lining made of corrugated cardboard, a handle and a tear-off strip for opening the folding box. It is characterized by the fact that the inner lining reinforces the four long sides of the folding box and protrudes beyond the tear-open plane of the tear-open thread, whereby only three sides can be torn open by the tear-open thread and that the carrier tape is attached to two opposite sides of the box below the tear-open plane of the tear-open thread.
The design of the folding carton according to the innovation takes place, for example, in such a way that the longitudinal sides of the cuboid folding box are glued behind with the tear-off thread, which lies parallel to the box head side in the area of the upper half of the box. Only three long sides of the cuboid folding box can be torn open with the tear strip, while the fourth long side remains intact and thus forms a hinge for the box lid created by the tearing open. To make it easier to tear open, the folding box can be scored and / or perforated along the tear line.
The long sides of the folding box can furthermore be reinforced by a loosely set, top and bottom open inner lining made of corrugated cardboard, in order to increase the stability of the folding box.
The inner lining now protrudes beyond the tear-open plane, so that when the box is closed again after a product has been removed, a relatively solid and somewhat powder-tight closure results when the box lid reaches over the inner lining.
The fastening of the carrier tape, which is preferably made of plastic, takes place on two opposite sides of the box, specifically below the tear-open plane, so that the folding box can also be carried in the open state by means of a handle.
The fastening is expediently done by riveting. However, other known fastening means can of course also be used.
An exemplary embodiment of the innovation is shown in the following figures:
Figure 1 shows a folding carton before opening.
Figure 2 shows the same folding box after opening.
It means:
1 folding box
2 inner linings
3 strap
4 tear strips
5 fasteners of the tape
