Description
Verschluss mit beweglichen, durch Getriebestangen verbundenen Verschlussgliedern an dem feststehenden oder dem Flügelrahmen eines Fensters, insbesondere eines Wendefensters Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verschluss mit beweglichen, durch Getriebestangen verbundenen Verschlussgliedern an dem feststehenden oder dem Flü gelrahmen eines Fensters, insbesondere eines Wende fensters.
Die Verschlussglieder mussten bisher zusammen mit den Getriebestangen seitlich in eine Nut des betreffenden Fensterrahmens eingebracht werden. Der Verschluss war dann unsichtbar und sein genaues Arbeiten konnte nicht mehr kontrolliert werden. Es liegt die Aufgabe vor, die Verschlussglieder und ihre Getriebestangen derart zu lagern, dass die richtige Lage und-- das richtige Arbeiten der Verschlussglieder auch nach erfolgter Montage, d. h. nach erfolgter Verbindung mit einem Fensterrahmen kontrolliert werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemässe Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussglieder und die Getriebestangen an Metallschienen winkligen Quer schnitts gelagert sind, deren senkrecht zur Fensterebene stehende Schenkel im Spaltraum zwischen dem Flügel rahmen und dem feststehenden Rahmen liegen und deren parallel der Fensterebene liegende Schenkel in einem zur Aufnahme der Verschlussglieder bestimmten Falz des feststehenden Rahmens oder des Flügelrah mens befestigt sind, wobei der Falz durch parallel der Fensterebene liegende Deckleisten abgedeckt ist.
Die senkrecht zur Fensterebene stehenden Schenkel der Metallschiene winkligen Querschnitts können Aus trittsöffnungen für die Verschlussglieder aufweisen. Die senkrechten und waagrechten Metallschienen winkligen Querschnitts sind vorzugsweise an ihren zusammen stossenden Enden durch Metallplatten fest verbunden, welche Zapfen für die Lagerung von mit den Getriebe stangen gelenkig verbundenen Umlenkgliedern besitzen können.

Fig. 9 den Schnitt IX-IX nach Fig. 8, Fig. 10 eine Darstellung gemäss Fig. 4 in geöffneter Stellung, wobei die Verschlussstellung strichpunktiert eingezeichnet ist, Fig. 11 den Schnitt XI-XI nach Fig. 10, Fig. 12 einen Schnitt durch den unteren Quer schenkel des Blend- und Flügelrahmens am Lager au sserhalb der Drehachse.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 und 2 weist der Fensterflügel 1 eine Nut 2 auf, in der eine C-för- mige ,Schiene 3 angeordnet ist. Inder Schiene 3 ist eine elastische Dichtungsleiste 4 eingezogen. Als zweite Dich tungsleiste ist ein Anschlagprofil 5 in einer Nut 6 des Blendrahmens 7 angeordnet. Dieses aus Aluminium bestehende und mit Widerhaken 8 versehene Anschlag profil 5 ist in die Nut 6 des .Blendrahmens 7 einge schlagen. Im Fensterflügel 1 ist in bekannter Weise eine Scheibe 9 befestigt.
Sämtliche Teile des Fensterverschlusses, des soge nannten Zentralverschlusses, sind auf Metallschienen winkligen Querschnitts 10 angeordnet, die ;am Blend rahmen 7 befestigt sind. Nach erfolgter Montage wer den die Verschlussglieder, die samt ,den Metallschienen in einem Falz des Fensterrahmens 7 liegen, durch Lei sten 11 abgedeckt. Vorher können jedoch auf einfache Weise alle beweglichen Teile des Verschlusses über prüft werden. Die drehbar gelagerten Verschlussglieder 12 sind auf beiden Seiten mit Anzugsschrägen 13 ver sehen, während die Schliessplatten 14 nur auf einer Seite Anzugsschrägen 15 aufweisen.
Bei den Verschluss gliedern 12 sind die doppelten Anzugsschrägen 13 erfor derlich, weil in den beiden Endstellungen des Flügels 1 zum Verschluss immer die gleichen Verschlussglieder 12 verwendet werden, während die Schliessplatten 14 jeweils wechseln.
Die Bewegung der Verschlussglieder 12 wird von Getriebestangen 16 abgeleitet. Die Getriebestangen 16 sind auf den Metallschienen 10 längs verschiebbar ge lagert. Die Eckverbindung ,der Schienen 10 erfolgt durch winkelförmig e Verbindungsplatten 17 (Fig. 3), auf denen ein Umlenkhebel 18 drehbar gelagert ist, der über La schen 19 mit den Getriebestangen 16 verbunden ist. Es sind jedoch auch andere Arten von Eckübertragun- gen für die Getriebestangen möglich.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 4 und 5 sind die Verschlussglieder 12 .drehbar .an den Schienen 10 gelagert und über Laschen 20 mit den Getriebestangen verbunden. Die Glieder 12 werden dabei laus der geöff neten Lage nach Fig. 4 durch eine Bewegung der Ge triebestange 16 in die Verschlusslage nach Fig.5 ge schwenkt.
Die Anordnung der Verschlussglieder 21 kann auch wie in den Fig. 6 und 8 dargestellt erfolgen. Hierbei sind Parallelführungen vorgesehen, die aus Schlitzen 22 der Verschlussplatten 21 und aus .an den Schienen 10 befestigten Nocken 23 bestehen. Dabei laufen die Schlitze 22 senkrecht zur Getriebestange 16. Ausser dem sind noch schräg verlaufende Schlitze 24 vorge sehen, in welche mit der Getriebestange 16 verbundene Bolzen 25 eingreifen.
Bei einer Abwärtsbewegung der Getriebestange 16 von der in Fig. 6 dargestellten Lage in die Stellung nach Fig. 8 wird die Verschlussplatte 21 durch das Zusammenwirken der Bolzen 25 mit den Schrägschlitzen 24 nach aussen bewegt. Eine ähnliche Anordnung ergibt sich aus Fig. 10, jedoch sind hier die Schlitze 26 der Parallelführung schräg zur Getriebe stange 16 angeordnet und erfolgt die Verbindung zwi schen der Verschlussplatte 27 und der Getriebestange 16 durch besondere Laschen 28.
