Spacer for symmetrically arranged conductors of busbars In multi-phase power transmission, the phase conductors are usually routed and fastened individually. At very high currents, e.g. B. in thermal power plants, the phase conductors made of pure aluminum, if they are designed as bare busbars, are inappropriate because they are exposed to pollution and must be specially protected against contact.
They also require a lot of space, which in particular in underground structures (cavern centers) and large machine units (turbo generators) increases the cost of the system considerably.
A busbar is known in which the deficiencies in terms of contact and contamination are eliminated. In general, however, each phase is individually guided in this form of rails and enclosed separately in a protective cover. It therefore takes up a lot of space. There are also rails in which two or more phases are built into just one protective cover.
Because of the high short-circuit currents of more than approximately 300,000 A in machines of more than approximately 100 MW, however, this multi-phase rail form creates very large short-circuit forces, the effect of which has not yet been adequately taken into account.
The present invention, with which the creation of a spacer for symmetrically arranged conductors of multi-phase busbars is intended and which is intended to accommodate all conductors, is characterized in that the holder has the cross-sectional shape of a regular polygon, with the corners connecting the corners Side recesses are provided for the removable insertion of the ladder.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are then explained with reference to figures. It shows: FIG. 1 a cross section through a busbar, FIG. 2 a variant of a busbar according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 a side view of the spacer from FIG. 2.
The shown in Fig. 1 in section, three-phase busbar 1 has three as tubes circular cross-section formed phase conductors 3, 4 and 5, wel che of a preferably metallic shell, which is composed of the shell shells 7, 8 and 9, vice ben is. The three phase conductors 3, 4 and 5 are supported and held by means of a special spacer 11 in their mutually correct position and in relation to the shells 7-9.
The mutual distance between the spacers made of Anticorodal in the course of the busbar depends on the size of the short-circuit currents and the diameter of the phase conductors as well as the sheath thickness of the conductors or the mechanical resistance moment of the phase conductors and their strength properties. They have recesses 13-16, which are arranged symmetrically to the busbar axis.
These recesses 13-16 cause a substantial weight saving. They enable air to be exchanged and therefore prevent condensation from forming. In terms of dimensioning and shaping as well as the choice of material (e.g.
B. a metal, especially anticorodal or araldite with glass fibers or another plastic) of the spacer must be taken into account that this senleitern the forces generated by the short-circuit currents in the Pha, which are in the course of a period (i.e. as a function of time and not only change in size, but also in direction), completely absorbs it.
In contrast to porcelain insulators, the strength of these spacers is independent of the direction of the forces. Apart from their weight, they do not transmit any additional, electrically induced forces to the mounting pads.
The phase conductors 3-5 can also have a polygonal cross section. They consist, for example, of drawn aluminum tubes, while the spacers 11 can be made of plastic, for example araldite. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the holder is made of metal, e.g. B. Anticorodal.
The shells 7-9 can, if it proves necessary, be made of metal or plastic, which means that a unit of a multiphase busbar is created, which includes both a contact protection and a contamination protection of the phase conductors and so that it can be laid effortlessly even in small passages. If the multiphase busbars are artificially ventilated, which can be implemented as a result of the closed rail shape, the casing, which is normally the case, can be completely closed.
As a result, the possibility of soiling and thus of rollover is practically impossible. The storage in symmetrical spacers, the cross-sectional shape of which forms a regular polygon, the corners of which preferably corresponds to the number of conductors to be stored, results in optimal conditions in terms of strength, in particular because the conductors 3-5 in recesses 36, 38, 40 of the spacer 11 lie in which they are held firmly by the clamps 26, 28, 30 and can be easily removed.
These spacers 11 can easily be prefabricated and just as easily laid on the spot. The phase conductors 3-5 are insulated from the metal spacer 11 by means of controlled capacitor guides or bushing insulators 20, 22 and 24 and are fastened to the latter by means of clamps 26, 28 and 30. The bushing insulators 20, 22 and 24 are preferably made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, for. B. Araldite, or made of porcelain. The metallic spacer 11 is placed on earth 32.
It is advantageously suspended in one of its corners (FIG. 1) or supported in the corresponding corner point when the arrangement is rotated by 180 in the plane. The in Fig. 1 is arranged webs with grooves 31, 33 35 are used to take on phase partition walls. A metal spacer has the great advantage that a flashover running over a creepage distance always leads to an earth fault first. A phase short circuit can thus practically be avoided.
2 and 3 parts of a further execution of a multiphase busbar are shown, the basic structure of which is the same as that according to FIG. 1. Here, a triangular spacer 41 is arranged, the sides 42, 44 and 46 gene with deepening or open recesses 48, 50 and 52 for receiving the three-phase conductors 3, 4 and 5 are provided.
For the purpose of extending the creepage distances over the plastic spacer 41, the recesses 48, 50, 52 are bordered with wulstartib n order margins 54, 56 and 58, while the corners 60, 62 and 64 of the spacer 41 towards its center Web or grooves 82, 84 and 86 to take on phase separators between the phases conductors 3, 4 and 5 run.
The phase conductors 3, 4 and 5 are by means of z. B clamps 66, 68 and 70 made of Anticorodal. These clamps can also be made of plastic.
The spacers 41 are surrounded by a protective jacket 72 in the manner already explained, so that there are passages between the spacers 41 with the clamps 66, 68 and 70 and the protective jacket 72, which can be used to ventilate the busbar.
The spacer 41 can for example consist of araldite, while the phase conductors 3, 4 and 5 are preferably made of aluminum tubes. It is possible to use reinforced profiles with an inner cross or similar shapes. In both of the embodiments described, the phase conductors can be cooled by blowing cooling air through the phase tubes. As a result of the artificial cooling, the diameter or the jacket thickness of the current-carrying phases can be kept smaller. The dimensioning is then based on the minimum cost to be determined.
The rail disposition with the new spacers allows a geometric arrangement of the phase conductors, through which the external magnetic field can be reduced practically to zero. With the help of these outer shells made of metal, the external magnetic field can even be completely eliminated.
This polygonal design of the spacer he continues to allow easy installation of the sheathing by this can be fastened to the corners of the spacers.
Since all forces, regardless of de ren direction, absorbed by the spacer itself and thus not transferred to the sheath who, a reinforcement of the sheath is not necessary.
The spacers described are relatively cheap to manufacture and allow the transmission of very high currents in the range of up to 30,000 A with a series voltage of up to 24 kV.
These constructions take into account the two main points that have to be taken into account when designing multi-phase busbars, namely the necessary mechanical strength due to surge short circuits and the load from the rated continuous current. They also allow the rails and the connecting pieces to be manufactured in the factory (modular form) and, last but not least, due to their very simple structure, a significant reduction in assembly costs.
