Description

  

      Werkzeug    mit     nachsteHbaren    und     auswechselbaren        Schneidkörpern            Die    vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug mit       nachstellbaren    und auswechselbaren     Schneidkörpem    und  eignet sich besonders für Messerköpfe der Holz-, Kunst  stoff- und Metallverarbeitung, sowie für Drehstähle. Das       erfindungsgemässe    Werkzeug ist auf beiliegender Zeich  nung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform an einem  Messerkopf dargestellt.  



  Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Querschnitt durch ein Bruchstück eines  Messerkopfes.  



       Fig.    2 den Schnitt A nach     Fig.    1.  



       Fig.    3 eine Anwendung des     erfindungsgemässen    Ge  genstandes im Detail.  



  In     Fig.    1 dient der Werkzeugkörper 1 zur Aufnahme  des     Schneidkörpers    2, welcher festgeklemmt wird mittels  der Klemmbacke 3, in dem die Schraube 4 eingedreht  wird. Durch Herausdrehen der Schraube 4 wird der       Schneidkörper    2 gelöst.

   Die Schraube 5, welche am       Schneidkörper    2 montiert ist, bildet den Anschlag für  den     Schneidkörper    2 im Werkzeugkörper 1, wodurch  der     Schneidekreisdurchmesser    d bestimmt wird.     In    axia  ler Richtung des Werkzeugkörpers 1 wird der Schneid  körper 2 dadurch ausgerichtet, dass der     Schneidkörper    2'         (Fig.    2) eine Nut aufweist, welche in den Werkzeugkör  per 1'     (Fig.    2) passt. Im Werkzeugkörper 1 ist der Siche  rungsstift 7 eingebaut, welcher den     Schneidkörper    2 vor  dem Herausschleudern sichert.

   Wird der     Schneidkörper    2  geschärft, so wird der     Schneidekreisdurchmesser    d klei  ner, dies kann behoben werden, in dem     (nach        Fig.    3)  zwischen     Schneidkörper    2" und Anschlag 5" ein ent  sprechendes     Distanzstück    8" eingelegt wird. Weitere       Distanzstücke    können     eingelegt    werden, wenn ein anderer       Schneidekreisdurchmesser    gewünscht wird, oder wenn  der     Schneidkörper    2 wieder geschärft werden muss.

The tool according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing in an exemplary embodiment on a cutter head.

  In Fig. 1, the tool body 1 serves to receive the cutting body 2, which is clamped by means of the clamping jaw 3, in which the screw 4 is screwed. The cutting body 2 is released by unscrewing the screw 4.

   The screw 5, which is mounted on the cutting body 2, forms the stop for the cutting body 2 in the tool body 1, whereby the cutting circle diameter d is determined. In the axial direction of the tool body 1, the cutting body 2 is aligned in that the cutting body 2 '(FIG. 2) has a groove which fits into the tool body 1' (FIG. 2). In the tool body 1, the hedging pin 7 is installed, which secures the cutting body 2 from being thrown out.

   If the cutting body 2 is sharpened, the cutting circle diameter d becomes smaller; this can be remedied by inserting a corresponding spacer 8 "between cutting body 2" and stop 5 "(according to FIG. 3). Additional spacers can be inserted, if a different cutting circle diameter is desired, or if the cutting body 2 has to be sharpened again.

PATENTANSPRUCH Werkzeug mit nachstellbaren und auswechselbaren Schneidkörpern, die je einen oder mehr Anschläge auf weisen, welche zum Einstellen der Schneidkörper dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Anschläge durch Einlegen eines oder mehrerer Zwischenstücke zwischen Schneidkörper und Anschlag verstellbar ge macht sind.
