Machine for the serial production of turned parts The invention relates to a machine for the serial production of turned parts, which includes a device for transverse processing of the workpieces that have not yet been cut and whose work spindle is braked for the purpose of transverse processing after uncoupling the main drive and also at a standstill under nominal voltage operable three-phase machine with falling speed-torque characteristic in a certain angular position of positive or non-positive acting on the spindle holding members can be converted.
Machines of the type mentioned are used, for example, for the production of turned parts with a cuboid approach and a transverse bore running perpendicular to a side surface of the approach, the cuboid approach as a result of the use of a rod-shaped starting material of rectangular cross-section simply created by the fact that material is not turned off in places becomes. Since the material bar is shifted axially in the spindle when working with the machine, but cannot be rotated relative to the spindle, it is important in this case that the spindle itself comes to a standstill in a certain angular position to the stationary drilling tool. In this position it must be held in such a way that the drilling process can proceed unhindered.
A pawl, for example, which engages in a notch on the spindle or in a notch disc attached to the spindle, can serve as a holding member.
The invention is based on the object of using only wear-resistant components in machines for the serial production of turned parts with frequent positioning, in particular with repeated positioning within a work process, and thereby increasing operational safety on the one hand and maintaining and replacing individual parts on the other reduce, in particular the use of slip clutches and frequent switching of the Zusatzan drive dm should be avoided.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the three-phase machine can be coupled to the work spindle that can be released from the main drive, braked to a standstill and released again by means of at least one gearwheel, which is mounted on a rocker arm coaxially to the drive shaft of the three-phase machine and actuated by means of an electromagnet is arranged that on the one hand it is in constant engagement with the drive pinion of the three-phase machine and on the other hand it can be pivoted into a ring gear of a pulley driving the spindle.
A connection made in this way between three-phase machine and work spindle can easily be incorporated into a structural conception of an automatic machine that is based on other aspects and is therefore predetermined; Furthermore, there is the possibility of designing the gear mounted on the lever as a double gear and thereby achieving an additional translation if desired.
In the following an embodiment of the invention will be explained with reference to the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the main and auxiliary drives of the positionable work spindle, the transmission of the work force to the work spindle serving as well as the clutches associated therewith are partially illustrated in section.
FIG. 2 illustrates a section through the gear unit upstream of the work spindle, according to the section line I-I shown in FIG.
The work spindle is denoted by 1 and stored at 2 and 3. It is by means of a V-belt pulley 4 and a V-belt 5 in a non-rotatable drive connection with a V-belt pulley 6, which is mounted on an inter mediate shaft 7 freely rotatable. In addition to the wedge-shaped circumferential groove 6a in which the V-belt 5 runs, the V-belt pulley 6 has a toothed ring 6b and a clutch hub 6c. The intermediate shaft 7 is mounted in stationary housing parts 8 and 9 and carries a V-belt pulley 10 with a coupling hub 10a. An electromagnetically actuated multi-disk clutch 11 is able to couple the two V-belt pulleys 10 and 6.
Your lamellae are therefore on the one hand connected to the clutch hub 10a and on the other hand non-rotatably connected to the side flank of the pulley 6 via the clutch housing. Another similarly designed clutch, which is referred to as Bremskupp ment 12, couples the fixed housing part 9 to the V-belt pulley 6 and is therefore able to brake it to a standstill. The Veilrie menscheibe 10 is by means of a V-belt 13 with a drive pulley 14 of a main drive motor 15 in drive connection.
A three-phase machine 16 according to the invention is used to position the work spindle. A drive pinion 18 is seated in a rotationally fixed manner on its drive shaft 17. One arm of this angle lever serves as a bearing for a gear wheel 20 and a pinion 21, which is connected to it in a rotationally fixed manner and is arranged on the same axis 2. Turn left looking. The arrangement is such that the pinion 21 comes into engagement with the ring gear 6b of the V-belt pulley 6, as shown in FIG.
A fixed stop bolt 24 limits the range of motion of the angle lever 19 to the left, while when the Ma is switched off, the lever rests on a corresponding bolt 25 under the action of the spring 23, as indicated in FIG. 2 with dashed lines.
The exact angular position of the work spindle is determined with the aid of a detent disk 26 attached to it, which can best be seen in FIG. The V-belt pulley 4 is only partially illustrated in this illustration. A two-armed pawl 27, one arm of which has a pawl tooth 27a and which is rotatable about a fixed pin 28, works together with two opposing notches 26a and 26b of the notch disc. By means of an electromagnet 29, the pawl 27 can be rotated counterclockwise and its tooth can be brought into engagement with one of the two notches. If the magnet is not excited, a spring 30 lifts the pawl 27 out of the detent so that the work spindle can rotate freely again.
The mode of operation of the arrangement described above is shown below. First of all, it should be noted that the necessary electrical switching operations are initiated by a control device which is already present on the machine and which is driven by the constantly running main drive motor, which is not shown in the drawing for the sake of simplicity. First of all, it is assumed that the work spindle 1 rotates at its working speed. In this case, the brake clutch 12 is switched off and the clutch 11 is switched on, so that the drive from the main drive motor 15 is transmitted to the V-belt pulley 4 of the work spindle via the V-belt pulley 10, the coupling 11 and the belt pulley 6.
The positioning process begins with the clutch 11 being switched off, after which the working spindle 1 and the V-belt pulley 6 initially continue to run synchronously. The brake clutch 12 is switched on with only a short time delay and remains effective until the work spindle 1 comes to a standstill. The brake clutch 12 is then also switched off and the electromagnet 22 is switched on at the same time. This attracts and brings the pinion 21 with the ring gear 6b in engagement by pivoting the Win lever lever 19. Since the three-phase machine 16 is constantly switched on and the pinion 21 thus rotates slowly, the two gears also mesh perfectly when tooth comes to tooth at the first moment.
As a result of the large gear ratio from the pinion 21 to the ring gear 6b, the V-belt pulley 6 and thus the work spindle 1 now rotate very slowly. With a short delay after the electromagnet 22 has been switched on, the electromagnet 29 has also been excited in the meantime. This rotates the pawl 27 against the action of the spring 30 to the bearing pin 28 and brings the pawl tooth 27a to the order of the peripheral surface of the detent disk 26 to the plant. As a result, the ratchet tooth 27a of the first catch 26a or 26b that arrives falls, whereby the work spindle is locked. The resistance opposite the three-phase machine 16 is so great that this also comes to a standstill, which, however, in contrast to conventional three-phase motors, does not damage its winding.
The work spindle 1 is now in the desired position in which transverse machining of the workpiece, for example a drilling, can be carried out.
To carry out transverse machining operations in further angular positions, for which of course further notches can be provided, only the electromagnet 29 needs to be briefly switched off and then switched on again. As soon as the pawl 27 leaves its corresponding notch, the three-phase machine 16 continues so that the pawl can fall into the next notch. If the work spindle is to get its working speed again, the two electromagnets 29 and 22 are switched off and the clutch 11 is switched on. As a result, the pawl 27 and the pinion 21 disengage. The work spindle is freely rotatable again and can in turn be driven by the main drive motor 15a via the coupling 11.
