Behälter aus Kunststoff
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Behälter mit Garantieverschluss aus Kunststoff, z. B. für die Verpackung von Pharmazeutika, wie Tabletten oder Dragees.
Es gibt zahlreiche Präparate der chemisch-pharma- zeutischen Industrie, die mit einem sogenannten Garantieverschluss in Verkehr gebracht werden müssen.
Der Abnehmer hat durch diesen Verschluss die Gewähr, dass der Inhalt der Verpackung auch vom Hersteller stammt und nicht ausgetauscht worden ist.
Der gebräuchlichste Garantieverschluss besteht aus sogenannten Faltklebeschachteln. Das Röhrchen aus Glas, Aluminium oder Kunststoff mit den Tabletten, Dragees od. dergl. ist in einer Faltschachtel aus Kartonage verpackt, deren vorzugsweise vier Verschlusslaschen an den beiden Kopfenden der Verpackung maschinell verklebt worden sind, so dass der Inhalt der Verpackung versiegelt ist. Es lässt sich somit leicht feststellen, ob die Verpackung unversehrt oder beschädigt an den Abnehmer gelangt. Die Faltschachtel dient dar über hinaus auch noch zum Aufbringen von Beschriftungen und bei Röhrchen aus Glas ferner noch zu deren Schutz gegen Beschädigungen.
Obwohl Röhrchen aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff ohne weiteres mit Aufklebeetiketten versehen oder selbst bedruckt werden könnten, macht der Garantieverschluss nach wie vor deren Verpackung in einer versiegelten Faltschachtel erforderlich.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zu Grunde, für Röhrchen aus Kunststoff einen Garantieverschluss zu vermitteln, welcher von einer Faltschachtel aus Kartonage unabhängig ist.
Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe besteht bei einem Behälter der eingangs geschilderten Art darin, dass er erfindungsgemäss an seiner Innenwandung mit einer Schulter versehen ist, der Innendurchmesser des Behälters oberhalb der Schulter dem Griffwulst eines Verschlusstopfens, unterhalb derselben dem Halsstück desselben, gegebenenfalls unter Berücksichtigung von Dichtlamellen, entspricht, der Verschlusstopfen in dem Behälter versenkt angeordnet ist und der Behälter im Bereich seiner den Griffwulst umschliessenden Wandung mit Sollbruchstellen versehen ist. Die Erfindung vermittelt den Vorteil, dass die Faltschachtel als solche und infolgedessen auch der Arbeitsgang des Verpackens des Röhrchens in die Faltschachtel und schliesslich der maschinelle Arbeitsgang des Verklebens eingespart werden können. Die übliche Bedruckung kann auf den Behälter aus Kunststoff unmittelbar erfolgen.
Ein Schutz gegen Beschädigung ist auf Grund des gewählten Werkstoffes nicht mehr erforderlich. Der Garantieverschluss kann in einfacher Weise von Hand, z. B. mit dem Fingernagel, geöffnet werden, indem die oberhalb der Schulter liegende Wandung des Behälters, welche den Griffwulst des Verschlusstopfens umgibt, entlang den Sollbruchstellen von dem übrigen Behälter abgebrochen wird. Die Sollbruchstellen können dabei vom offenen Ende des Behälters zur Schulter hin und/oder im Bereich der Schulter in Umfangsrichtung des Behälters verlaufen.
Eine zusätzliche Sicherung des Garantieverschlusses gegen ein unbefugtes Öffnen kann dadurch herbeigeführt werden, dass der Behälter an seinem offenen Ende beispielsweise durch Warmbehandlung über den Verschlusstopfen umgebördelt ist.
Die gestellte Aufgabe lässt sich aber auch in einer anderen, allerdings weniger vorteilhaften Weise lösen, indem der Garantieverschluss aus einem Verschlussstopfen und Behälter verbindende Etikett od. dgl. besteht. Auch bei diesem Lösungsweg kann der Garantieverschluss nur aufgebrochen werden, so dass der unbefugte Eingriff ohne weiteres festzustellen ist. Weniger vorteilhaft als die im vorstehenden beschriebene Lösung ist dieser Lösungsweg deshalb, weil der Garantiever schluss neben dem Behälter und dem Verschlusstopfen ein weiteres Bauelement bildet, welches darüber hinaus auch noch in einem besonderen Arbeitsgang mit dem Behälter und dem Verschlusstopfen verbunden werden muss.
Die Erfindung ist in der nachstehenden Beschreibung an Hand der Zeichnung in fünf verschiedenen Ausführungsformen beispielhaft erläutert. Es zeigen jeweils im Schnitt:
Fig. 1 einen erfindungsgemässen Behälter mit glatter Aussenwandung, nicht geschnittenem Verschlussstopfen und zusätzlicher Sicherung mittels Umbördelung;
Fig. 2 einen erfindungsgemässen Behälter mit aussen abgesetzter Wandung, geschnittenem Verschlussstopfen und ohne Umbördelung;
Fig. 3 einen erfindungsgemässen Behälter einer Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 1, jedoch ohne Verschlussstopfen;
Fig. 4 die gleiche Darstellung wie in Fig. 1, jedoch einer Ausführungsform mit aussen abgesetzter Wandung und
Fig. 5 einen erfindungsgemässen Behälter, dessen Garantieverschluss aus einem Verschlusstopfen und behälterverbindenden Etikett besteht, jedoch in Ansicht.
Der Behälter 1 besteht aus Kunststoff und ist in der Nähe seines oberen Endes 2 an seiner Innenwandung mit einer Schulter 3 versehen. Der Innendurchmesser des Behälters 1 ist oberhalb der Schulter 3, also in dem mit der Bezugszahl 4 versehenen Bereich dem Aussendurchmesser des Griffwulstes 5 eines Verschlusstopfens 6 angepasst. Unterhalb der Schulter 3 ist der Innendurchmesser des Behälters, d. h. also in dem mit der Bezugszahl 7 versehenen Bereich, dem Halsstück 8 des Verschlusstopfens 6 angepasst.
Ist das Hals stück mit Dichtlamellen versehen, liegt das Hals stück selbstverständlich mit den Dichtlamellen an der Innenwandung des Behälters 1 im Bereich 7 an.
Der Verschlusstopfen 6 ist, wie sich ohne weiteres aus den Zeichnungen ergibt, in den Behälter 1 versenkt angeordnet, so dass dieser den Verschlusstopfen 6 auch im Bereich des Griffwulstes 5 umschliesst. Der Verschlusstopfen 6 kann infolgedessen ohne Beschädigung der Behälterwandung nicht entfernt werden. In seinem den Griffwulst 5 umschliessenden Bereich 4 der Wandung des Behälters sind sich in Längsrichtung des Verschlusses erstreckende Sollbruchstellen, z. B. 9, vorgesehen, die vom offenen Ende 2 des Behälters 1 zur Schulter 3 hin verlaufen. Der Behälter 1 kann zusätzlich oder auch wahlweise mit weiteren Sollbruchstellen versehen sein, die im Bereich der Schulter 3 in Umfangsrichtung des Behälters 1 verlaufen.
Wenn sowohl in Umfangsrichtung als auch in Längsrichtung des Behälters verlaufende Sollbruchstellen vorgesehen sind, kann der Garantieverschluss leichter aufgebrochen werden.
Wie sich aus den verschiedenen zeichnerisch dargestellten Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ergibt, kann der Aussendurchmesser des Behälters 1 trotz der Schulter 3 glatt gespritzt werden. Andererseits ist es aber auch möglich, die Schulter auch derart auszubilden, aass auch auf dem Aussendurchmesser des Behälters eine schulterartige Versetzung in Erscheinung tritt.
Diese Ausführungsform wird insbesondere dann zweck mässig sein, wenn Verschlusstopfen zur Anwendung kommen müssen, bei welchen der Griffwulst einen erheblich grösseren Durchmesser als das Halsstück aufweist.
Schliesslich ist der Behälter 1 an seinem offenen Ende 2 mit einem den Verschlusstopfen überragenden Kragen 10 versehen, welcher beispielsweise durch Warmbehandlung über den Verschlusstopfen umgebördelt wird. Hierdurch ist eine weitere Sicherung gegen ein unbemerktes und unbefugtes Aufbrechen des Garantieverschlusses gegeben.
In der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 5 ist der versenkte Verschlusstopfen nicht zu sehen, weil es sich um eine Ansichtdarstellung handelt. Mit 12 ist der sowohl den Verschlusstopfen als auch den Behälter einschliessende Bogen aus Papier, z. B. ein Etikett, und mit 11 die Perforation bezeichnet, entlang welcher der Garantieverschluss aufgebrochen werden soll.
Plastic containers
The invention relates to a container with a plastic tamper-evident closure, e.g. B. for the packaging of pharmaceuticals such as tablets or dragees.
There are numerous preparations in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry that have to be placed on the market with a so-called guarantee seal.
This closure gives the customer the guarantee that the contents of the packaging also come from the manufacturer and have not been replaced.
The most common guarantee lock consists of so-called folding boxes. The tube made of glass, aluminum or plastic with the tablets, dragees or the like is packed in a folding box made of cardboard, the preferably four closure tabs of which are mechanically glued to the two head ends of the packaging so that the contents of the packaging are sealed. It is therefore easy to determine whether the packaging is intact or damaged when it reaches the customer. The folding box is also used to apply labels and, in the case of tubes made of glass, also to protect them against damage.
Although tubes made of aluminum or plastic could easily be provided with adhesive labels or printed on yourself, the guarantee seal still requires them to be packed in a sealed folding box.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a guarantee closure for plastic tubes which is independent of a folding box made of cardboard.
In the case of a container of the type described above, the solution to the problem is that, according to the invention, it is provided with a shoulder on its inner wall, the inner diameter of the container above the shoulder the grip bead of a closure plug, below the same the neck piece of the same, possibly taking into account sealing lamellae , corresponds, the stopper is arranged sunk in the container and the container is provided with predetermined breaking points in the area of its wall surrounding the grip bead. The invention provides the advantage that the folding box as such and consequently also the operation of packing the tube in the folding box and finally the mechanical operation of gluing can be saved. The usual printing can be done directly on the plastic container.
Protection against damage is no longer necessary due to the selected material. The guarantee lock can easily be done by hand, e.g. B. with a fingernail, in that the wall of the container located above the shoulder, which surrounds the grip bead of the closure plug, is broken off from the rest of the container along the predetermined breaking points. The predetermined breaking points can run from the open end of the container to the shoulder and / or in the area of the shoulder in the circumferential direction of the container.
An additional safeguard of the guarantee seal against unauthorized opening can be brought about that the container is flanged at its open end, for example by heat treatment over the closure plug.
The problem posed can, however, also be achieved in a different, albeit less advantageous, way in that the guarantee seal consists of a seal or a label connecting the container and the container. With this approach, too, the guarantee lock can only be broken so that the unauthorized intervention can easily be determined. This approach is less advantageous than the solution described above because the guarantee closure forms another component in addition to the container and the sealing plug, which must also be connected to the container and the sealing plug in a special operation.
The invention is explained by way of example in the following description with reference to the drawing in five different embodiments. It shows in section:
1 shows a container according to the invention with a smooth outer wall, non-cut stopper and additional securing by means of a flange;
2 shows a container according to the invention with a wall that is offset on the outside, a cut sealing stopper and without a flange;
3 shows a container according to the invention of an embodiment according to FIG. 1, but without a sealing plug;

5 shows a container according to the invention, the guarantee closure of which consists of a stopper and label connecting the container, but in view.
The container 1 consists of plastic and is provided with a shoulder 3 on its inner wall near its upper end 2. The inner diameter of the container 1 is adapted to the outer diameter of the grip bead 5 of a closure plug 6 above the shoulder 3, that is to say in the area provided with the reference number 4. Below the shoulder 3 is the inside diameter of the container, i. H. that is, in the area provided with the reference number 7, adapted to the neck piece 8 of the closure plug 6.
If the neck piece is provided with sealing lamellae, the neck piece is of course with the sealing lamellae on the inner wall of the container 1 in the area 7.
As can be readily seen from the drawings, the sealing plug 6 is arranged sunk into the container 1, so that it also encloses the sealing plug 6 in the area of the grip bead 5. As a result, the sealing plug 6 cannot be removed without damaging the container wall. In its area 4 of the wall of the container surrounding the handle bead 5, predetermined breaking points extending in the longitudinal direction of the closure, e.g. B. 9, are provided, which extend from the open end 2 of the container 1 to the shoulder 3. The container 1 can additionally or optionally be provided with further predetermined breaking points which run in the area of the shoulder 3 in the circumferential direction of the container 1.
If predetermined breaking points are provided that run both in the circumferential direction and in the longitudinal direction of the container, the guarantee seal can be broken more easily.
As can be seen from the various embodiments of the invention shown in the drawing, the outer diameter of the container 1 can be injected smooth despite the shoulder 3. On the other hand, however, it is also possible to design the shoulder in such a way that a shoulder-like offset also appears on the outer diameter of the container.
This embodiment is particularly useful when sealing stoppers have to be used in which the grip bead has a considerably larger diameter than the neck piece.
Finally, the container 1 is provided at its open end 2 with a collar 10 protruding beyond the sealing plug, which is flanged over the sealing plug, for example by heat treatment. This provides a further safeguard against unnoticed and unauthorized breaking of the guarantee lock.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the countersunk closure plug cannot be seen because it is a view. With 12 of both the stopper and the container enclosing sheet of paper, z. B. a label, and 11 denotes the perforation along which the guarantee seal is to be broken.
