Light metal profile rail for receiving electrical lines The invention relates to a light metal profile rail of C-shaped cross-section for receiving electrical lines that are provided with means for attaching fastening elements for the profile rail to walls and ceilings and with means for attaching gen of light fittings on the profile rail is verses.
Such rails are known and are attached to walls and ceilings (tunnels) for the series assembly of light fittings, especially with fluorescent tubes, the electrical leads to these tubes being laid in the rails and thus protected. The light fittings are in turn attached to the profile rails.
The rails can be screwed using stone screws, dowels, angles, brackets, etc. to the ceiling or wall, while the light fittings on hooks, angle pieces, screws, etc. can be held on the profile rails.
This creates a fixed position by the position of the fastening means. In contrast, the invention is based on the object of designing a profile rail with a C-shaped cross-section so that it can be conveniently attached to ceilings and walls in any position and that it is suitable for holding cables and attaching light fittings.
The solution to this problem is seen in that, according to the invention, the profile rail is provided on three outer sides with outwardly open and undercuts pointing longitudinal grooves and that longitudinal grooves aligned with one another are arranged on the free legs of the profile rail.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the light metal profile rail according to the invention is Darge shows: Fig. 1 shows a cross section through the rail, Fig. 2 to 7 different types of mounting and fasteners for the profile rail, Fig. 8 and 9 design and arrangement various fastening elements for light fittings on the profile rail, Fig. 10, 11 and 12 holding devices for electrical lines inserted in the profile rail.
The light metal profile rail 1 shown in cross section in FIG. 1 has a C-shaped cross section and longitudinal grooves 3 which are open to the outside and are provided with undercuts 2 on three outer sides. The free ends of the C of the C-shaped cross section also have Longitudinal grooves 4. The clear width between the opposite undercuts 2 of the individual grooves 3 and between the grooves 4 is the same everywhere, so that they can accommodate parts of the same width.
To fasten the profile rail 1 to walls or ceilings, holders 5 (FIG. 2) with holes 6 in tabs 7 are provided.
According to Fig. 3, a plate 8 is inserted into one of the grooves 3 of the profile 1, which is penetrated by a fastening screw 9. The screw 9 can be screwed into a dowel or a not shown Haltebü gel.
For a pendulum suspension of the profile rail 1, a bracket 10 is provided according to FIG. 4, which is in engagement with one of the grooves 3 of the profile rail and is fastened to a pipe.
As shown in FIG. 5, a plate 11 can be inserted into one of the grooves 3 of the profile rail 1, wel surface carries a screw 12 with a nut. The screw 12 is used to attach the rail 1 to a Win angle 13, the other leg of which can be screwed into a dowel 15 by means of a screw 14. The two screws 12 and 14 pass through elongated holes in the legs of the bracket 13.
According to FIG. 6, a Z-bracket 16 is provided instead of the angle 13 according to FIG. The screw 12 is screwed into a nut 16 'which is connected to a pipe 17 which is cemented into rock. To hold the profile 1, a clamping holder 18 can also be provided (FIG. 7), which can be narrowed by means of a fastening screw 19. The screw be 19 is as in Fig. 6, screwed into a nut in a tube.
The rail 1 is used to hold electrical conductors rule for power supply to lighting fittings, which are attached to the rail 1 or hung.
As shown in FIG. 8, small plates 21 can be inserted into the undercuts 2 of the grooves 3, which are supported by suspension hooks 22 or 23 or 24. As shown in FIG. 9, the plates 21 can be secured by means of a spring clip 25 which engages around the hooks 22, 23 or 24 and also the edge of the plate 21 with one end. The other end of the spring clip 25 lies resiliently in one of the undercuts 2 or one of the grooves 4.
The platelets 21 have a width somewhat smaller than the width of the grooves 3, while their length corresponds approximately to the distance between the undercuts 2 of a groove 3 or the distance between the grooves 4. The plates are inserted by twisting them.
If the profile rail 1 is attached with the open side facing down, the ladder must be prevented from falling out. For this purpose, according to FIG. 10, springs 20 which are bent in a V-shape are provided, which are resiliently inserted into the grooves 4 at a distance from one another.
The same purpose serve plates 26, 27 with spring tabs 28, 29 (Fig. 11 and 12), which jump into the 4 th Nu.
