House made from prefabricated structural elements The invention relates to a one-story or multi-story house made from prefabricated structural elements.
In recent years there has been an ever increasing interest in prefabricated houses, principally in the United States and northern Europe. With a11 of these houses, however, it has previously been necessary to first create a good foundation or an entire basement on which the actual house is then placed.
This in turn requires, depending on the type and location of the area intended for the erection of the house, more or less larger, expensive and, above all, time-consuming excavation and concreting work. The construction elements usually used for the house itself, especially wood, metal and prefabricated heavy components in concrete or composite material, have remained so expensive to this day that the only advantage of such houses can be seen in the fact that once they have been built Foundation, the construction time is relatively short. The price difference between the total outlay for such prefabricated houses and one that was built in the conventional way is so small that no particular advantage can be seen in it.
The one-storey or multi-storey house made of prefabricated structural elements according to the invention is characterized in that a number of vertical supports anchored in the ground through a frame at ceiling height and a frame at floor height of each storey to form a building skin, connected to the framework.
In a one-story house, for example, three vertical girders are expediently provided and arranged in the corners of an equilateral triangle, and each triangular frame is braced by a six-armed spider girder, with two arm ends on the two sides dividing one frame side into three sections of the same length Frames are attached, and the subpoints of two converging frame sides which are closest to the corners are connected to one another by further struts, each frame being divided into nine fields by the struts, i.e. H. equilateral triangles of equal size is divided.
When using such a spider carrier, partitions with pin seams can be quickly installed anywhere in the hexagonal grid system.
The outer cladding is advantageously formed from plastic panels, while the carrier and struts are expediently made of metal. Each room cell, which can of course be subdivided into any number of rooms, can be equipped with a system for full air conditioning.
Embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. 1 shows the framework for a one-story house supported by vertical girders arranged in a triangle, in plan; FIG. 2 shows the frame according to FIG. 1 in a front view; 3 to 5 different connection points between tween individual frame parts on a larger scale; Fig. 6 shows the plan of a finished, i.e. H. disguised room cell, with an example of room subdivision; 7 various possible arrangements of several room cells in a diagrammatic representation.
The frame for a one-story house shown in Fig. 1 and 2 basically consists of the vertical girders 1, 2 and 3 anchored in the ground and anchored in the corners of an equilateral triangle, as well as a frame each at ceiling height and floor height, its members 4, 5 and 6, or 4 ', 5' and 6 'are attached to the vertical supports 1, 2 and 3. Each link of the floor frame 4 ', 5' and 6 'is also suspended from the corresponding link 4, 5 and 6 of the ceiling frame via vertical supports 7, 8 etc.
Since most of the weight of the house acts on the members 4, 5 and 6 of the ceiling frame, the latter are connected to the tensile forces generated in them on absorbing struts, so-called. Tension rods 9, 10 a related party. The members 4, 5 and 6 of the ceiling frame are braced together via a six-armed spider carrier 11, the arms 12 of which are fastened at points A, B, C, D, E and F on the frame, and thus give the frame the necessary rigidity . This is supported by further cross struts 13, 14 and 15.
As is particularly clear from FIG. 1, the ceiling frame is divided into nine fields by the struts 12, 13, 14 and 15, i.e. H. Equilateral triangles of the same size divided because the connection points A, B, C, etc. are located at the points of a frame member at which such a member 4, 5 or 6 is divided into three sections of the same length.
It is clear that the floor frame 4 ', 5' and 6 'is braced by a similar spider beam 11' with six arms 12 'and cross members 13', 14 'and 15'.
By suitable arrangement of the frame, and in particular the ceiling frame 4, 5 and 6, the space cell formed by the scaffolding can be provided in any Ab stood above the floor of the building site. By choosing vertical girders 1, 2 and 3 of different lengths, the house can also be erected on steep slopes without any excavation work being necessary, except for the anchors of girders 1, 2 and 3.
All of the above components, i.e. H. Beams, struts, etc. are made of metal, wherever possible commercial standardized profile rails are used appropriately. It is of course possible to construct the house as a variant in glued wood construction. Individual parts can be pre-welded to form structures that can still be transported, so that, for example, only screw connections have to be made on the construction site itself.
The Verti kalträger 1, 2 and 3 are tubular, with a triangular cross-section, and have openings through which water pipes, cables for electrical, etc. can be guided into the carrier inside and to the desired height in the house.
3 shows how, for example, the frame members 4 and 6 are attached to the vertical support 1. The links 4 and 6 are screwed, riveted or welded to the carrier 1 via supports 16 and 17 welded thereto. The opening 18 in the carrier 1 is used in addition to the above-mentioned purpose for inserting the screws or nuts (not shown).
Fig. 4 shows how the spider carrier arm 12 'and the cross strut 13' are fastened to the link 4 'of the floor frame BE. Two supports 19, 20, which are welded to the link 4 'and project inwardly at an angle of 60 °, are screwed to the extended webs 21, 22 of the carriers 12', 13 '. The borehole 23 serves to accommodate the lowermost part of the vertical support 7.
FIG. 5 shows schematically how the frame member 4 ′ is fastened to the vertical support 7. For this purpose, a threaded bolt 24 is welded to the lower end of the carrier 7, which bolt is inserted through the bore 23 (see FIG. 4) and screwed to the link 4 'by means of nuts 25, 26 and 27.
Fig. 6 shows the plan of a finished, i.e. H. clad room cell. Prefabricated, multilayer plastic panels (sandwich panels) serve as the outer wall. The outermost cover against weather influences is a plastic skin that is continuously pulled through the roof and outer walls, and sanded with a natural sand, or can be seen with a suitable paint. The material used for the cover layers is advantageously polyester, and a foam material, also known per se, is used as the intermediate layer.
The heat transfer coefficient of these plates is about eight times less than that of brick. D. h., With a plate thickness of z. B. 4 cm the same insulation effect is achieved as with a brick wall of 32 cm.
The panels 28 for the side walls (see FIG. 6) are rectangular and have a length corresponding to the floor height, while their width corresponds to an integral subdivision of a side length of the house. Their total thickness is expediently about 4 cm.
The panels for the ceiling and floor are about twice as thick for reasons of strength. You have e.g. B. triangular shape, with one of the nine formed by the struts 12, 13, 14 and 15 fields corresponding dimensions. They come to rest on the frame members 4, 5 and 6 and the struts 12, 13, 14 and 15, or on the corresponding parts of the floor frame. The individual plates are z. B. glued together.
Fig. 6 further shows how the interior is, for example, appropriately divided. Two corners are cut off by partition walls 29 and 30. These partitions are also made of prefabricated plastic plates that are attached to the top and bottom of the struts 14, 14 'and 15, 15' on the side of the vertical Y-beams 8, 8 ', 8 "and 8"'. In the corner separated by the wall 29 there is the stairwell with, for example, a spiral staircase 31. Whether a staircase is necessary at all depends of course on how high the floor is above the floor. Wall cabinets can also be formed by further partition walls 32, 33.
In the corner separated by the wall 30 is the bathroom with a washbasin 34, shower or hip bath 35, etc. The cistern for the toilet is built into the carrier 3.
Finally, in the last corner is the kitchen. B. is separated from the rest of the room by an edible 36.
In the center there is thus a living space 37 with the shape of a regular hexagon. Three of the sides coincide with the side walls of the house and are designed as window fronts with, for example, floor-to-ceiling windows 38, 39 and 40. This space 37 could of course be further subdivided by an example, arranged between the vertical supports 8 'and 81v folding or sliding wall. The metal framework is usually visible from inside the house (except for the floor frame), but could be conveniently hidden.
The house can e.g. B. be equipped with a full air conditioning system, the equipment z. B. be attached to the underside of the floor. The supply air ducts could also be located under the floor, while the tubular supports 1, 2 or 3 are suitable as exhaust air ducts.
With a suitable choice of the length of the vertical supports 1, 2 and 3, several such space cells can of course be arranged one above the other, at any distance from one another.
Several room cells can also be built with one of their sides butting against one another. In this case, these scites can only coincide over part of their length, in which case this part is optionally closed or open by a partition. Plastic bellows are particularly suitable as connecting pieces: which are screwed to the outer walls as in railroad trains.
7 shows some possible arrangements of houses, for example, with 41 showing a single cell, 42 showing three cells abutting one another at the same height, and finally showing two cells arranged one above the other at 43.
It is of course also possible to build houses with a non-triangular floor plan, in which case more vertical beams anchored in the ground must be provided accordingly.
Although plastic, which is cheap, light, wear-resistant, weather-resistant, etc., is particularly suitable as a cladding material, other materials could of course also be used in principle, such as. B. a glued wooden structure with a stored insulating mats.
