Electrical machine unit with brushless three-phase current machine A stationary phase shifter is known as a brushless electrical machine that has a three-phase winding and a polygon winding in the stator. Power converters are connected to numerous taps on the polygon winding,
of which two diametrically located are always opened at the same time and blocked again after the transfer of current to the next pair of valves. This process continues with the rotation frequency of the network continuously along the circumference of the polygon winding from tap to tap. In this way, a brush bridge rotating synchronously with the network of a DC machine is simulated. The polygon winding is supplied with a current from a direct voltage source via this device and additional commutation means that have already been proposed.
The excitation field, which is caused by the current in the polygon winding, is switched on in stages and induces a voltage in the three-phase winding, the fundamental wave of which has a mains frequency. By choosing a suitable ignition instant for the converter valves, it can be achieved that the voltage induced in the three-phase winding has the same phase position as the mains voltage. By changing the level of the direct current in the polygon winding, the voltage induced in the three-phase winding can be set to the same arithmetic mean value as the mains voltage.
The three-phase winding can now be connected to the three-phase network. An operation is established which corresponds to the point coscp = 1 of a synchronous machine in phase shifter operation. The machine neither accepts nor emits inductive reactive load.
When the excitation current in the polygon winding is reduced, the machine will take up inductive power on the three-phase side for its own magnetization. If the excitation current in the polygon winding is increased, however, the machine will emit reactive power. It acts like a capacity on the network.
With this arrangement, the V-curve known from the synchronous machine is obtained. However, since the excitation field in the polygon winding does not rotate uniformly, but is switched on in stages, the three-phase winding produces a voltage that is heavily affected by harmonics.
The invention relates to an electrical machine unit with a brushless three-phase machine, which has a three-phase winding in the stator and a polygonal winding controlled by power converter valves. According to the invention, this machine is provided with a rotating squirrel-cage rotor.
Its cage winding represents a damper winding for the Harmo niches, while, on the other hand, kellektormachines are known to have an open winding; so they cannot produce effects that correspond to those of a short-circuit winding.
The drawing shows a phase shifter unit as an embodiment of the invention. The three-phase machine has a polygon winding 1 in the stator. There is also a three-phase winding 2 in the stator, which is connected in a triangle and connected to a network R, S, T. In addition, it is shown that a DC machine 4 is coupled to the squirrel-cage rotor 3.
The energy required to build up the excitation field generated in the polygonal winding 1 is taken from this direct current machine 4, with the effect that an active component is superimposed on the reactive current in the three-phase winding 2. In this way it is possible to take real power from the network R, S, T via a direct current intermediate circuit, which can be fed back to it as capacitive reactive power.
It is shown in detail how a larger number of taps is provided on the polygon winding 1, of which only six taps 11 to 16 are shown in the exemplary embodiment. Two valves with opposite flow directions are connected to each tap, e.g. B. to the tap 11, the valves 111 and 112. To the tap 12, the valves 121, 122 are connected.
All valves with the last digit 1 are connected to common manifolds that lead to a transformer 5 with a parallel capacitor. All valves with the last digit 2 are connected to other collecting lines that lead to a transformer 6 with a parallel capacitor. The centers of the two transformers 5, 6 are connected to one another, namely the armature of the DC machine 4 and a smoothing choke 7 are located in this connection.
The two Stromrschter valves 112 and 141 marked black are currently carrying current at the moment in question.
You will start the squirrel cage 3 with the koppel th DC machine 4 from the network via the three-phase winding 2. The phase position of the voltage induced in the three-phase winding 2 from the polygon winding 1 is matched to the mains voltage once in no-load operation. As a result, the position of the ignition moments for the converter valves is fixed.
The reactive power that the machine should take up or output is set by the size of the excitation current in the polygon winding 1. This current is changed by regulating the excitation of the DC machine 4. The polygon CD 1 and the three-phase winding 2 are housed in the same slots in the stator.
