Cutting machine for steel wire mesh The invention relates to a machine for cutting steel wire mesh, in particular construction steel mesh, which has a motor-driven scissors which is moved hydraulically on a straight guide in the cutting direction through the steel wire mesh.
In known machines of this type, a rod is attached to a slide guided in the straight line on which the scissors are arranged, which remains the continuation of the piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder. However, these machines can only handle very small cutting lengths, because the cutting length depends on the length of the cylinder. If you want to build such machines with a leverage, the machine needs an extremely large amount of space and the machine becomes very complex.
Machines are also known in which the carriage containing the scissors is moved by hand with the aid of a rod. Since the bar must be at least as long as the cut so that the scissors can be guided from one edge over the entire cutting width, when the scissors are at one edge, this bar stands a long way beyond the machine and puts additional strain on it a lot of space.
The invention avoids these disadvantages and consists in the fact that the scissors are moved over a pulley that is guided in the manner of a pulley and that the hydraulic drive engages the axle of at least one pulley over which the cable is guided.
The particular advantage of the invention is that the overall length of the cutting machine according to the invention does not have to be greater than the width of the steel wire mesh to be cut. The hydraulic cylinder cylinder can be arranged somewhere in the middle in the machine and act on the axis of rollers over which the rope driving the slide with the scissors is guided. Since the rope is guided over rope pulleys in the manner of a pulley block, a small displacement of the rope pulleys is sufficient to cause a relatively large movement of the rope end. The space requirement of the machine is very small.
The drawings illustrate an embodiment example of the machine according to the invention and parts of the embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows schematically a view of the machine, shown partially in section.
Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the machine, and Fig.3 shows a detail of the Festspannvorrich device of the machine.
On uprights 1 of the machine, a cross member 2 is attached at a distance from the floor, and a second cross member 3 is attached above it at a distance from the cross member 2. At the height of the cross member 2, laterally cantilevered arms are attached, which are used to support the structural steel fabric 4 to be cut. On the carriers 2 and 3 or only on the upper carrier 3, a carriage 5 is displaceable over the entire length of the machine leads. On the carriage 5, an electric motor 6 is arranged, which drives eccentric shears, the fixed knife with 7 and the movable knife with 8 is designated. One end of a rope 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 is attached to the carriage 5. The rope section 9, the end of which is attached to the carriage 5, leads over a pulley 14 which is mounted on one end of the cross member 3.
From this pulley 14, a rope section 10 leads to a rope pulley 15 which is rotatably mounted about an axis 16 which is attached to a Kol rod 17 of a hydraulic cylinder 18. From the pulley 15, the cable section 11 leads to a pulley 19, which in turn is mounted on the cross member 3 in the vicinity of the pulley 14. From there, the cable section 12 leads to a cable pulley 20, which is also rotatably mounted about the axis 16. The rope then ends in a rope section 13 and is attached at 21 to the machine frame. A rope 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 which pulls in the opposite direction is attached to the carriage 5.
The cable section 22, the end of which is attached to the carriage 5, leads to the end of the machine frames opposite the pulleys 14 and 19 and is there guided over a pulley 27 which is rotatably mounted in the frame. A cable section 23 leads from the cable pulley 27 to a cable pulley 28 which is mounted rotatably about an axis 29 which is fastened to an extension 30 of the piston rod 17. The extension 30 is on the pulleys the rope 15 and 16 opposite end of the piston rod 17 attached. From the pulley 28, a cable section 24 runs back to a pulley 31 rotatably mounted on the frame near the cable disk 27. A cable section 25 connects the pulley 31 with a pulley 32, which is also rotatably mounted on the axis 29.
A cable section 26 leads from this cable pulley 32 to a fastening point 33 on the machine frame.
The piston 34 in the drive cylinder 18 can be acted upon on both sides. If the piston 34 moves to the right in FIG. 1, the distance between the pulleys 28, 32 and the pulleys 27, 31 is increased. Since the rope is fastened at one end 33 be, the rope length necessary to increase the distance between these rope pulley pairs is taken from the rope section 22 and the carriage 5 moves a distance to the left that is four times the distance of the piston 34. To the same extent, the pulley pair 15, 20 approaches the Seilschei benpaar 14, 19. The rope length released thereby increases the rope section 9 and enables the car 5 to follow the train generated by the pulley system 27, 31, 28, 32.
As can be seen from the figures, the cross section of the piston rod 17 and the extension 30 is different. Therefore, when the piston 34 is driven in both directions with the same amount of liquid per unit of time, its movement to the left takes place at a much greater speed than its movement to the right. If the piston 34 moves to the left, the carriage 5 moves with the scissors to the right and thus back to its starting position. In this simple way, therefore, the return of the scissors 7, 8 takes place at the same speed of the pressure medium supply in both directions Rich at a significantly increased speed.
The knives 7, 8 of the scissors must form a certain opening angle zuein other even with the greatest overlap, because the scissors are continuously moved against the structural steel fabric 4 and must be prevented that when the knife is closed, the front side edge gets stuck on the structural steel fabric. Since the two knives 7, 8 must always form a certain opening angle to one another, the structural steel weave 4 tends to avoid the knives 7, 8 in the cutting direction. Therefore, a Festspannvorrich device for the structural steel fabric 4 must be available, which holds every single wire of the structural steel fabric as close as possible to the cutting line. For this purpose, pressure rails are known whose lower edge with a. resilient material is clad.
However, with a somewhat lighter construction, it cannot be avoided that the pressure rail and the support bend a little. It must be taken into account that such machines can have lengths of around 5.0 m and more. This disadvantage is compensated for in the invention by the fact that spring elements are provided along one of the pressure rails, the spring force of which increases only relatively little when the spring is stressed. As a result, the pressure on the structural steel fabric 4 on its base is relatively even over the entire length of the machine.
In the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing 3 hydraulic cylinders 35 and 36 are attached to the upper cross member, the piston rods 37 and 38 carry a pressure rail 39. On the underside of the pressure rail 39, a hose-like spring element 40 is attached, the cross section of which is not full, but rather tubular. This hose-like spring element 40 can be made of rubber, plastic or a suitable elastic metal or another elastic material. Becomes. If the spring element 40, as shown in one half of FIG. 3, is compressed, its spring force increases only slightly so that the structural steel fabric 4 is pressed approximately evenly against the base 2 over its entire length.
The switch-on device for the hydraulic cylinders 35 and 36 for the clamping device is expediently coupled with the switch-on device for acting on the cylinder 18 so that when the feed of the scissors 7, 8 is switched on, the structural steel fabric 4 is pressed firmly against its base at the same time.
