An jedem Endteil 1 bzw. 11 .ist ein Wellrohrstück 5 bzw. 15 @angebracht. Die Wellrohre 5 und 15 sind mit weiteren Rohrstücken. 7 bzw.
während sein Äusseres unter Atmo- sphärendruck steht. Es ist dann essichtlich, @dass auf die Rohrstirnflächen oder Endteile 1 und 11 der Innen- druck wirkt und axiale nach aussen Kräfte erzeugt. Der Innendruck wirkt aber .auch ;
Relieved expansion compensator for pipelines Pipelines that experience changes in length due to thermal expansion or external influences must be laid elastically in order to protect them from breakage.
In the case of lines that are laid in a straight line, so-called axial pipe expanders or expansion suction devices with corrugated pipes or stuffing boxes are used, ie: record the changes in length. Since these expansion compensators have the disadvantage:
that, in particular, as the pipe diameter and internal pressure increase, the F'mx point loads become so large that they can only be controlled with great difficulty, expansion compensators are used in this case. Such expansion compensators are not driven apart by the internal pressure.
Known relieved expansion compensators are sometimes space-consuming and complicated in structure and are suitable: therefore bad for pipelines with a large diameter. Partly show:
Known expansion compensators have the disadvantage that the medium has to flow through slots provided in the expansion compensator, which causes considerable pressure losses.
The purpose of the invention is to: avoid the disadvantages mentioned and: to create a relieved expansion compensator of simple design with low flow resistance, which is particularly suitable for air and gas lines of large diameter.
According to the invention, the relieved expansion compensator for pipelines is: characterized in that each of two tubular end parts is provided with a compensating surface acted upon by the internal pressure of the pipe, and pipe parts with one another:
tightly, but axially displaceably connected, with both equalizing surfaces also being tightly connected to one another, but axially displaceably connected: and that the Ausgleiohfläche displaceably connected to one end part and the other end part are rigidly operatively connected to one another.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawing. Fs show:.
1 shows, schematically in section, a first exemplary embodiment of the expansion compensator with pieces of corrugated pipe, FIG. 2 shows a variant of the embodiment according to FIG. 1, Fig. 3 schematically in section a further exemplary embodiment from with stuffing boxes.
The one with F: ig. 1 shown expansion, lenders for pipelines has two tubular: end parts 1 and 11, which are provided with end flanges 3 and 13 for installation in a pipeline.
A corrugated pipe section 5 or 15 is attached to each end part 1 or 11. The corrugated pipes 5 and 15 are with further pipe pieces. 7 and 17, respectively, which open into compensating surfaces 9 and 19, which are inclined towards the outside relative to the axis. The two from:
Equal surfaces 9 and 19 are connected by a further piece of corrugated pipe 21 enclosing pipe section 7.
Between each end part 1 or 11 and: the with the .Ausgleichfläche 19 @ or. 9 of the other end part 11 @ or. 1 connected pipe section 17 and 7 are arranged as a rigid connection, for example, two axial Ver connecting rods 23 and 25, namely to:
the inside of the pipe parts 1, 17, 11 and 7. This has the effect that the compensation surface 19 with respect to the end part 1: and the compensation surface 9 with respect to the desolate end part 11 are practically axially immovable. An: axial movement between the flanges 3 and 13 is Faber by:
the corrugated pipe sections 5, 15 and 21: allows. If, for example, the flange 3 is pressed against the flange 13 as a result of its thermal expansion of a pipeline (not shown) connected to the flange 3, the corrugated pipe sections 5 and 15 are compressed and the corrugated pipe section 21 is stretched.
An axial gap is provided between the pipe sections 7 and 17 in order to enable these two parts to move relative to one another and at the same time to equalize the pressure between:
the cavity located on the one hand, and the pipe section 7 on the other, and the interior of the expansion compensator, by the compensating surfaces 9, 19 and the corrugated pipe 21. The direction of flow of the medium is indicated by an arrow 30.
The corrugated pipe sections 5 and 15 have the same mean diameter D, while the mean diameter of the corrugated pipe section 21 is advantageously j / 2 times larger than R.st, i.e. 1.414 - D.
Then: the axial effective surfaces of the compensation surfaces 9 and 19, i.e. H. their axial projections, which are decisive for the generation of an axial force under the influence of the internal pressure of the medium, are at least approximately the same size as the opening cross-sections of the flanges 3 and 13 or the tube faces of the end parts 1 and 11.
Since the pipelines connected to the pipe expansion compensators shown always lead to fixed points, such as a turbine housing wall, a tank wall or a pipe bend,
to explain the mode of operation of the expansion compensator shown, @that the end parts 1 and 11 are closed by blind flanges, and @that the inside of the expansion compensator is pressurized,
while its exterior is under atmospheric pressure. It is then evident that the internal pressure acts on the pipe end faces or end parts 1 and 11 and generates axial outward forces. The internal pressure is also effective;
on the equal surfaces 9 and 19 and also generates axial forces on these. Since the end face 19 is rigidly connected to the pipe part 1 and its axial projection is the same size as the pipe face of the end part 1, the:
Forces exerted on the pipe end face of the end part 1 and the compensation surface 19 at least approximates the equilibrium.
Likewise, the axial forces exerted on the thin tube surface of the end part 11 and the compensation surface 9, which is rigidly connected to the end part 11, are at least: approximately in equilibrium.
The flanges 3 and 13 of the end parts 1 and 11 are therefore only loaded with the spring force of the corrugated ears 5, 15 and 21. : Since the compensation surfaces 9 and 19 are arranged on the outside and the connecting rods 23 and 25 are expediently designed as narrow elements, the following remains:
the full pipe cross-section is free for the flow so that the pressure loss in the expansion compensator remains low. In addition, the overall length of the expansion compensator is small, even with large pipe diameters.
If only two mutually opposite connecting rods are arranged in two mutually perpendicular planes, as shown in FIG. 1, is shown, then the axial strains can also be small,
lateral deflections in any direction can be absorbed by the expansion compensator.
In FIG. 2, another of the expansion compensators is shown, in which pipe parts, corrugated ear pieces and compensating surfaces are applied in the same way as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG.
are ordered. The connecting rods for the rigid connection of the. Compensating surface 19 with @cleem end part 1 or, the compensating surface 9 with the end part 11 are, however, fastened here on the outside of the expansion compensator.
This arrangement ensures that there are no obstructions to the flow at all in the tube comfort cut. It is also easier to eat when connecting rods 27 and 29:
to be attached on the outside of the compensation surfaces 9 and 19 than on the inside according to FIG. 1.
In Fmg. 3 shows a further exemplary embodiment, in which stuffing boxes are used as expansion members.
A sword tube 31, provided with a flange 33 for connection to a pipeline, is tightly but displaceably mounted in a jacket tube 37 by means of two stuffing boxes 35 and 45. The jacket tube 37 has a tubular end part 41 which is also provided with a flange 43.
The inner diameter of the end ax 41 is equal to that of the epee tube 31. Between the epee tube 31 and the jacket tube 37 there is a tals .Kolben-formed compensation surface 49, which is sealed against the jacket tube 37 with a likewise displaceable stop bushing 51. In this way, two annular spaces 48 and 52 are created.
The annular space 48 is relieved from the atmosphere by openings 47 in the jacket pipe 37.
The other annular space 52 is connected to the inside of the pipe via several large openings 53. The inner diameter of the sleeve pipe 37 is chosen so that the cross-sectional area of the annular spaces 48 and 52 is at least approximately the same size as the pipe end faces of the peg pipe 31 and the end part 41.
The internal pressure acting on the pipe end face of the rapier 3.1! At the flange 33 also acts on the compensating face 49 and the stuffing box 51.
Since the latter two parts are firmly bound to the epee tube 31 and have at least .approximately the same axial effective area as the tube face,
keep the running of the pipe end face axially acting force on the compensation surface 49 and the stuffing box 51 acting axially - oppositely directed forces of equilibrium. On the other hand, the internal pressure also acts: on the surface 39 of the jacket pipe and the stuffing box 35.
The force acting on the pipe end face of the end part 41 is therefore kept in equilibrium by the forces acting axially opposite to the face 39 and the stuffing box 35:
The fixed points connected to the tubes 33 and 43 are therefore only loaded with the friction force of the sliding stuffing boxes.
With the in Fäg. 3, the embodiment shown is also the full pipe cross-section for the flow of the medium unhindered. In addition, this embodiment has a particularly short overall length.
