Folienblasanlage
Blown film line
The invention relates to a blown film system in which the tube to be expanded emerges from the annular nozzle of the extruder in a vertical or horizontal direction. In blow molding systems of a known type, whether it is working with an angled injection head or with a vertical arrangement of the extruder, the Dbolsitand indicates that the hose that is stuck out of the ring nozzle does not have completely the same wall thickness on its circumference, so that! The wall thickness of the blown film also varies, which means that when the folded film is wound up on rollers, the thickness of the wound tube or
the film shows itself in bulges or ring-shaped bulges.
To remedy this disadvantage, it has already been proposed to set the winding device or the nip rollers in rotation relative to the nozzle, so that the differences in wall thickness that would add up during winding at one or more places are distributed over the entire width of the rolls . In this way, the irregularities are compensated for by better distribution on the take-up roll.
The present invention shows another way of compensating for the uneven wall thicknesses. The solution to the problem is that in the expansion. In the region of the hose, a circular cylindrical body, through which a coolant flows and which is frictionally attached to the outer or inner wall of the blown film, is arranged to be expandable about its axis.
By ! the rotary motion of this body is carried along by the film tube resting on it by frictional forces in the direction of rotation. Since at the same time the film tube moves in the axial direction according to the winding process, each point on the circumference of the film tube describes a helical line that is all the flatter. t, the slower the rotary movement dm compared to the movement in the axial direction Ast. As a result, the differences in thickness are evenly distributed over the circumference of the film, so that when the film is wound up, the bulges or ring-shaped bulges described at the beginning are omitted.
This circular cylindrical body can consist of an outside or. Inside the film tube arranged helical cooling tube coil or consist of an internal calibration dome through which the coolant flows, over which the film tube slides with sufficient friction and is thereby carried along by the rotating body.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the external cooling pipe coil is held in a frame made up of retaining rings and vertical supports, which is attached to a rotatably mounted base ring with a toothed ring and driven by a geared motor via a toothed wheel chain. The whole frame moves around the inflated foil hose, whereby the pipe coil not only limits the expansion of the folded hose, but also sets the diesel in slow rotation, according to the speed of the Getmebo motor.
According to the invention, the supply and discharge of the cooling water to the rotating pipe coil takes place via two hose winding points with circulation chambers.
In the case of an internal calibration mandrel or internal cooling pipe coil, special channels can be provided in the blow head which are connected to the ends of the cooling coil or to the calibration mandrel through which cooling lines pass.
The internal heat sink in the form of a viner pipe coil or a dome is conveniently attached to a rotatable axis which is passed through a zen tral bahing of the blow head and the free, protruding end of the blow head with a slow drive means such. B. a geared motor is coupled.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments according to the invention are illustrated, namely show:
Fig. 1 is a vertical longitudinal section through id! The film production system according to the invention with external cooling pipe sockets,
FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the system according to FIG. 1,
3 shows a vertical longitudinal section through a film blowing system with a thin cooling tube, in the place of which a hollow mandrel equipped with cooling tubes can also be used.
The extruder 1, which supplies the blown film system with plastic mass, is connected via the intermediate piece 2 with the nozzle head consisting of the nozzle jacket 3 and nozzle dome 4, so that the injection material via the channels 5, 6 in the annular space 7 bounded between the jacket and the mandrel to the ring conveyor - Migen nozzle gap 8 arrives from which the mass emerges as a plastically deformable tube 9. With means of the air supplied via an inner bore 10 in the mandrel 4, the hose is inflated to a tubular film until this. rests on the cylindrically shaped cooling tube coil 11 as a boundary surface.
Here, the pressure of the supporting air in the film is measured in such a way that a frictionless connection is maintained between the inflated hose and the cooling coil. that the hose is taken along by the cooling tube coil 11 when it is rotated about its axis coinciding with the axis of the film hose. However, since the tubular film also moves in the direction of its longitudinal axis as a result of the withdrawal movement, each point on the film performs a resulting movement in the sense of a screw turn.
The cooling tube coil 11 is in one. made of vertical supports 12 and horizontal retaining rings 13 frame held, the lowermost, 'the supports receiving retaining ring 14 on a base ring 15, for. B. by means of balls 16 is mounted. This base ring, which is provided with chambers and channels, enables cold air to be blown onto the hose emerging from the annular gap.
The lowermost, reinforced retaining ring 14 carries a flange 16 with a threaded ring 17 attached to the outside, with which the pinion 18 of the gear motor 19 is in engagement. The supply of the cooling medium to the cooling pipe coil and its discharge take place via hoses 20 and 21, both of which are wound on a drum 22 which is browned above the frame. One end of the hose 20 is connected to the supply line 23. of the coil and the other end are connected to the feed line 25 via a hose winding point 24 designed as a drum 1.
The return of the cooling water takes place via line 26, hose 21 and pipe 27. The pipes 25, 27 are laid concentrically one inside the other to save space.
Here, the outer tube 27, which is connected more rapidly to the drum body 24, serves at the same time as an axis of rotation which is held in a sleeve 28. This sleeve is attached to a projecting Flan scban 29, which at the same time. serves as a holding manure for the drive motor 19. With. A connecting piece 30 which is in conductive connection with the inner and outer pipe and which has an opening 31 for the discharge and an opening 32 for the outlet of the water is firmly connected to this flange.
This cooling water enters the lowermost opening 31 in the direction of the arrow, and from there passes via the inner pipeline 25 into the hose 20, which is permanently connected to the pipe coil via the upper feed line 23. The cooling water flows through the coil in the opposite direction to the axial hose movement and arrives via the line 26, the hose 21 and the line 33 in the outer rotatably mounted pipe 27 to the outlet connection 30, where it emerges from the opening 32. The sole winding point is also a spool.
When the frame is rotated in one direction or the other, the tubes are alternately wound from the drum 20 onto the drum 24 and vice versa, one or more rotations of the frame in each direction depending on the length of the tubes and the width of the drum without disrupting the constant flow of water.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the cooling coil 34 is in the interior of the inflated tube by means of the cage-like framework 35 on a central itself. Fastened rotating pipe system, which consists of an outer Rahrbeil 36 intended for the return and an inner pipe part 37 intended for the inlet, which is arranged concentrically in the Rohnbeil 36. The pipe system is guided by means of the bushes 38 in a corresponding bore 39a of the nozzle mandrel 39 and is driven by a toothed wheel 40 which is wedged onto the outer pipe part and which is connected to the pinion 42 of the drive machine 43 via a chain 41.
At the end of the pipe system facing away from the coil of cooling pipes, a connecting piece 44 in conductive connection with the flow and return is fixedly attached, in which the pipe system is rotatably guided using suitable seals, so that the cooling water can enter both opening 45 and the heated water I can rinse out the opening 46.
The mandrel 39 of the spray head is provided with channels 47 with blue nozzles 48 for supplying the supporting air in the hose to be blown. From the inner supply pipe 37, the cooling water reaches the pipe coil 34 and flows through it in the direction of the spray head. and arrives via the line 47 in the return channel of the outer Robpteiles 36. With this arrangement a continuous rotation in one direction or the other is possible, because the Sahläuche fall away with the winding drums.
For the arrangement of a cylindrical mandrel within the tubular film, it is only necessary to lay the cooling pipe coil m a) smooth cylinder, over the outer surface of the tubular film, optionally with the arrangement of a sliding mat, such. B. tetrafluoroethylene is performed.
