Wall element for prefabricated structures and method for its production The invention relates to a wall element for prefabricated structures made of flat outer and inner skin with insulating material arranged in between and with a peripheral edge made of non-metallic material that isolates the outer and inner skin from one another separates.
The wall element according to the invention is: characterized in that the outer skin of the wall element is designed as a sheet metal trough from the crimped edge and a plastic profile frame is placed on the crimped edge, on the top of which: a cladding panel (15) forming the inner skin of the wall element rests, and that for mutual connection of the individual parts of the space enclosed by the tub, frame and plate is filled with adhesive plastic foam.
The invention also relates to a method for producing a wall element according to the invention. This is characterized by the fact that a hard and foamable adhesive plastic compound is filled into the cavity formed by the sheet metal tub and the plastic profile frame placed on top of it,
whereupon the cladding plate is placed on the plastic profile frame and held in contact with it under pressure during the foaming of the plastic mass.
In the drawing: two exemplary embodiments of the wall element according to the invention are shown schematically. Show in it:
Egg,-. 1 shows a longitudinal section approximately through the middle of a wall element, FIG. 2 shows a plan view, on a smaller scale, of the frame extension consisting of plastic profile in its still stretched state, cut from a profile strand and provided with notches.
3 a plan view of a wall element according to FIG. 1, but with the inner wall cladding panel removed, FIG. 4 a section through a wall element along the line 4-4 in FIG. 5 with the inner wall cladding panel attached according to a second exemplary embodiment, FIG. 5 a view on the wall element of the second exemplary embodiment with the inner wall cladding panel removed with a cutout for a socket,
The supplementary frame has also been omitted at one corner.
In the illustrated embodiment, the wall cladding element has a z. B., from aluminum sheet cut and formed tub 11 on. This tub has a tub bottom 11a and four angled tub sides 11b. -The upper edge of these tub sides is provided with a bead 11c that is angled towards the center of the tub. This tub 11 forms with the sides 11 b a part of the surrounding frame of the Wandele Mentes.
Overall, however, a frame extension formed from a plastic hollow profile 12 also belongs to this scope. The profile of this supplementary frame 12 can be seen in particular in FIG. 1, where it is shown in section.
In the top view of FIG. 2, it is still drawn in its stretched state, that is to say not bent into a frame, as it is cut from a continuous hollow strand profile 12a and according to idem A b Each time incisions 12b are made and inclined cut edges 12c are cut:
looks like. The incisions 12b and the inclined cutting edges 12c run at 45 to the longitudinal direction of the profile. The V-shaped incisions 12b are made so deep that only the profile wall 12d lying on the outside in the finished frame remains uncut.
The profile is composed in the manner shown in FIG. 1 from the walls 12d, 12e, 12f and 12g, which together: form a rectangle, the cavity formed by this rectangle being divided into two independent channels 12i and 12k by a partition 12h is.
Vent holes 12m can still be seen in the walls 12d and 12e of the profile.
An angled web 12h is molded onto the profile wall 12g, which extends with its free leg end into the area of the plane of the wall 12d and forms an insertion groove for a connecting element.
This connecting element is indicated at 13 and is inserted into the grooves formed by the webs 12n of two adjacent frame supplementary profiles for the positive-locking gog-side securing of the same.
On the free legs of the web 12n, a small angular web 12p is in turn connected, which forms a groove with the first-mentioned web. The groove width is matched to the thickness of the flanging 11c and is intended to accommodate it.
In order to prevent moisture from penetrating into the interior of the wall element, a sealing compound can be introduced into this groove. The dimensions can, however, also be kept in such a way that even the contact pressure prevents moisture from penetrating.
Because of the resilient properties of the selected hollow profile 12, the frame supplement can be split open from the inside onto the bundling 11c with the help of the web 12p without any special use center. For this purpose, the profile 12 of the frame extension is bent using the incisions 12b and the inclined cut edges 12c into one
Rectangular frames, which are initially drawn together a little closer than what is needed in its final state. In this narrower state, it is inserted into the passage left free by the inner edges of the bundling 11c. If you then -as soon as the grooves formed by the web 12p at the level:
of the flanges 11c - allows the frame to expand thanks to its own jump elasticity, the webs 12p together with the one leg of web 12n enclose the flange 11c from the inside and thereby hold the frame extension 12 himself active on the edge of the tub 11
The overall cavity formed by the tub 11 and the frame supplement 12 connected to the flange 11c is made of a plastic foam compound 14 made of:
filled in not yet hardened and. foamed state is filled and after foaming and hardening the entire ge cavity just mentioned. Fulfills. To keep him inside this cavity
an inside wall panel 15, which is to be provided on the inside of the wall element anyway,: which in the exemplary embodiment is to be made of plaster of paris,: immediately after filling the plastic with the help of screws 16 to: the wall 12f of the frame extension prois. on which it remains even when the wall element panel is used further.
If you use a plastic foam material ver, .Das has adhesive properties, you can also use: the screws 16 dispense ver and the plate 15 after filling the plastic material z. B. with the help of a press: in a .an. On the wall 12f: of the frame in addition to: ngprofils 12: hold the pressed position until the foaming hardening process is finished.
The plate 15 then adheres to the wall element 12 without any other holding means because of the adhesive effect of the plastic foam. It is also possible never to introduce other insulating materials into the tub: which then either loosely: poured in or loosely inserted or in a solid form : can be glued.
In particular if: the wall element has an aluminum sheet tub 11, an external plaster 17 to be provided on the wall element can be provided in a very thin layer on the outside of the bath 11a of the tub 11 from the outset.
To: the during the foaming of the Kunststof fes and simultaneous pressing of the plate 15 in the interior of the tub 11: and 12 occurring pressure, this tub is expediently used in a corresponding shape embracing it: strength during the process mentioned.
According to a second exemplary embodiment (FIGS. 4 and 5), a metallic rectangular tub 110 has a tub bottom 110n: and four: lower tub sides 110b. On these tub sides 110b, four peripheral frame pieces 111, which have the same profile and which are mitered at their joints, are placed.
The circumferential taming pieces 111 are designed as profiles which face the tub sides 110b: The cross-section is designed as a fork with prongs 111a and 111b of unequal length,
The distance between them corresponds to the material thickness of the tub sides 110b and the lengthways groove 111c thus created between them match the tub sides 110b. The length of the prongs 111a and 111b is greater than the highest tolerance-related tub side height. The long fork tine 111b has an angled attachment IIIba at right angles to it:
on, which sits directly on the tub bottom 110a.
On the end of the surrounding frame pieces 111 facing away from the tub bottomRTI ID = "0002.0221" WI = "18" HE = "4" LX = "1652" LY = "2441"> there is an open to the socket piece 111 formed at right angles to the surrounding frame U-profile 111d is provided as an insertion groove for a plug-in locking element:
ent 112 is used, half of which is inserted into mutually facing insertion grooves of adjacent wall elements.
On the outer surface of its free U-leg 111 da it has two strips llldb, which have a side roof profile 111 de facing one another that forms covings llldd with the U-leg lllda.
Correspondingly shaped strips 113aa, which are formed on the underside 113a of supplementary frame pieces 113 in a form-fitting manner, engage in this. The supplementary frame pieces 113 are designed as box-shaped hollow profiles made of plastic, the interior of which is traversed by two channels 13c and 13d separated by a partition 113b.
The partition wall 113b is perpendicular to the tub bottom 110a and is provided approximately at the same distance from the outer wall of the surrounding recess 111 as the web of the U-profile 111d. In this way, that part of the supplementary frame piece 113 containing the channel 113d protrudes freely inwardly beyond the surrounding frame 111 .
The supplementary frame pieces 113 are dimensioned such that the supplementary frame pieces 113 lying horizontally when the wall element is in use extend over the entire width of the wall element and enclose the ends of the vertical supplementary frame pieces 113 between them.
On their upper side 113e, the supplementary frame pieces 113 are provided with corrugations 113ea, which run transversely to the longitudinal extension of the supplementary frame pieces 113 and together with a flat inner wall cladding plate 114 lying on them form channels ,
through which air can escape from the interior of the wall element when the plastic foam compound 115 is foamed. If this does not have adhesive properties, the inner wall cladding plate 114 is fastened to supplementary frame pieces 113 by screws 117: in the region of the channel 113c.
The tub bottom 110a is covered with an external plaster 118.
In Fig. 5 a cutout 119 is shown, but only cuts the channels 113d of the supplementary frame pieces 113, which form a continuous channel for receiving supply lines in the horizontal supplementary frame pieces together with the similar channels of the neighboring wall elements. In addition, the vertical channels 113d,
cut. Through this cutout 119 , these supply lines are accessible for leading the supply lines to a socket or the like. By arranging such special hollow channels 113d protruding freely inwardly beyond the U-shaped section, such a cut can be made without the risk of the U-shaped section being cut at the same time. The partition
113b between the two channels 113c and 113d has, in addition to its stiffening effect, the advantage that the supply lines do not unintentionally penetrate into the area of the channel 113c: and can be damaged there by retaining means (screw 117).
The profile of the enclosing frame pieces 111 can be supplemented so that a pressure rod known from half-timbering is created, which, in cooperation with a diagonal pull, can divert wind pressure into the foundation, acting on the corner of a house made using such wall elements.
