Door safety device on drum washing and spinning machines In drum washing machines and spinning machines, the loading door is usually provided with a door safety device that prevents unintentional: or:
b mb also prevent the loading door from being opened visually while the machine is in operation, thus preventing the risk of accidents.
Such door locks are known in different designs and different in their mode of action depending on the type of door lock. So @es is known, for example, to see the door handle with a lock, Idas clicks into place when the door window is closed and then can only open the key with the help of a suitable key.
Other washing and drying machines have a so-called door contact via Aden when the door is opened (the circuit to the drive motor of the washing and spinning drum is interrupted, and the drum comes to a standstill.
to connect a drum slurry with the loading flap, which responds when the loading flap is opened and (brakes the centrifugal drum.
It can happen that the operator wants to open the damage door while the machine is in operation, e.g.
B.: to insert or remove additional items of laundry from the washing drum. In the case of a washing machine to be loaded from the front, part of the liquor would then leak into the installation room. The loading door of a washing machine to be loaded from the front is allowed:
Therefore, when the washing drum is at a standstill, only be opened (when the amount of liquor in the drum container has sunk to at least below the lower apex of the loading opening.
The task of the innovation is to @ create a simple door lock on a drum washing and spinning machine that fulfills the above conditions, @ the at least one intervening in the door opening mechanism,
.controlled door opening lock. According to the innovation, the door opening lock is controlled by: a float or a membrane pressure cell, which door opening bar blocks the loading door opening mechanism in one position and releases it in another position.
With this arrangement, it can be avoided with certainty that when the door window is opened in the case of washing and centrifuging machines to be charged from the front, the charging opening escapes and into the installation room. got.
The door safety device is advantageously designed in such a way that two door opening locks engage in the opening mechanism of the loading door,
One of which is connected to a float switch or a diaphragm pressure switch and the other to a time inhibitor that comes into operation when the motor circuit is switched off.
This ensures that the loading door can only be opened when; the washing drum has come to a standstill and the liquor is pumped out of the drum container.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, which represents an exemplary embodiment.
In a known washing machine and Schleuderma machine is provided on the key bank 1, a push button 2:
, which allows the loading door 3 of the washing machine and spin dryer to be opened via a lever linkage described below. The loading door must not be opened when the liquor level in the drum is above the lower part of the loading door.
For this purpose, a float or a membrane pressure cell 4 is provided, which is connected to the drum container 6 via a hose line 5 and controls a locking lever 7. As can be seen, this locking lever has a locking tongue 8 which: when the plunger 9 is raised, the meme:
The fire socket 4 snaps into a groove 10 in the shaft of the hand button 2. If the liquor level in the drum container 6 falls, the; against: the: in the membrane pressure cell 4:
arranged membrane onerous pressure, so that the plunger 9 is withdrawn and the locking lever are rotated into the position shown at 11, shown in dashed lines. The locking tongue is now out of engagement with the groove 10, so that the manual button 2 can be operated.
In the embodiment shown, the locking lever 7 is rotatably mounted in a support 12. The support is firmly connected to the Odem frame or housing and z. B. placed on a traverse 13 @ or forms a component with this. The traverse also carries the membrane pressure cell 4.
The arrangement of the locking lever and the diaphragm pressure socket is such that when you press against the locking tongue, the force is absorbed by the support,
on the other hand, the plunger of the menstrual pressure cell remains relieved of pressure or impact.
Is there e.g. If, for example, after switching off the washing machine and spinning machine, there is no water in the drum container, if the locking tongue 8 is out of engagement with the groove 10, the manual button 2 can now be operated to open the loading door 3.
The pin 14 runs along the shaft of the button 2 and bears against the arm 15: the double-armed lever 16, which is rotatably mounted at 17. If the bar 2 and thus also the pin 14 is moved in the direction of the arrow 18, the action with the other arm 19 causes
The rod 20 connected to the double arm lever 16 causes a rotary movement of the lower double-armed lever 21 which is in engagement with the locking bar 22 and therefore moves the latter in the direction of the arrow 23. The loading door 3 can then: be opened.
Due to the restoring force of the spring 24, the locking bar is pushed back against the direction of the arrow 23, as follows:
that when loading door 3 is closed the door lock engages again. As soon as the drum container is loaded again with what water, the upward-going plunger 9 of the locking lever 7 rotates under pressure, the locking tongue 8 engaging again in the groove 10 of the key shaft 2 and locking the latter again.
In the embodiment shown, it is provided that two locks intervene in the opening mechanism of the loading door, one of which is: "7, 8 with:
a float or a diaphragm pressure cell 4 and a further 25, -, known per se, with) a time inhibitor 26 that comes into operation when the motor circuit is switched off.
