Press for extracting juice from fruit, grapes and the like to be pressed The main patent relates to a press for extracting juice from fruit, grapes and similar pressed material, with a horizontal, rotatable press basket, the basket jacket of which is impervious to liquids, and which is present in the press room Drainage means, which are provided with at least one frontal,
Outside the press room lying juice collection room in connection, stand, so @ that: essentially the whole. Pressed juice volume from the Odem press room (through which the drainage means is directed into the juice collection room.
In a press of this type, pressed juice is conveyed from the juice collection space or juice collection spaces via outlets to a juice collection container which is constructed in the manner of a segment-shaped channel open on the top.
Since the outlets now rotate with the press basket (, they should only be open in the catchment area of the juice collector. In the remaining part (of the orbit, the juice outlet must be blocked by a closing element, i.e. alternate closing and opening, automatically is controlled.
With such a type of juice extraction, it has proven to be a disadvantage that air is stuck in the press room and in the juice in the room when the juice outlet is closed.
what under the effect (this dynamic pressure of the juice leakage when opening the closing element occurs intermittently and consequently a continuous (splash-free flow of juice is not guaranteed).
According to the present, additional invention, this disadvantage is to be remedied in that a juice outlet connected to the juice collecting chamber and rotating with the press basket is in constant communication with an annular juice collecting container during its circulation,
on which a fixed drainage line is closed. Such a design of the juice collecting container "allows the juice outlet to be kept open during the entire circulating movement of the press basket. The air displaced in the press chamber and in the juice collecting chambers can thereby escape continuously, without interruptions, and thus without impairing the juice flow.
The invention is described below on the basis of two exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. Indian drawing shows:
Fi. 1 shows a representation of a press analogous to FIG. 1 of the main patent, with the modification of a first embodiment of a juice collecting container, FIG. 2 only part of the press according to FinG. 1 in connection with a juice collecting container of a second embodiment.
At the left-hand end of a foundation plate 1, a pressure cylinder 3 with a head part 4 is rotatably mounted in a Lagers.ock.el 2. A flange 6 reinforced with ribs 5 is attached to the pressure cylinder 3 and is connected to a counter-pressure plate 8 by three support columns 7.
The rotary arrangement formed in this way is rotatably mounted on the one hand in the bearing base 2, on the other hand on the counter pressure plate 8 on two support rollers 9 and is set in rotation in a known manner, not shown, by a drive motor. A differential piston 10 is longitudinally displaceable in the pressure cylinder 3 (which is acted upon by hydraulic pressure medium at 11 and 12.
At its end protruding from the pressure cylinder 3, the differential piston 10 carries a pressure plate 13 to which, at a distance, a fastening plate 15 is detachably connected by intermediate pieces 14. An identical fastening plate 15 is attached to the counterpressure plate 8 on the opposite side .
When the lifting movement is initiated in the pressing direction, the pressure plate 13 moves within the basket shell 16. The counter-pressure plate 8, the pressure plate 13 and the basket shell 16 together form a press basket 18 which surrounds the press space 17 on all sides.
The basket jacket 16 is provided with two wreaths 19 and 20, .die @an = three extended parts 21 are penetrated by: the three support columns 7, the basket jacket 16 being guided on the support columns 7 in a longitudinally displaceable manner.
On the rim 19 of the basket shell 16, two lifting rods 22 of two hydraulic cylinders 23 attached to the flange 6, offset from one another by 180 degrees, engage, idurah which the basket shell 16 is guided in the cylinders 23 according to the direction of application Support columns 7, be movable in the horizontal axial direction.
From the pressure plate 13 to the counter pressure plate 8, a plurality of drainage strands 29 are stretched in the pressing space 17.
Between the fastening plates 15 and the pressure plate 13 and counter pressure plate 8 there are juice collecting spaces 24, to which outlets 35, 36 are closed and which rotate with clean in the bearing base 2 and on the support rollers 9, the rotatable part of the press .
The outlets 35 and 36 are combined to form a collective outlet 42, which ends in an enlarged mouth 50 . The collecting outlet 42 extends with;
its mouth 50 in a by a support 51 on the foundation plate 1 attached, designed as an annular channel 52 juice collecting container 53, .indem the collecting outlet 42 a lateral annular slot 53 of the annular channel 52, passes through. The collecting outlet 42 can follow the path of the annular slot 53 än its orbital movement,
so that the collective outlet 42 is in constant line connection with the ring channel 52. The juice flowing into the ring channel 52 can be conveyed to the storage location through a drain pipe 54 located at the lowest point of the ring channel 52.
Collection outlets 42, as shown in the drawing, can of course be arranged two or more, which, at regular intervals, distributed around the circumference, lead the juice out of the juice collecting spaces at several points. Solutions are also conceivable in which 24 separate outlets from each juice collection space
are led to a collection container. As an example, an outlet 55 is shown in FIG. 1, which connects only the juice collecting space 24 located on the counter pressure plate 8 with the annular channel 52.
A second exemplary embodiment is shown in FIG. 2. Here, the collecting outlet 42 has a fixed line connection to a cylindrical container 56 which represents the juice collecting container. The cylinder vessel surrounds the central inlet 48 and is firmly connected to it.
In the area of a circumferential slot 57, the cylinder vessel 56 is rotatably supported on a suction tube 58. This bearing point is sealed by means of two round seals 59, which are inserted into annular grooves 60 of the cylinder vessel 56 on both sides of the suction tube 58.
A suction pump 61 is attached to the suction pipe 58, through which the press liquid is sucked off and conveyed on via a line 62.
