Description

  

      Fensterrahmen    für     Idttlose        Verglasung       Schon seit     langem    ist man bestrebt, bei     Fenster-          nahmen    an     Stelle        einer    Verglasung mit Kitt     elastische     Dichtungsmanschetten     vorzusehen.    Die bekannten  Rahmen dieser Art haben jedoch den Nachteil, dass  sie nur für eine bestimmte Scheibenstärke verwendet  werden können. Für jede Scheibenstärke muss daher  ein besonderer     Rähmen    vorgesehen werden. Das ist  sowohl in der Herstellung als auch in der Lagerhal  tung äusserst kostenaufwendig.

   Es besteht daher das  Bedürfnis     nach    einem Fensterrahmen für kittlose  Verglasung, in den wahlweise Seheiben der verschie  densten Stärken dicht eingesetzt werden können.  



  Die     Erfindung    sieht die Aufgabe in     der        Schaffung          eines        Fensroernahmes    mit     in    ihrer     Breite    variablen       Schlitzen    für     die        Aufnahme    der Scheiben.

   Gelöst       wind    diese Aufgabe     :durch        einen        Fensternahmen,    bei  dem der     Gesamtrahmen    aus zwei     ineinandexgreifen-          de        und        senkrecht        zur          verschiebbar          miteinander        verbundenen        Rahmen;

          besteht    und der       zwischen    Aden     beiden    Rahmen     gebildete,    .auf der Rah  meninnenseite     liegende    Schlitz     zur        Aufnahme    der  Glasscheibe und ;der     Dichtungsmanschetten    ,dient.  



  In der     Zeichnung    sind zwei     Ausführungsbeispiele     des     Erfindungsgegenstandes        veranschaulicht.    Es       ,zeigt:          Fig.    leinen     Schnitt        idurch        Iden        Rahmen        mit        einer          eingesetzten        Einfachscheibe    und       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt durch ,den Rahmen mit     einer     Doppelscheibe.  



  Der im ganzen mit 1 bezeichnete     Gesamtrahmen     besteht aus     Einzelrahmen    2 und 3,     .die    beide     ein          U-Profil        bilden    und     spiegelbildlich        ineinandengreifend          angeordnet    sind. An     Stelle    von     U-Profilen    können       gegebenenfalls    auch Winkel- oder     sonstige    Profile  gewählt wenden.

   In     allen        Fällen    aber :müssen die bei  den Rahmen 2 und 3 ineinander     greifen    und z. B.    durch     Schrauben    4     senkrecht        zur        Ebene    des Gesamt  rahmens -1     verschiebbar        miteinander        vexbiunden    sein.  



  Durch     Betätigung    der     Schnauben    4 werden     die     Rahmen 2 und 3 in Richtung des     Pfeiles    A gegenein  ander verschoben,     wodurch    sich der zwischen ihren  Innenschenkeln 2a und 3a befindliche Schlitz 5 in  seiner Weibe variieren     lässt.        Dadurch    ist beispiels  weise die     Möglichkeit    gegeben, in     den,        Schlitz    5     einte          Einfachscheibe    6     einzusetzen        (Fig.    1) oder ;

  aber     auch,     wie     Fig.    2 zeigt,     eine        Doppelscheibe    7.  



  Das     Einklemmen    und     Abdichten    der Scheibe 6  bzw. 7 in .den     Schlitz    5     erfolgt        idurch        elastische    Man  schetten 8 und 9, :

  die     sich    auf die     Ober-        und    Unter  seite der Scheiben abdichtend     -auflegen,        wenn    man  die     Schlitzweibe        idurch        Verstellen    der     zweckmässig     auf den gesamten Umfang des Rahmens 1     verteilten          Schnauben    4 entsprechend     einstellt.    B. aus  Gummi oder einem ähnlich     .elastisch    nachgiebigen       Kunststoff        bestehenden        Manschetten    8 und 9     können          vorzugsweise,    wie die     Zeichnung        erkennen    lässt, un  ter     Klemmwirkung    an den     zugehörigen        Rahmenr     Schenkeln 2a und     3;a    befestigt sein. Zweckmässig       weist     eine     Manschette        Anschläge    z.

   B. ,in       Gestalt        einer    Leiste 10 bei     ider        Manschette    9     auf,        die     das Einschieben der Scheibe 6 bzw. 7 in den     Schlitz    5       begrenzen.  



      Window frames for idttless glazing For a long time, efforts have been made to use elastic sealing sleeves instead of glazing with putty. However, the known frames of this type have the disadvantage that they can only be used for a certain pane thickness. A special frame must therefore be provided for each slice thickness. This is extremely costly both in production and in storage.

   There is therefore a need for a window frame for putty-free glazing, in which optional windows of various strengths can be used tightly.



  The object of the invention is to create a window frame with slots that are variable in width for receiving the panes.

   This task is solved: by means of a window frame, in which the overall frame consists of two interlocking frames that are perpendicular to the slidably connected frame;

          and the slot formed between the two frames and located on the inside of the frame to accommodate the glass pane and the sealing sleeves is used.



  Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated in the drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 a section through the frame with an inserted single pane and FIG. 2 a section through the frame with a double pane.



  The overall frame designated as 1 consists of individual frames 2 and 3, both of which form a U-profile and are arranged in a mirror-inverted manner. Instead of U-profiles, angle profiles or other profiles can also be selected.

   In all cases: must the frames 2 and 3 interlock and z. B. be vexbiunden with each other by screws 4 perpendicular to the plane of the total frame -1.



  By actuating the snares 4, the frames 2 and 3 are shifted against each other in the direction of arrow A, whereby the slot 5 located between their inner legs 2a and 3a can be varied in its female. As a result, there is the possibility, for example, of inserting a single disk 6 into the slot 5 (FIG. 1) or;

  The clamping and sealing of the disc 6 or 7 in the slot 5 is done by elastic cuffs 8 and 9,:

PATENT CLAIM Window frame for putty-free glazing: with elastic sealing collars, characterized in that the overall frame (1) consists of two single frames (2 and 3) that are interlocking and can be slid with one another perpendicular to the frame plane and,
