Dies geschieht vorzugsweise in Förderrichtung.
Device for the individual removal of sheet-shaped, stacked goods
The invention relates to a device for individually pulling off the lowest piece of sheet-shaped, stacked material, for example made of paper, and for transfer to a belt conveyor system, by means of an arm provided with one or more suction nozzles, which sucks the sheet-shaped conveyor piece and then moves under the Conveyor system lowers so that the conveyed piece is lifted off the suction nozzle (s) on the conveyor level and transferred to the conveyor system.
Such a facility can be of particular importance in an installation in which two or more documents or papers are to be merged. This task occurs in preparation for sending account statements, invoices and the like, where debit or credit notifications are to be made ready for dispatch together with the oKnto statement. This facility can also be important when enveloping letters.
In these cases it is necessary that the second document or the envelope is available immediately when the first document is ready for dispatch. The previous arrangements in which the bottom sheet is sucked in from a stack so that it can then be transferred to a conveyor system, work too slowly here. In the device forming the subject of the invention, the device for moving the pivotable arm is designed in such a way that the arm remains at a low height above the conveying level after a conveyed item has been sucked in and is only lowered abruptly below the conveying level when called up, so that the conveyed piece is released from the suction nozzle or nozzles and gripped by the conveyor system.
It has been shown that the time delay between the time a command is given to the peeling device and the delivery of the conveying piece can be reduced to less than half the time required for the known arrangements to suck in, peel off and remove the bottom sheet of a stack to be handed over to the conveyor system.
The suction force can be measured so that the suction nozzle or suction nozzles with certainty the bottom sheet z. B. peel off a Biattstapels, but when driving through the suction nozzle through the conveying level, the sheet can lift off the suction nozzle.
Furthermore, it can be useful to facilitate the transfer of the conveyed piece by leaning the suction plane of the suction nozzle or suction nozzles against the plane of receiving the conveyed material of the conveyor system, because the piece is initially sucked in only at one point. This is preferably done in the conveying direction.
Furthermore, the suction force can be reduced after the suction, so that no control of the suction air is necessary after the transfer command has been issued.
This is to be explained below using the drawing of an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
A suction nozzle 1, guided vertically at 4, is connected to the fan, not shown, via the hollow push rod 2 and the flexible hose 3.
The push rod 2 is connected via the connecting rod 5 to the cam 6, which also serves as a crank disk. On the wave of the Kurb. On the disk 6 are the clutch 8 and the brake 9. The conveyor belts 10 and 11 are arranged slightly inclined to the plane of the suction nozzle 1, so that when the suction nozzle passes through the transport plane, the rear edge of the envelope 12 first touches the conveyor belts. The arrangement works as follows. The suction nozzle 1 moves from bottom to top against the stack, not shown, sucks in an envelope 12 and pulls it from the stack as it moves downwards.
Just before the suction nozzle 1 or the envelope 12 reaches the trans portehene of the bands 10 and 11, the cam 6 actuates the microswitch 13, which triggers the electromagnetic clutch 8 and the brake 9. If the envelope 12 is to be presented for bagging the letter content, for example the account statement and the account receipts, the brake 9 is released and the clutch 8 reconnects the drive 7 to the crank disk 6. The suction nozzle 1 now moves further down, with the Envelope 12 is stripped from the suction nozzle 1.
Since the rear edge of the envelope 12 initially rests on the conveyor belts 10 and 11, the suction nozzle 1 is ventilated on one side and the envelope 12 can therefore more easily detach from the suction nozzle. The envelope now travels on the conveyor belts 10 and 11 to the loading point, while the suction nozzle 1 is brought back up and pulls a new envelope 12 out of the stack. The Sau.gluft does not need to be switched off during operating hours.
