Die Luftströmung ist durch Pfeile angedeutet. Wichtig ist dabei, @dass die Luft nach Umströmung der Mantelwand des Verbrennungsraumes 2 in zwei Teilströme getrennt wind;
sodann in dem durch den Rauchaustrittsstutzen 5 unterbrochenen Ringraum zwischen dem Luftmantel 1 und dem Ringrohr 4 .und gelangt zuletzt zu den Warmluft-Auslassgittern 11, wobei der Chikanenung 13 eine gewisse Steuerwirkung hat:;

Hot air heating furnace The subject of the invention is a hot air heating furnace for generating hot air for gardening centers, horticultural schools and similar businesses, with an oil burner, an air jacket arranged around the combustion chamber and a heat exchanger connected downstream of this.
The invention pursues the purpose of noticeably increasing the heat exchange compared to known hot air heating stoves of this type with a relatively simple structure of the heat exchanger and, through a special air duct, to achieve that the floor of the combustion chamber, which is mostly at risk and away from the oil burner, is intensively coated with air. to protect it against excessive heating.
The hot air heating furnace according to the invention is characterized in that the heat exchanger has a ring of longitudinal pipes concentric to the cylindrical combustion chamber and to the air jacket and an annular pipe that receives the combustion gases from these longitudinal pipes and emits it to a smoke outlet stub radially through the air jacket, the The diameter of the imaginary cylinder surface surrounding the ring of longitudinal pipes is at least approximately the same size as the diameter of the combustion chamber and the outer diameter of the annular pipe,
further characterized by a chicanery ring which is arranged approximately halfway along the length of the longitudinal tubes and extends in a transverse plane from the air jacket to the longitudinal tubes, and by a ring of air deflection vanes, which a portion of the air to be heated after it has flowed around the jacket wall of the combustion chamber, Point between the longitudinal tubes towards the floor of the combustion chamber remote from the oil burner. The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
1 shows a longitudinal section of the warm air heating oven, FIG. 2 shows a view against the end face provided with warm air outlet grids, and FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line 111-11I of FIG.
A combustion chamber 2 and a heat exchanger are arranged concentrically in a cylindrical air jacket 1, the latter consisting of a ring of longitudinal pipes 3 and an annular pipe 4 which receives the combustion gases from the longitudinal pipes 3 and sends them to a smoke outlet pipe that passes through the air jacket 1. zen 5, and furthermore the diameter of the imaginary cylinder surface enveloping the ring of longitudinal tubes 3 is at least approximately the same size as the diameter of the combustion chamber 2 and the outer diameter of the annular tube 4.
First of all, an air inlet connector 6 connected to a fan (not shown) opens into the air jacket 1; furthermore, through the end wall of the air jacket up to the combustion chamber 2, a connection 7, to which the oil burner 8 is attached, and a cleaning access 10, which is closed by a door 9 during operation, extend in a similar way through the opposite end wall of the air jacket 1, in which two hot air outlet grilles 11 are embedded, two plaster accesses 12 up to the ring pipe 4.
The longitudinal tubes 3 have the trapezoidal cross section shown in FIG. 3, the walls 3a of adjacent longitudinal tubes lying opposite one another in pairs being parallel to one another also in the cross section of the furnace.

Approximately halfway along the length of the longitudinal tubes 3, a chicanes ring 13 extends in a transverse plane from the air jacket 1 to the longitudinal tubes 3. Furthermore, a ring of air deflection blades 14 is attached to the inside of the air jacket 1.
The air flow is indicated by arrows. It is important that the air after flowing around the jacket wall of the combustion chamber 2 is separated into two partial flows;
the first passes between the air deflection blades 14, then flows first in the longitudinal direction, is then forced through the chicanes ring 13 into the spaces between the longitudinal tubes 3, flows behind the chicanes ring 13 again in the annular space between the air jacket 1 and the ring of longitudinal tubes 3 ,
then in the annular space between the air jacket 1 and the annular pipe 4, which is interrupted by the smoke outlet nozzle 5, and finally arrives at the warm air outlet grilles 11, the chikanenung 13 having a certain control effect :;
the second partial flow is that which is directed through the air deflecting blades 14 against the floor 2a of the combustion chamber, which is removed from the oil burner 8, in order to protect it against overheating by the flame directed at it, which then flows in the space within the ring of longitudinal tubes 3 and in front of the ring pipe 4:
is divided into one that flows through the central passage of the annular pipe 4 and then reaches the outlet grids 1.1, and one that, after passing through the channels between the longitudinal pipes 3, mixes with the first partial flow and with it to the outlet grids 11 got. : That an effective diversion of the second partial flow. due to the blades 14, is due to the jam generated by the Chikanenring 13.
The good thermal efficiency is achieved by the intensive coating of the tubes 3, 4 of the heat exchanger on all sides.
The stove can be set up in a lying or standing arrangement; Insignificant details can be changed compared to the training shown.
