wie aus Fig.6 ersichtlich ist. In. der in Fig. 1 @dargestellten Stellung der Ladeplattform !umgreifen diese Aussparungen Rollen 44, idie ihrerseits in an den hinteren Enden .der Chassistesle 12 angeordneten Tragarmen 45 frei drehbar gelagert sind;
in Fig. 1 dargestellten Stellung ein Sperrstift durch diese Boh reng 48 geführt werden, der in ein mit der Boh rung 48 ausgerichtetes Loch in dem zugeordneten Rahmenteil 14 der Plattform 10 ;
Eine hintere Bordwand 52 erstreckt sich quer über das rückwärtige Ende der Ladeplattform und ist an dem hinteren Rahmenteil 15 nach rückwärts schwenkbar befestigt, ;
Motor vehicle for transporting heavy loads The invention relates to a motor vehicle for transporting heavy loads.
The transport of heavy loads has so far been associated with great difficulties, whereby the. The main difficulty was loading and unloading the vehicle.
Various means have already been used to eliminate the difficulties encountered during loading and unloading. In general, heavy (.,
asten .lifted onto the loading area of the vehicle by means of a movable crane and removed from it again,
so that the animal turning of a mobile crane both at the loading point and at the unloading point was associated with the resulting additional employment of operating personnel.
A motor vehicle has also already been proposed in which the platform carrying the actual load can be moved backwards from the chassis of the vehicle until, under the action of gravity, it moves downwards:
tilts the ground. The load was then pulled onto the platform by means of a mechanically operated winch and a rope until it hits stops on the platform, and the platform is then also withdrawn into its horizontal position on the chassis of the vehicle.
A similar construction of a load-bearing platform on a motor vehicle has also already been proposed, the platform being tilted relative to the chassis of the vehicle by means of a hydraulic winch and, when it is in the tilted position,
shifts under the action of gravity until its outer end comes into contact with the ground. The reverse upward sliding movement of the platform is carried out by a rope that is controlled by a hydraulically operated winch. Another amendment has been proposed for vehicles of this type,
in order to load a special shape of a loading container onto the loading platform of the motor vehicle, whereby the platform is tilted by means of a hydraulic wall opposite the chassis of the vehicle and .another hydraulic winch works like a shuttle between the loading platform and: the special container, so that the container is gradually lifted onto the platform in the tilted position.
It is the object of the present invention to provide an improved motor vehicle by means of which heavy loads can be loaded and unloaded without the risk of collapse during loading and unloading.
The invention consists in that a support part is pivotably attached to the chassis of the vehicle, to which an inner frame part is pivotably attached, a loading platform is arranged displaceably on the inner frame part, a:
first actuation means is provided for tilting the support part and thus the inner frame part and the loading platform relative to the chassis of the vehicle, a second actuation means is provided for moving the loading platform relative to the inner frame part, and the loading platform is actuated by jointly actuating both actuation means,
a first end position can be moved into a second end position and vice versa, with the loading platform in the bursting end position being parallel or substantially parallel to the chassis of the vehicle and the inner end of the loading platform being on the driver's cab of the vehicle,
and the loading platform is tilted in the second end position relative to the chassis of the vehicle and the outer end of the loading platform is in contact with the floor. During the movement of the loading platform, the support part is preferably tilted from its first end position to the second end position via a central position with respect to the chassis of the vehicle.
During the actuation of the first actuating means, the support ax can be tilted from a first position in which the inner frame part and the loading platform are parallel or essentially parallel to the chassis of the vehicle, via a central position of the line relative to the chassis of the vehicle, into a second position, in! which the support part abuts against one or more stops provided on the chassis of the vehicle.
On the inner frame part, a support leg assembly can be attached in such a way that it is in contact with the ground when the support part hits against the stop or stops on the chassis of the vehicle.
Both the first and the second actuation means preferably consist of hydraulic cylinders or winches operated by hydraulic fluid, the first hydraulic cylinder operated by hydraulic fluid being connected between the chassis of the vehicle and the supporting part and the second hydraulic hydraulic operated lifting cylinder between the inner frame part and the loading platform is connected.
The loading platform is expediently displaceable in relation to the inner frame part on a large number of rollers attached to the inner frame part, and one or more sets of bearing rollers can be attached to the outer end of the chassis of the vehicle so that the lower surface of at least one part. the loading platform during the actuation of the actuating means on the bearing roller set or
the bearing roller sets can run.
Preferably, sets of locking means are provided to prevent inadvertent displacement of the loading platform in its first end position relative to the chassis of this vehicle.
In the first outer position, the loading platform can be locked against a sliding movement with respect to the chassis of the vehicle by means of a locking pin attached to the chassis of the vehicle, which engages the loading platform.
In its first end position, the loading platform can be secured against tilting movement with respect to the chassis of the vehicle by one or more locking flanges,
which are attached to the inner end of the chassis of the vehicle and engage flanges on the bed.
In its first end position, the loading platform can furthermore be secured against tilting movement with respect to the chassis of the vehicle by locking plates which partially encompass the bearing rollers attached to the outer end of the chassis of the vehicle.
In the drawings, which show a truck as a preferred embodiment: FIG. 1 is a perspective side view of the truck with the loading platform in its first end position, ie. the position for loading and unloading, Fig. 3 is a perspective rear view of the truck showing the loading platform in the same Stel development as in Fig. 2, Fig.4 is a detailed perspective view showing the connections between the chassis of the Vehicle, the supporting part, the inner frame part, the loading platform and the piston of the supporting part tilting,
Fig. 5 shows a detailed perspective view showing the connection of the hydraulic cylinder operated by hydraulic fluid with the chassis of the vehicle and the set of locking flanges, Fig. 6 shows a detailed perspective:
ectiivische view showing the bearing rollers and locking plates at the outer end of the chassis of the vehicle and FIG. 7 a detailed perspective view showing the rollers running on part of the loading platform on the inner frame part.
In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the truck has a loading platform, generally designated 10, which is slidably mounted on an inner frame which has two box-profile beams 11 extending in the longitudinal direction,
Both the platform and the inner frame can be tilted with respect to the chassis parts 12 of the vehicle by means of a support part or a strut which consists of two essentially three angular side parts 13.
The loading platform 10 has a rectangular shape in plan view and extends, in the position shown in FIG. 1, backwards over the outer ends of the chassis parts 12 of the vehicle. The loading platform 10 has two longitudinally extending, central, rigid, channel profile-shaped frame parts 14,
! which are opposite with their openings and are arranged at a distance corresponding to the distance between the chassis parts 12, and furthermore has frame parts 15 on the outside and at the rear, which are connected to the frame parts 14 by rigid reinforcement parts 16.
At the front end of the loading platform 10 a hydraulically operated winch 17 is fastened and! The front ends of the frame parts 14! Are provided with openings, in contrast to the rear ends, which are closed by the rear frame ax 15.
The two box-section beams 11 of the inner frame are rotatably connected at their front ends to the ends of the triangular side parts 13 by means of a pivot pin 18, which is fixedly arranged on the box-section beams 11 and provided with locking rings 19, so that (the side parts 13 in a central Can be held.
The inner frame further comprises an X-shaped reinforcing strut 20 which extends between the beams 11 in a position approximately midway between their ends, and on this reinforcing strut 20 is a rigid protrusion 21 which is more triangular in plan view Form attached, the purpose of which will be explained in detail later.
The loading platform 10 can be displaced on the inner frame by means of rollers 22, which are rotatably mounted in bearings 23 in the beams 11 and run in the central, channel-shaped frame parts 1.4 of the loading platform 10.
From Fig. 4 and 7 of the drawings it can be seen that the box profile beams 11 and the channel profile-shaped frame parts 14 have a matching cross-sectional shape, so that the bars 11 are almost completely encompassed by the frame parts 14 and by means of: the rollers 22 a smooth sliding effect can be achieved, with three rollers being provided on each of the two beams 11.
The sliding movement between the loading platform and the inner frame is carried out by a hydraulic winch connected between the platform and the inner frame. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the cylinder 24 of this winch is fastened to the aforementioned triangular projection 21 on the inner frame and the piston 25 of the winch is fastened at its outer end to the rear frame part 15 of the loading platform 10.
When the piston 25 is pulled out of the cylinder 24, the loading platform is therefore moved backwards relative to the inner frame, the inner surfaces of the central channel-shaped frame parts 14 running on the rollers 22 supported by the beams 11.
As already mentioned, the beams 11 are rotatably connected to the upper ends of the triangular side parts 13 of the strut and, these side parts 13 are rotatably mounted at their lower ends on a pivot pin 26, which is fixedly arranged between two sleeves 27, which the chassis parts 12 of the vehicle in a position approximately in the middle between the ends of this Chassisterle 12,
as can be clearly seen from FIG. The sleeves 27 are made of sheet metal and, viewed from the side, have a trapezoidal shape, each sleeve being attached to the zugeord designated chassis part 12 by means of bolts, not shown.
The bolts are also guided through hardwood blocks 28, which are arranged within the channel-shaped chassis parts and are intended to give the arrangement increased strength and stability.
The two triangular side parts 13 of the strut can be tilted around the lower pivot 26 by means of a hydraulic winch fastened between the strut and the chassis of the vehicle. The cylinder 29 of this winch is fixed to a pin 30 shown in FIG. 5,
which is rotatably mounted in the vicinity of the front end wine, open-topped channel-shaped parts 31. This part 31 extends in the longitudinal direction and in the middle of the chassis of the vehicle and is fastened at each of its ends between reinforcement parts 32 which extend in the transverse direction between the chassis parts 12.
The piston 33 of this winch is attached at its outer end to a pin 34: which in turn is rotatably mounted in a rigid base 35 made of welded metal parts, the base 35 sharing between Iden triangular sides 13 of the strut is attached. When pulling the piston 33 out of the cylinder 29, therefore, the side parts 13 of the strut turn around the pivot pin 26 upwards and backwards and thus the bars 11, the inner frame and the loading platform 10 are also tilted.
The maximum tilting movement ider side parts 13 backwards is achieved when these sides parts 13, and the underframe 35 abut against stops 36 which are attached to another of the reinforcement parts 32 extending in the transverse direction between the chassis parts 12 .. In this position, 2 and 4, the upper pivot pin 18 bearing the weight of the inner frame and loading platform is about:
a central position with respect to the lower pivot pin 26 and there is therefore no risk of collapse of the loading platform 10 and (the beam 11 over the inner frame.
At the rear end of the beams 11 of the inner frame, a support leg arrangement 37 is attached, which consists of metal parts welded together and at its lower end has a shoe 38 that touches the ground, so that this support leg arrangement 37, if:
If the loading platform is in the position shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the inner frame and thus the loading platform at a point between the rear ends (of the chassis parts 12 and the rear frame part 15 of the platform.
In the normal, the load-bearing position, which is shown in Fig. 1, the loading platform 10 and the inner frame beams 11 extend parallel to the chassis parts 12, wherein (the front end of the platform close to the rear of the driver's cab 39 of the Vehicle lies.
To the loading platform 10 in this position while or driving the vehicle against. To secure an unintentional displacement, sets of locking means are provided (which prevent the platform from being displaced relative to the chassis parts 12 in both the vertical and horizontal directions.
The first of these locking means consists of locking flanges 40, which are attached to the upper surface of running plates 4.1: which in turn are attached to the upper surfaces of the chassis parts 12, as can be seen from FIG.
These running plates 41 extend over the entire length of the chassis parts 12 and are heavily lubricated so that the lower surface of each central frame part 14 of the loading platform 10 when the cylinder 24 and the piston 25 are actuated when the cylinder 24 and the piston 25 are fully in the cylinder > 29 retracted piston 33 <RTI

so that they intervene in the position shown in FIG. 1 between the locking flanges 40 and the running plates 41 and thereby prevent unintentional displacement of the platform 10 upwards at its front end.
A further locking means against inadvertent upward displacement of the rear end [of the loading platform 10 consists of downwardly extending locking plates 42 which are attached to the central frame parts 14 of the platform and each of which is a forward semicircular shape Has recess 43,
as can be seen from Fig.6. In. In the position of the loading platform shown in FIG. 1, these recesses encompass rollers 44, which in turn are freely rotatable in support arms 45 arranged at the rear ends of the chassis 12;
such that the lower surface of the central frame parts 14 of the platform 10 during the tilting and sliding movement of the platform with respect to the chassis parts 12 on them. running.
The locking means, which prevents unintentional longitudinal and transverse displacement of the platform 10 relative to the chassis parts 12, consists of holding rods 46, one of which is attached to the sleeves 27 on the chassis parts 12, as can be seen from FIG.
Each holding rod 46 consists of a channel profile piece which extends in the vertical direction beyond the plane of the chassis parts 12, so that in the position of the loading platform 10 shown in FIG. 1, any transverse movement of the platform with respect to the chassis parts is prevented.
since the outer surfaces of the central frame parts 14 lie tightly against the inner surfaces of the holding rods 46.
Each support rod 46 carries a horizontally extending pin 47 which is attached near the upper end of the support rod and has a bore 48 which extends transversely to the chassis of the vehicle. Thus, in xler the aforementioned,
In the position shown in Fig. 1, a locking pin can be guided through this Boh Reng 48, which is aligned with the Boh 48 hole in the associated frame part 14 of the platform 10;
intervenes and ida prevents an unintentional longitudinal displacement of the platform relative to the chassis of the vehicle.
On the sleeve 27 on its ider chassis parts 12, the control devices for the hydraulic winches consisting of the cylinders 24 and 29 and the pistons 25 and 33 and the hydraulically operated winch 17 are also attached. To control the above device,
Operating handles 49 are provided, which are arranged at the outer end of a support arm 50 attached to the sleeve 27.
The hydraulic power source consists of a pump, not shown, which is driven directly by the engine of the vehicle and is fed via a liquid container 51 attached to one of the chassis parts 12.
In order to make the advantages of the invention better understood, the entire sequence of operations when loading the loading platform 10 of the vehicle with a heavy object will now be fully described.
Starting from the normal driving position shown in FIG. 1, the locking pins are first removed from the bores 48 in the pins 47.
Thereafter, the piston 25 is extended from the cylinder 24 until the front ends of the central frame parts 14 of the platform 10 are free from the locking flanges 40 and the locking plates 42 are free from the loading rollers 44. Then. the piston 33 is fully extended to the idem, cylinder 29 until the side parts 13 of the strut and the lower frame 35 abut against the stops 36 on the chassis of the vehicle.
In this intermediate position, the upper pivot pin 18, through which the inner frame beam 11 is connected to the side parts 13 of the strut, are beyond a central position opposite idem lower pivot pin 26, and there is now no risk of inadvertent collapse of the inner frame beams 11 and the loading platform 10 more,
if the hydraulic power source should fail unexpectedly. Then the piston 25 is extended further out of the cylinder 24, the loading platform sliding backwards on the rollers 22 opposite the inner frame talken 11 and the lower surfaces of the central frame axles 14 of the platform running on the bearing rollers 44,
the amRTI ID = "0004.0233" WI = "13" HE = "4" LX = "1647" LY = "1729"> rear end of the chassis parts 12 of the vehicle are stored.
It is you note that the shoe 38 in the support leg arrangement 37 is in contact with the ground when the piston 33 is fully extended and the underframe 35 is in contact with the stops 36,
so that the weight of the loading platform. lies on this support leg arrangement 37 during its remaining sliding movement with respect to the inner frame.
A rear board wall 52 extends across the rear end of the loading platform and is attached to the rear frame part 15 so that it can pivot backwards;
so that one of the surfaces of the rearwardly pivoted platform wall forms an extension of this platform, lying on the same plane as the platform of the platform 10, and the extension of the piston 25 from the cylinder 24 is terminated when the outer edge of this rear platform wall comes into contact with the ground.
The vehicle is brought into such a position that the outer edge of this rear drop side lies directly on the cargo to be loaded onto the loading platform 10, and a rope is hydraulically operated to facilitate loading of the cargo Winch 17 led out and fastened around the load. As shown in Fig. 2 in dash-dotted lines,
the hydraulically operated winch 17 is then actuated, as a result of which the load 53 is pulled up onto the platform 10 by the rope 54. The winch 17 is operated until the cargo has reached a suitable position on the platform.
The rear drop side 52 is then raised and the piston 25 is retracted into the cylinder 24 until (the loading platform is again in the above-mentioned intermediate position, with the main weight of the load still lying on the support arm arrangement 37 during this initial sliding movement of the loading platform.
From this intermediate position, the piston 33 is completely withdrawn into the cylinder 29 until the inner frame beams 11 and the loading platform 10 are in a position parallel to the chassis of the vehicle, with the lower surfaces of the central frame parts 14 of the platform running over the running plates 41 of the chassis parts 12 are at rest.
Thereafter, the piston 25 is completely withdrawn into the cylinder 24, the frame parts 14 running smoothly on the lubricated running plates 41 until the front ends of the central frame parts 14 engage between the locking flanges 40 and the running plates 41 and the locking plates 42 engage the bearing rollers 44 encompass. After the Sperrsffte are inserted into the holes 48 in the pins 47,
the vehicle is then ready to transport the cargo.
At the unloading point, the above-described sequence of operations is repeated and, using the load-carrying device constructed according to the invention, there is no need to employ additional personnel for loading and unloading the loading platform of the vehicle.
Another advantage of such a load carrying device is that it can be attached to any existing chassis of a vehicle with very few changes. The only changes necessary are the attachment of the running plates 41 and the attachment of the cylinder 29 and the sleeves 27 which support the lower pivot 26 of the side members 13 of the strut.
