Description

  

  Gestell    Um die nötige Standfestigkeit von freistehenden  Gestellen mit leiterartig ausgebildeten Seitenteilen zu  erreichen, musste bis anhin ein kastenförmiges Ele  ment, welches z. B. als Vitrine ausgeführt sein kann,  zwischen den Seitenteilen befestigt werden. Abge  sehen von den grossen Gestehungskosten dieser     ka-          stenförmigen    Elemente waren der Aufteilung dieser  Gestelle zum voraus     Grenzen    gesetzt.  



  Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist  ein Gestell, das gekennzeichnet ist durch leiterartig  ausgebildete Ständer und durch     Tablare,    an deren  Ecken im Profil L- oder U-förmige Verbindungs  glieder befestigt sind, deren Schenkel vom zugehöri  gen     Tablar    in dessen Längsrichtung abstehen und  einen zum Steg in einem spitzen Winkel geneigten  Einschnitt haben, derart, dass die Verbindungsglieder  nach Anlegen an die Holme der Ständer mit den  Einschnitten über Sprossen dieser Ständer einge  fahren werden können, zur Herstellung einer starren  Verbindung zwischen dem     Tablar    und den     Ständern.     



  Die beiliegende Zeichnung stellt eine Ausfüh  rungsform des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    dar.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Ge  stelles,       Fig.2    einen Schnitt nach der Linie     II-II    der       Fig.    1 in grösserem Massstab.  



  Die leiterartigen Seitenteile 1 bestehen aus je  zwei vertikalen Holmen 2, welche untereinander  durch jeweils mehrere horizontale Sprossen 3 ver  bunden sind. Um aus diesen Seitenteilen 1, welche  freistehend aufgestellt     isind,    eine standfeste Einheit  zu bilden, wird das     Tablar    4, welches auf seinen       Sternseiten    je zwei Verbindungsglieder 5 aufweist, auf    die Sprossen 3 der     Seitenteile    1 eingehängt. Die  Verbindungsglieder 5, welche als L- oder U-förmige  Profile ausgebildet sind, werden über die rechtwinklig  abstehenden Befestigungsstege<I>5a</I> mittels Schrauben  6 an der Unterseite des     Tablares    befestigt.

   Die       Befestigungsstege    5a, welche aus     einem        U-Profil    be  stehen, sind an den Verbindungsgliedern 5 ange  schweisst. Die Verbindungsglieder 5 haben je einen  zum Steg in einem spitzen Winkel geneigten Ein  schnitt 7, welche nach dem Anlegen der Verbin  dungsglieder 5 an die Holme 2 über die Sprossen  3 der Ständer 1 eingefahren werden können. Dies  ergibt eine überaus starre Verbindung zwischen dem       Tablar    4 und den freistehenden Ständern 1.  



  Es besteht natürlich auch die     Möglichkeit,    an  stelle der Befestigungsstege 5a die Verbindungsglieder  5 durch ein     L-förmiges    Profil miteinander zu ver  binden und das letztere mit seinem freien Schenkel  an der Unterseite des     Tablares    mittels Schrauben zu  befestigen.

  The object of the present invention is a frame which is characterized by ladder-like stand and by trays, at the corners of which L- or U-shaped connecting members are attached in the profile, the legs of which protrude from the associated tray in the longitudinal direction and one to the web have inclined incision at an acute angle, so that the connecting links can be driven in after being placed on the spars of the stand with the incisions over rungs of this stand, to produce a rigid connection between the tray and the stands.



  The accompanying drawing represents an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.



       Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the Ge stand, Fig. 2 a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1 on a larger scale.



  The ladder-like side parts 1 consist of two vertical bars 2, which are connected to each other by a plurality of horizontal rungs 3 ver. In order to form a stable unit from these side parts 1, which are set up free-standing, the tray 4, which has two connecting links 5 on each of its star sides, is hung onto the rungs 3 of the side parts 1. The connecting links 5, which are designed as L- or U-shaped profiles, are fastened to the underside of the tray by means of screws 6 via the fastening webs protruding at right angles.

   The fastening webs 5a, which be made of a U-profile, are welded to the connecting links 5. The connecting links 5 each have an inclined to the web at an acute angle A section 7, which can be retracted after applying the connec tion members 5 to the spars 2 over the rungs 3 of the stand 1. This results in an extremely rigid connection between the tray 4 and the free-standing uprights 1.



  There is of course also the possibility, instead of the fastening webs 5a, to bind the connecting links 5 to one another by an L-shaped profile and to fasten the latter with its free leg on the underside of the tray by means of screws.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Frame, characterized by ladder-like uprights and by trays, at the corners of which L- or U-shaped connecting members are fastened in the profile, the legs of which protrude from the associated tray in its longitudinal direction and have a cut inclined to the web at an acute angle in such a way that the connecting links can be retracted to the spars of the stand with a cut over rungs of this stand to produce a rigid connection between the tray and the stands.
