Solche Notbettengestelle sollen <B>bei</B> Nichtge brauch auf ;engem Raum stapelbar sein, weshalb bei denbekannten Steherrahmen die Tragarme und Füsse einklappbar -sind. Infolgedessen können solch Notbettengestelle nicht so ;
stabil sein, wie wenn die Füsse und Tragarme mit dem Steherrahmen ver schweisst oder sonstwie starr verbunden wären. Da solche Notbettengestelle zwei oder vier Matratzen- träger in zwei Etagen tragen, ist ;
Es ist auch bekannt, Tragbahren mit herunter klappbaren Beinen zu versehen, welche Beine so hoch sind, dass die Tragbahren mit heruntergeklapp- ten Beinen,als einzelnes Notbettgestell abgestellt und mehrere iaufeinandergestellt werden können, wobei ,die Beine der oberen :Bahre mit Steckzapfen in Büchsen ;
der unteren Bahre .stecken und dadurch geigen Heruntergleiten gesichert sind. Da idie Beine an eden Rahmen angelenkt sind, können aus solchen Tragbahren nicht völlig :starre, mehrplätziigte Not- ;

B. Bahrentraggriffe, eingeklemmt werden, die als Haltegriffe für eine ,auf ,dem Bett liegende Person oder ;

Emergency bed mattress support frame For the establishment of emergency camps, emergency beds are known which consist of a standing frame with lateral feet and support arms on which mattress supports lie.
Instead of mattress supports, which usually consist of a frame made of borrowed and welded metal tube and are covered with a resilient support grid, stretchers can also be placed on the support arms.
Such emergency bed frames should be stackable in a tight space when not in use, which is why the support arms and feet of the known upright frames can be folded in. As a result, such emergency bed frames cannot do so;
be stable, as if the feet and support arms were welded to the upright frame or otherwise rigidly connected. Since such emergency bed frames carry two or four mattress supports on two levels, is;
The flexibility of the standing frame is particularly uncomfortable for people lying on the upper couches and can be frightening or cause pain in severely injured people.
It is also known to provide stretchers with legs that can be folded down, which legs are so high that the stretchers with their legs folded down can be parked as a single emergency bed frame and several can be stacked on top of one another, the legs of the upper: stretcher with plug-in pins in cans ;
of the lower stretcher and thus secured against fiddling down. Since the legs are hinged to each frame, such stretchers cannot completely: rigid, multi-seat emergency;
bed frames, aufigeb, aut werden, @ because there is a; certain flexibility in; the joints cannot be avoided.

of the <SEP> frame <SEP> have no <SEP> influence <SEP>. Execution and combination elements are explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. In the drawing shows: Fig. 1 shows a simple mattress support frame, Fig. 2:
a two-mattress support frame, FIG. 3 an emergency bed frame with two simple frames, FIG. 4 an emergency bed frame with two double frames, FIG. 5 a tubular sleeve on a larger scale, FIG. 6 a stack of simple frames.
The frame according to FIG. 1, as well as the frame according to FIG. 2, are formed from two U-shaped tubular brackets 11 and 12 which are welded to one another lying opposite one another. The welding point 13 resp.
14 is in the middle of the narrow side of the frame. The brackets 11 .and 12 differ only in the leg length, as this ent speaks for the bracket 11 or half and for the bracket 12 of the entire mattress width.
The two-mattress frame according to FIG. 2 also has a central longitudinal tube 15, Idas @ fluted at the ends and .an the welding points 14 just if welded to the frame. In both frames, FIGS. 1 and 2, a double pipe socket 16 sits on each bracket leg.
The clear width of the double pipe socket is equal to the outside diameter of the frame pipe. Before the frame is welded, the double pipe socket is placed on the bracket leg by: inserting it through a hole in the double pipe socket.
The leg axis and the pipe socket axis intersect perpendicularly. After the welds 13 and 14 are formed, the double pipe sleeves 16 'are brought to the correct distance from the weld 13 and 14, ge perpendicular to the frame plane and welded in this position. It is advantageous for:
all frames the distance between two double pipe sleeves on one narrow side of the frame below and from the welding point, the same.
The double pipe sleeves 16 can, however, also be formed in the manner and rigidly connected to the frame pipe by placing two single pipe sleeves with a grooved end coaxially and opposite one another on the frame pipe and welding them to it.
In this case, too, the pipe sleeves have a clear width that is the same as the frame pipe diameter, and the throat is leveled to the same diameter (so that the remaining sleeves facing each other can also be butt-welded to one another.
The pipe sleeves 16 have a clamping device, which can be seen from FIG. The pipe socket 16, which is seated vertically on the pipe leg 12 and is welded to it, has two clamping eyes 17, 18 lying next to one another and is slotted between them along a surface line. The eye 17 has a through-hole for an adhesive screw 19, whose head is on the outside of the eye 17.
The eye 18 has a nut thread into which a hollow screw 20 with a hexagon cap 21 is screwed so far that it rests against the inside of the eye 17. The hollow screw 20 has an internal thread into which the: shaft screw 19 is screwed. Both screws 19, 20 are firmly connected to each other at point 22, for. B. welded. By entering or
Unscrewing the screw 20, the head 21 of which can be grasped with a socket wrench, the pipe socket 16 can be pinched or tightened.
The single mattress support frame according to FIG. 1, as well as the second mattress support frame according to FIG. 2, can be covered in a conventional and known manner with a resilient support belt.
An emergency bed frame with two lying above one another according to FIG. 3 can be set up by two frames 31, as described for FIG. 1, being firmly connected to one another by four upright tubes 3.2 by placing the upright tubes 32 in the lower frame 31 of be inserted into the pipe sleeves from below and on the upper frame and clamped,
whereby, a frame-shaped, rigid frame in the width and length is formed. In the pipe sleeves; of the lower frame 31, four foot pipes 33 are clamped by Tunten, each with one: inserted foot pegs 34: made of rubber, hard rubber, wood:
or the like, close. In the pipe sleeves of the upper frame 31, a bracket 35, bent from pipe, is clamped on each narrow side of the frame and can serve as a handle.
An emergency bed frame with only one bed can be formed by placing the bracket 35 on the lower frame 31 with the foot tubes 33: and the St: rather tubes 32 with the upper frame are omitted.
An emergency bed frame with four beds according to FIG. 4 can be built up by: adding two double mattress support frames 41, as for Fing. 2 described, connected by four upright tubes 42, placed on four foot tubes 43 and closed with two brackets 35 abge.
Here, however, the two foot tubes 43 sitting on a narrow side must be welded to a foot strip 44 so that the frame cannot tilt when loaded. The skirting board 44 is also slightly kinked or arched in the middle, so that it is only: at its ends on the bath:
rests in order to achieve a good and safe stand. The upright tubes 42 of one narrow side can be connected to a ladder by rungs 45, the rungs 45 being welded to the upright tubes 42 and further increasing the stability of the frame.
An emergency bed frame with two adjacent RTI ID = "0002.0222" WI = "18" HE = "4" LX = "1251" LY = "2398"> bed frames can be turned by placing the feet 43 on the lower double frame 41 , 44 the bracket 3.5 are placed and the upright tubes 42 fall ent with the upper double frame.
Emergency bed frames as described have a high load-bearing strength, because the frame tube is passed through the pipe socket, so that the foot and upright tubes inserted into the pipe socket are supported on the frame tube and the clamp connection in the direction of gravity is not burdened.
Both the single mattress support frame and the dual mattress support frame of the invention can be stacked in a simple manner in a minimum of space according to FIG. 6, cattle instead of the high foot tubes 33 baw. 43 lower .foot tubes 51, in the pipe sockets: are clamped and, the foot tubes, of:
The upper frame must be placed loosely in the sleeves of the lower frame. The length of the foot tubes 51 is; so dimensioned, idass, the stacked frame; so much: distance:
have that a mattress can be stored between two frames, so that the associated mattresses can be stacked with the frame. This type of stacking has the further advantage that the frames lifted off the stack can be placed individually and,
by clamping carrying handles in (which can be turned into stretchers when extended upwards. Practical carrying handles consist of a right-angled, bent pipe section with equal legs.
Mattress support frames according to the invention can also have additional pipe sleeves, which (likewise welded on or else detachably attached to the frame)
@ because they have no influence on the stability of the emergency bed frame made up of the mattress support frame and support parts. In Fig. 1: two pipe sleeves 52: are screwed to a longitudinal side of the frame, the z.
B. stand up. When using the frame in an emergency bed frame, additional handles, e.g.
B. stretcher handles, are clamped as handles for a, on, the bed person or;
can serve as a table carrier. When the pipe sleeves 52 are arranged on both longitudinal sides of the frame and directed downwards, wheel holders can be clamped and, the frame can be used as a trolley.
Advantageously, two pipe sleeves 52 sitting on one rail along the side are identical under each other; the same distance as the pipe sleeves 1: 6 on the narrow sides of the frame. Attached to both longitudinal sides of the frame, after @ the same frame side:
Directional pipe sleeves: have (in any case, the advantage that they prevent a mattress lying on the frame from sliding sideways.
Instead of the resilient mattress support grid, the frame can be provided with two cross members made of, for example, drawn steel; sheet metal, (which are used for setting normal medical stretchers in an emergency bed frame, e.g.
B., according to Fig. 4, (. Such traverses can, however, if they are damaged with lateral retaining hooks, lying on the spring-loaded supporting grid: on the frame's long sides.
As can be seen from the examples shown, the emergency bed mattress frame according to the invention can be used in many ways.
In the case of welded joints between pipe sockets and frame tubes, rigid emergency racks can be built up as a result of the supporting parts held in the pipe sockets with a force fit, such as foot and upright pipes.
