Description
Palette
Fig. 4 einen Teilschnitt durch eine verrippte Doppelwandplatte,
Fig. 3.
palette
The present invention relates to a pallet which consists of a ribbed double wall panel with corner columns attached at right angles. By connecting side walls to the corner pillars, the pallet can be converted into a box pallet for the transport of machines and small iron parts. Against bulging and membrane vibrations of the double wall panel, the z. For example, plates made of sheet metal can be stiffened by a rib system that connects the sheets to one another and at the same time gives them a maximum of rigidity and strength. Known pallets of the type mentioned have the disadvantage that the stability of the connection between the double wall panel and the corner column is insufficient.
For the corner pillar connection, however, a similarly high level of rigidity and strength is required as the double wall panel has this property due to its ribbing. A pallet can only meet the high requirements if there is also a dimensionally stable transition from the ribbed double wall panel to the corner pillars. This is achieved with the pallet according to the invention in that the corner pillars have connecting members designed as hollow bodies for connection to the double wall panel and the double wall panel in the area of action of the connecting members have connecting members for the transmission of forces.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in a schematic representation, namely show:
1 is a diagrammatic view of a connection between the double wall plate and the eok column,
2 shows a partial plan view of a ribbed double wall panel without a corner column,
Fig. 3 is a partial section through a ribbed double wall panel along the line A-A of Fig. 2,
4 shows a partial section through a ribbed double wall panel,
5 also shows a partial section through a ribbed double wall panel of another embodiment and
6 shows a perspective view of a section of a corner pillar.
The double wall plate formed in a known manner from the metal sheets 1, 2 and the rib system 3 located between them is connected to a corner column 4 made of angle iron according to FIG. The angle iron 4 is connected to the metal sheets of the ribbed double wall plate as a corner column via connecting links 5 designed as hollow bodies, which, according to FIG. 4, are juxtaposed with a connecting element 6 between the metal sheets 1, 2 in the expansion area of the angle iron. The connecting member 6 is as large in area as the connecting members 5 cover the metal sheets 1, 2. The connecting member 6, which reinforces the corner area of the ribbed double wall panel, and the connecting members 5 of the corner pillars are thus approximately the same across each other.
As a result, when the double wall panel is fastened to the metal sheets 1, 2 by welding or gluing, a complete transfer of forces between the corner column and the double wall panel is achieved.
The connecting links designed as hollow bodies can, as can be seen from FIG. 1, have a rectangular shape or some other shape which has the greatest possible areal extent in the area surrounding the corner column, e.g. B. a pyramid shape can also be selected for the connecting links 5 in the corner columns 4 according to FIG. In contrast to this, the connecting member can also be formed by the rib system 3 located between the metal sheets 1, 2.
In Fig. 2 parts of the rib system 3 are shown in the form of parallel and diagonal folding profiles extending to the sides of the double wall panel.
They end in the area surrounding the angle iron 4 and its connecting links 5, so that they transfer the forces from the connecting links 5 to the bent profiles. In order to achieve a particularly high degree of efficiency, the bent profiles are beveled in their end area so that they run out in the plane of the sheets 1 and 2. They are then also directly opposite the contact edges of the connecting links 5; Fig. 3.
Connecting members 5 embodied as hollow bodies or as connecting members 6 can also be used bodies composed of parts, which then form closed hollow bodies when the parts to be connected are put together. In Fig. 5, a connecting member 7 is shown, which opens over the corner area and is transformed into a closed hollow body by the application of the angle iron 4 and the connection with it. A similar procedure can also be used with the connecting links 5.
