Fig. 3 zeigt einen weiteren Schnitt.

Die zwei gleich hohen Jochstücke<I>(a)</I> und<I>(b)</I> liegen um 180 versetzt zueinander, so dass gemäss Fig. 2 die nach innen gerichteten Pole<I>4(a), 4(b), 2(a)</I> -1- <I>3(b),</I> <I>3(a)</I> -f- 2(b), in ihren Achsen A-A <I>-</I> B-B ein Kreuz bilden.
Inductive transmitter The invention relates to an inductive transmitter for generating two alternating voltages as a function of the position of an armature which can be moved in a straight line in a magnet system.
Well-known inductive encoders, also known as displacement encoders, work with a frequency that is invariably higher than the normal mains frequency of 50 Hz. This is due to the fact that the magnetic force flows that are effective in the systems mostly run through the air only a low magnetic coupling, but a high field spread. Since the magnitude of the induced voltage depends on the frequency, a high operating frequency must be used in order to obtain a voltage that is sufficiently high for measurement purposes. It is therefore practically impossible to operate such encoders with 50 Hz mains power.
An additional frequency generator is required for the higher-frequency operating current.
The invention is based on the idea of designing the magnet system so that a relatively high coupling field is created, which is achieved by appropriate design of the magnetic cores guiding the magnetic field.
The invention consists in that two coaxially lying, ring-shaped yoke pieces are provided with inwardly directed poles, and that a cylindrical armature magnetically coupled to these is arranged within the poles so as to be displaceable in the axial direction to the yoke pieces and that at least one each Pole of the two yoke pieces a common primary winding is arranged and at least one further pole of the two yoke pieces each has a secondary winding, the whole thing in such a way that voltages are induced in the secondary windings, the magnitude of which increases or decreases depending on the axial displacement of the armature. decreases and vice versa.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to execution examples.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a section and plan of the inductive transmitter.
Fig. 3 shows a further section.
Fig. 4 shows the shape of the sheet metal section.
Fig. 5 shows the electrical interconnection. 6 and 7 show a plan and sheet metal drawing of a further core arrangement.
In Figs. 1, 2 and 3, a four-pole inductive ver encoder is shown. In a magnetic system consisting of fixed magnetic cores and a linearly displaceable armature, coils are seen in which voltages are induced, the magnitude of which is variable depending on the position of the armature.
The fixed part of the magnet system consists of two coaxial, ring-shaped yoke pieces 1 (a) and 1 (b). These have poles pointing inwards. The yoke pieces with the poles are laminated sheets according to FIG. 4.
The two equally high yoke pieces <I> (a) </I> and <I> (b) </I> are offset by 180 to one another, so that, according to FIG. 2, the inwardly directed poles <I> 4 (a) , 4 (b), 2 (a) </I> -1- <I> 3 (b), </I> <I> 3 (a) </I> -f- 2 (b), in their Axes AA <I> - </I> BB form a cross. A cylindrical armature 5 can be displaced in the axial direction relative to the yoke pieces within the poles.
The armature 5 is more or less strongly magnetically coupled to the poles via the air gaps 6 that arise in the process. The poles have windings which are arranged so that two superposed poles 2 (a) and 3 (b) and diametrically thereto 3 (a) and 2 (b) each have a common winding 23, which serve as primary windings . A further pole 4 (a), 4 (b) of the two yoke pieces lying one above the other each have a secondary winding 40 (a) and 40 (b).
The displacement of the armature 5 by means of a rod 10 takes place in the axial bearings 11 and 12. The displacement of the armature results in a change in the magnetic coupling of the double poles <I> 2 (a) + 3 (b), 3 (a) + 2 (b) </I> after the individual poles 4 (a) and 4 (b). If the primary windings 23 are connected to an alternating voltage, expediently at 50 Hz, then variable voltages can be drawn from the secondary windings 40 (a) and 40 (b). The tensions change largely linearly with the displacement of the armature.
According to FIG. 3, the encoder is mainly used in connection with a hydraulic servomotor consisting of the cylinder 13 and the working piston 14. The hydraulic fluid is supplied and discharged in a known manner by a control, not shown, on the bores 13a and 13b .
The device allows a signal voltage U to be generated depending on the piston or armature position. Such a circuit is shown in FIG. The constant input voltage U is applied to the coils 23. At the coils 40 (a) and 40 (b) the inversely mutually variable secondary voltages are taken off and fed to the rectifiers 20a and 20b. The DC outputs are connected in series with opposite polarity, whereby the output voltage U is obtained.
The core arrangement results in a relatively good coupling of the magnetic force flux, as it only runs through the air in the area of the narrow air gap. Correspondingly, the variable coupling field is relatively large compared to the stray field running outside the air gap.
With the arrangement, it is very important that the armature is supported without play. In the intended application with a piston servo motor, this is practically always the case, since the bearings of the piston rod, which here at the same time carries the armature, must be oil-tight and therefore a high degree of precision is used in the bearings.
In Fig. 6 are in an analogous manner on the annular yoke pieces 1 six inwardly directed poles available. The metal sheets used here have a shape according to FIG. 7, with two diametrically lying poles being apart by 1/6 of a circle. By stacking the yoke pieces offset by 60, there are poles for the primary windings 23 in the axes B-B and poles 40 or 30 and 20 offset with 1A circle division, which at the same time alternately belong to the upper and lower yoke pieces.
This arrangement preserves the magnetic symmetry, even if the armature is not guided precisely, but has a certain radial play that is not too large.
Another major advantage of the inductive encoder is that it is easy to manufacture. The most important parts, such as the core sheets and the armature sheets, are stamped parts, and the A housing 14 + 15 consist consistently of rotary parts, which results in very high precision.
