Auswechselbarer Zier- oder Schmuckdruckknopf Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Zierat oder Schmuck, der mittels eines Druckknopfes der bekann ten Ausführungen auf Kleidungsstücken und der gleichen leicht und jederzeit wieder lösbar befestigt werden soll.
Druckknöpfe dienen normalerweise zum Ver schluss der Kleidung, Schuhwerk, Handschuhe, Hand taschen, Gürtel und so weiter. Sie bestehen aus einem Oberteil, das an seiner Unterseite in deren Mitte einen kugelförmigen Vorsprung, Krone ge nannt, auf einem Hals trägt, und einem Oberteil, welches eine zentrische hohlkugelförmige Vertiefung, die als Schale bezeichnet wird, oder eine Öffnung trägt, die mit Federungsmitteln ausgestattet ist. Die beiden aus Metall oder aus Kunststoff hergestellten Teile sind meist, aber nicht ausschliesslich,
durch An nähen oder Annieten an den zu verschliessenden Kleidungsteilen usw. angebracht. Zur Herbeiführung des Verschlusses ist es lediglich notwendig, das Ober teil mit der Krone in die Schale oder das zentrische Loch des Unterteiles leicht einzudrücken, bis die Federungsglieder der Schale am Kronenhals ein rasten und auf diese Art beide Teile miteinander fest verbinden. Zum Lösen der Verbindung des Druckknopfes bedarf es lediglich eines leichten Zuges, wodurch die Krone die Federungsglieder spreizt und die Trennung der beiden Druckknopfteile eingeleitet wird.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Druckknopf der vorerwähnten Art, der bevorzugterweise auf der Aussenseite seines Oberteils Zierat oder Schmuck trägt, welcher die Aufgabe hat, geschliffene Glas- und Schmucksteine, Glasperlen, aus Kunststoff oder Metall gefertigten Zierat und dergleichen mehr ins besondere als Modeschmuck auch in der Form von daraus zusammengestellten Garnituren vornehmlich an Kleidungsstücken, Hüten, Handschuhen, Schuhen, Handtaschen oder dergleichen jederzeit wieder lösbar zu befestigen.
Anstelle des Druckknopfoberteiles kann natürlich auch das Unterteil der Anbringung des Schmuckes dienen. Ausserdem soll es nach der Er findung möglich sein, sowohl das Oberteil als auch das Unterteil von Druckknöpfen mit Zierat oder Schmuck auszustatten, wie z. B. für Manschetten knöpfe. Darüber hinaus ist vorgesehen, den aus wechselbaren Zier- oder Schmuckdruckknopf gemäss der Erfindung ganz allgemein in der Bijouterie sowie für die üblichen Verwendungszwecke zu gebrauchen.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vor gesehen, bei der Verwendung von Zierat aus Kunst stoff oder Metall, diesen in einem Stück so zu ge stalten, dass er ohne weiteres als Druckknopfoberteil oder -unterteil fungieren kann.
Nach der Erfindung erfolgt die Verbindung des Zierates oder Schmuckes mit dem Drückknopfglied, soweit es erforderlich ist, vornehmlich auf dem Wege des An- oder Einkittens, wobei die Oberseite des hierfür vorgesehenen Druckknopfgliedes entspre chend gestaltet ist. Soweit es möglich ist, kann auch ein hierfür geeigneter Bolzen, der an seinem einen Ende zur Druckknopfkrone gestaltet ist, mit seinem anderen Ende eingesetzt und eingekittet werden, wo für das Schmuckstück mit einer geeigneten Bohrung oder dergleichen zu versehen ist.
Man kann auch umgekehrt eine Vertiefung im Schmuckstück zur Aufnahme des Federungsgliedes für das Einschnap pen der Krone des Druckknopfoberteils anbringen.
Soll das Druckknopfunterteil mit einem Zier-. knopfoberteil Verbindung finden, dessen Kronenhals kurz gehalten ist, so kann das Druckknopfunterteil auf der Aussenseite eines Kleidungsstückes oder der gleichen wie üblich angenäht werden,. weil es vom Oberteil unsichtbar abgedeckt wird. Der Zierat kann natürlich auch auf dem Unterteil angekittet sein, so dass die Druckknopfteile zu vertauschen wären.
Das Druckknopfunterteil bzw. das Oberteil kann natürlich auch entsprechend der Farbe der Kleidung eingefärbt sein, um es so unauffälliger erscheinen zu lassen, wenn das Oberteil nicht eingefügt ist bzw. wenn der Kronenhals länger ist und dann das ein gesetzte Oberteil das Unterteil nicht oder nur teil weise abdeckt.
Das Druckknopfunterteil oder das Oberteil kann aber auch auf der Stoffrückseite angenäht werden, wobei im Stoff ein kleines, beispielsweise 2 mm wei tes Loch für den Durchgang der Krone des Oberteils anzuordnen wäre. Dadurch könnte das andere Druck knopfteil völlig verdeckt werden. Selbstverständlich kann anstelle des Annähens das entsprechende Druckknopfteil auch angenietet oder sonstwie be festigt werden.
1\Toch einfacher gestaltet sich die Anwendung des Druckknopfes gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn der Stoff netzartig gewirkt ist oder das Dessin sonstwie mit Löchern versehen ist oder ein perfo riertes Material Verwendung findet. In solchen Fäl len kann der Druckknopf mit der Krone von der Aussenseite des Stoffes an jeder beliebigen Stelle ohne besondere Vorbereitung durch den Stoff hindurch gesteckt werden, und die unbefestigte Druckknopf unterseite wird mit dem in der Mitte desselben be findlichen Loch über die Krone geschoben, bis dieses nach Passieren der Krone am Hals einrastet.
Anhand der in der beiliegenden Zeichnung dar gestellten Ausführungsbeispiele wird die Erfindung weiter erläutert, ohne sich jedoch hierauf zu be schränken.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein auf der Aussenseite eines Klei dungsstückes angenähtes Druckknopfunterteil, mit einem angekitteten geschliffenen Glas- oder Schmuck stein in Aufsicht und teilweise im Schnitt.
Fig. 2 zeigt ein Druckknopfunterteil auf der Rückseite eines netzartig gewirkten Stoffes unbefe stigt und mit einer durch den Stoff gesteckten Krone eines Druckknopfoberteils verbunden, das ähnlich Fig. 1 mit Ziemt versehen ist, in Aufsicht und teil weise im Schnitt.
Fig. 3 zeigt ein anderes Schmuckstück, in wel ches ein Bolzen eingekittet ist, der an seinem freien Ende eine Krone trägt, die mit einem normalen Druckknopfunterteil verbunden ist, im Aufriss und Teilschnitt.
Fig. 4 zeigt ein aus Kunststoff gefertigtes Schmuckstück, welches eine zur Aufnahme der Krone eines Druckknopfoberteils geeignete Vertiefung trägt, im Aufriss und Teilschnitt.
Man kann das gegebenenfalls in der Farbe des Stoffes eingefärbte Druckknopfunterteil 1 aus Kunst stoff auf der Aussenseite eines Kleidungsstückes 2 nähen, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, um ein das Unter teil 1 unsichtbar abdeckendes Druckknopfoberteil 3 dadurch zu verbinden, dass die Krone 4 auf der Un- terseite des Druckknopfoberteils in einfacher Weise durch die zentrale Öffnung des Unterteils gedrückt wird, bis die elastischen Seiten derselben unter der Krone am Hals einrasten.
Das Druckknopfoberteil 3 ist in diesem Falle mit Zierat in Form eines ge schliffenen farbigen Glassteines 5 versehen, welcher mittels Kitt auf der Oberseite des Druckknopfober- teils angebracht worden ist.
Sofern ein netzartig gewirkter Stoff oder ein sonstwie mit Löchern versehenes Stoffdessin die Klei dung 6 bildet oder perforierte Träger benutzt werden, ist die Verwendung eines Druckknopfunterteils 7, ähnlich dem in Fig. 1, noch einfacher. Ein mit ver längertem Kronenhals 8 versehenes Druckknopfober- teil 9, an das ebenfalls Zierat angekittet ist, wird mit seiner Krone 10 durch eine der Druchbrechungen im Stoff 6 gesteckt.
Nunmehr genügt es, die Mittel öffnung im Druckknopfunterteil 7 von der Rückseite des Stoffes 6 her über die Krone 10 des Oberteils 9 zu stülpen bis zum Einrasten hinter der Krone am Hals S. Man kann aber auch zum Zwecke des völligen Abdeckens das Druckknopfunterteil 7 auf der Rück seite von dichtgewebtem Stoff annähen. Zum Ein drücken des Druckknopfoberteils 9 bedarf es dann der Anordnung eines kleinen runden Loches im Stoff, damit die Krone mit dem Hals des Druckknopf oberteils durchgesteckt werden kann.
In Fig. 3 wird ein Schmuckstein 11 gezeigt, der mit einer Bohrung versehen ist, in welche der Schaft eines Bolzens 12 eingekittet ist, der an seinem freien Ende eine :Krone 13 trägt. Damit ist der Schmuck 11 an dem entsprechend gestalteten Druckknopfunter- teil 14 angebracht. Das metallische Druckknopfun- terteil 14 ist seinerseits an einer Handtasche an genäht; wovon 15 den entsprechenden Ausschnitt darstellt. Der verkürzte Bolzen mit der Krone kann aber auch nur angekittet sein, ohne dass der Schmuck angebohrt werden muss.
In einer anderen Ausführung kann der Bolzen an seinem unteren Ende mit einem Flansch versehen sein, um nötigenfalls die Kittfläche zu vergrössern.
Fig. 4 zeigt ein aus Kunststoff gefertigtes und veredeltes Zierstück 16, welches mit einer zur Auf nahme der Krone eines am Stoff 19 angenähten Druckknopfoberteils 17 geeigneten Vertiefung 18 ver sehen ist.
Die Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf die dar gestellten Ausführungsbeispiele. Vielmehr soll es über den ursprünglichen Verwendungszweck hinaus nach der Erfindung auch möglich sein, den mit dem aus wechselbaren Zier- und Schmuckdruckknopf erzielten Fortschritt auch für andere Anwendung zum Zwecke des Schmuckes oder der Verzierung auszunützen. Der Schmuck kann auch aus Metall sein und einstückig mit dem Druckknopfoberteil oder mit dem Unterteil ausgerüstet sein.
An Druckknopfgliedern angekitteter Zierat ge mäss der vorliegenden Erfindung hat den Vorzug, eine zuverlässige Verbindung mit einem anderen Druckknopfglied herbeiführen zu können, die jeder- zeit und nach Belieben wieder trennbar ist und da durch ermöglicht, Zierat gegebenenfalls auch Schmuck nach Gebrauch wieder abzunehmen oder auszuwechseln. Diese Auswechselbarkeit des Schmuk- kes kann erwünscht sein durch den jeweiligen Ge schmack seines Trägers. Das Auswechseln kann auch nötig werden aus modischen Anlässen, insbesondere weil dieser Schmuck selbst von der Mode beeinflusst wird.
Die Entfernung des Zierates kann ausserdem er forderlich werden für die Wäsche der Kleidung usw., um diese unbehindert vornehmen zu können. Soll die Kleidung oder dergleichen einer chemischen Reini gung unterworfen werden, ist die Abnehmbarkeit des Schmuckes von besonderem Vorteil, weil er durch die bei der chemischen Reinigung zur An wendung kommenden Mittel beschädigt oder gar aufgelöst werden könnte.
Ein anderer ins Auge fal lender Vorzug der Erfindung ist darin begründet, dass dem Schmuck ein besserer Halt gegeben wird, so dass das damit versehene Kleidungsstück usw. ein gefälligeres Aussehen erhält als mit angenähten Zieratknöpfen, welche gewöhnlich eine hängende Lage einnehmen.
Ein nicht unwesentliches Merkmal dieses Schmuckdruckknopfes ist seine preislich günstige Herstellbarkeit, wodurch seine Verwendungsfähig keit erweitert und vervielfältigt wird. Insbesondere für aus Kunststoff hergestellte Zierdruckknöpfe wird sich in breites Anwendungsgebiet ergeben und sich bis zu jenem des täglichen Gebrauches erstrecken.
