Das Tragprofil 4 weist im vorzugsweisen Abstand von 125 cm eingestanzte Löcher 7 auf, durch welche der Draht 3 gezogen und mit dem U-förmigen Bügel 2 höhenverstellbar verankert wird. Die Deckenplatten 5, 5' besitzen auf der einzuhängenden Randseite an gepunktete oder in einem Arbeitsgang ausgestanzte, zueinander versetzte Einhängcchaken 6, 6', durch welche das Einhängen der Deckenplatten 5;
Height-adjustable, suspended ceiling Suspended ceilings are known whose support rails for the ceiling panels by means of suspension wires, strips. etc. are aligned, the alignment is very cumbersome and requires a considerable amount of time.
It is also known to use terminal strips made of thin metal sheets, which are surrounded by spring steel clasps.
Another known hanging device consists in that horizontal support profiles are fastened in downwardly projecting bolts that are anchored to the supporting ceiling and have a flange on which the inwardly curved edge parts of two adjacent ceiling panels of the inner ceiling are suspended.
The disadvantages of all these suspension devices can be seen in the fact that they have a relatively complicated construction, the alignment of the support rails for the plates being complicated and requiring a considerable amount of time. These factors make the manufacturing price of interior ceilings more expensive.
To avoid all these disadvantages, the suspended ceiling according to the invention is characterized in that it is height-adjustable and that hanging dowels are firmly anchored in a supporting ceiling and provided with a hole, to which, by means of a wire, height-adjustable, U-shaped threaded brackets with left and with the right, thread hanging and with a second wire a continuous, made of metal,
for the purpose of receiving this second wire provided with punched holes. Support profile height adjustable with the U-shaped. Threaded bracket is connected, while the ceiling panels are provided with punctured or punched hooks,
through which the suspension takes place on the continuous support profile, these support profiles at the same time form the joint drawing between the individual ceiling panels.
In the drawing, an example Ausfüh approximate form of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of the height-adjustable suspended ceiling, Fig. 2 is a ceiling plate in the hanging or unhooking process to Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a part of the support profile with suspended ceiling panels.
In a supporting ceiling 8, suspension dowels 1 are firmly anchored at intervals which are determined by the dimensions of the ceiling panels. These are e.g. B. provided with a hole through which a wire 3 'is pulled and firmly connected to the suspension dowel 1. can be. At its free wire end 3 'hangs a U-shaped threaded bracket 2 with left and right-hand threads, with the lower end of this U-shaped threaded bracket,
also adjustable in height, a second wire 3 is connected to this ver, to which a support profile 4, preferably made of aluminum, is attached.
The support profile 4 has holes 7 punched in, preferably at a distance of 125 cm, through which the wire 3 is pulled and anchored to the U-shaped bracket 2 in a height-adjustable manner. The ceiling panels 5, 5 'have on the edge side to be hung on dotted or in one operation punched out, offset hooks 6, 6', through which the hanging of the ceiling panels 5;
5 'takes place on the support profile 4. The support profiles 4 also form the joint drawing between the individual ceiling panels 5, 5 '. The advantage of the height-adjustable, suspended ceiling according to the invention is therein. to behold.,
that in the simplest possible way a free-floating, suspended ceiling with a single-free-floating, suspended ceiling is obtained with the simplest means, whereby the ceiling panels can still be individually replaced without having to lift, push or unhook another ceiling panel beforehand using a special tool.
The individual ceiling panels are nonetheless firmly suspended from one another. In this simple way, large areas can be hung up freely. The ceiling panels also no longer require special locks, as was previously the case with known constructions and individual panels falling out is made impossible by the device present.
Another advantage of this inventive device is that the profiles supporting the ceiling panels, e.g. B. flat profiles, at the same time form the joint drawing between the individual ceiling panels.
