  Stichelvorrichtung zur Hautbehandlung
Es ist schon seit langem bekannt, dass die Haut durch feine Stiche zu stärkerer Durchblutung angeregt werden kann, wodurch günstige Veränderungen oder auch Heilwirkungen erzielt werden können.



   Zur Ausführung solcher Punktierungen sind auch schon verschiedene Geräte entwickelt worden. Diese erlauben aber nicht, die Stärke der Behandlung dem speziellen Fall genügend anzupassen.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Stichelvorrichtung zur Hautbehandlung mit einem Nadelkopfgehäuse mit einem Handgriff zum halten mit der einen Hand und einem entgegen der Wirkung einer Feder mittels eines zweiten Handgriffes in das Gehäuse einziehbaren, einen Nadelkopf tragenden Kolben, bei welcher die erwähnten Mängel dadurch vermieden werden, dass am Gehäuse eine Mehrzahl von Anschlägen vorgesehen ist, von denen je nach der Einstellung des Kolbens in bezug auf das Gehäuse einer zur Wirkung kommen kann und welche das Vorschnellen des Nadelkopfes beim Loslassen des zweiten Handgriffes nach dem Spannen der Feder begrenzen, jeder um einen anderen Betrag, und dass zur Vorrichtung mehrere auswechselbare Nadelköpfe gehören, deren Anzahl von Nadeln, mit welchen sie bestückt sind, verschieden ist.

   Mit dieser Vorrichtung kann sowohl die Tiefe der Einstiche, wie auch ihre Anzahl pro Flächeneinheit der zu behandelnden Haut dem besonderen Fall angepasst werden.



   Im folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Stichelvorrichtung erläutert.



   Auf der Zeichnung zeigt:
Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung im Axialschnitt;
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ansicht.



   Mit 1 ist ein Nadelkopfgehäuse bezeichnet, das mittels eines Halses 2 mit einem Handgriff 3 verbunden ist. Das Gehäuse 1 bildet einen Zylinder, in welchem der aus mehreren Teilen zusammengesetzte Kolben 4 verschiebbar ist. Mittels des Stabes 5, welcher eine Bohrung des Halses 2 und des Griffes 3 durchdringt, ist der Kolben 4 fest mit dem zweiten Handgriff 6 verbunden. Die um den Stab 5 gelegte Feder 7 ist, wie ersichtlich, bestrebt, den Kolben 4 aus dem Gehäuse 1 hinauszuschieben.



   Beim gezeichneten Beispiel trägt das untere Ende des Stabes 5 eine durchbohrte Verdickung 8. In die Bohrung ist ein beiderseits vorstehender Stift 9 eingesetzt. Um die Verdickung 8 ist eine durch zwei Schalen gebildete Hülse 10 gelegt. Die beiden Schalen werden durch die äussere Hülse 11 zusammengehalten und der ganze Kolben wird durch den-Stift 9 mit der Verdickung 8 leicht demontierbar gekuppelt.



   In den Kolben 4 ist der Nadelkopf 12 leicht auswechselbar eingesetzt. Zu der Vorrichtung gehören mehrere, z. B. vier Nadelköpfe, deren Anzahl von Nadeln, mit welcher sie bestückt sind, verschieden ist.



  Es kann z. B. ein Nadelkopf 12, der zweite 20, der dritte 28 und der letzte 36 Nadeln aufweisen.



   Am Kolben 4 ist ein durch die Wand des Gehäuses 1 hindurchragender Anschlagstift 13 festgemacht.



   Die Gehäusewandung weist drei in axialer Richtung verlaufende, nebeneinander angeordnete Ausschnitte 14 auf, die vom gleichen in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Ausschnitt 15 ausgehen, aber nicht gleich lang sind. Die Ausschnitte 14 bilden Anschläge für den Stift 13.



   Ein bis zum Rand des Gehäuses durchgehender axialer Ausschnitt erlaubt das Herausnehmen des Kolbens aus dem Gehäuse, und ein kurzer Ausschnitt 17 dient zum Halten des Kolbens in der Ruhelage, in welcher die Nadeln nicht aus dem Gehäuse herausragen. Zum Verschliessen der Gehäusemündung bei Nichtgebrauch der Vorrichtung ist ein aufsteckbarer Deckel 18 vorgesehen.  



   Vor der Verwendung der Vorrichtung wird in den Kolben 4 jener Nadelkopf 12 eingesetzt, welcher für die vorzugnehmende Behandlung der geeignetste ist.



  Der Tiefe der Einstiche entsprechend, die in der Haut angebracht werden sollen, wird der Stift 13 in den passenden der drei Ausschnitte 14 eingesetzt. Die Griffe 3 und 6 werden nun mit je einer Hand erfasst und der Kolben 4 unter Spannen der Feder 7 in das Gehäuse 1 hineingezogen. In dieser Stellung wird die öffnung des Gehäuses auf die zu punktierende Stelle der Haut aufgesetzt. Beim Loslassen des Griffes 6 schnellt die Feder 7 den Nadelkopf 12 nach vorne und die Nadeln dringen um die der Länge des eingestellten Ausschnittes 14 entsprechende Tiefe in die Haut ein.

   The present invention relates to a burin device for skin treatment with a needle head housing with a handle to be held with one hand and a piston which can be pulled into the housing against the action of a spring by means of a second handle and carries a needle head, in which the mentioned defects are avoided that a plurality of stops is provided on the housing, one of which can come into effect depending on the setting of the piston in relation to the housing and which limit the rapid advance of the needle head when the second handle is released after the spring has been tensioned, each by a different one Amount, and that the device includes several interchangeable needle heads, the number of needles with which they are equipped is different.

   With this device, both the depth of the punctures and their number per unit area of the skin to be treated can be adapted to the particular case.



   In the following, an embodiment of the burin device according to the invention is explained with reference to the accompanying drawing.

   1 with a needle head housing is referred to, which is connected to a handle 3 by means of a neck 2. The housing 1 forms a cylinder in which the piston 4, which is composed of several parts, is displaceable. The piston 4 is firmly connected to the second handle 6 by means of the rod 5, which penetrates a bore in the neck 2 and the handle 3. As can be seen, the spring 7, which is placed around the rod 5, tries to push the piston 4 out of the housing 1.



   In the example shown, the lower end of the rod 5 has a thickened portion 8 drilled through it. A pin 9 protruding on both sides is inserted into the hole. A sleeve 10 formed by two shells is placed around the thickening 8. The two shells are held together by the outer sleeve 11 and the entire piston is coupled by the pin 9 with the thickening 8 so that it can be easily removed.



   The needle head 12 is inserted into the piston 4 in an easily exchangeable manner. The device includes several, e.g. B. four needle heads, the number of needles with which they are equipped is different.



  It can e.g. B. have a needle head 12, the second 20, the third 28 and the last 36 needles.



   A stop pin 13 projecting through the wall of the housing 1 is fastened to the piston 4.



   The housing wall has three cutouts 14 that run in the axial direction and are arranged next to one another, which start from the same cutout 15 that runs in the circumferential direction, but are not of the same length. The cutouts 14 form stops for the pin 13.



   An axial cutout extending to the edge of the housing allows the piston to be removed from the housing, and a short cutout 17 is used to hold the piston in the rest position in which the needles do not protrude from the housing. A plug-on cover 18 is provided to close the housing mouth when the device is not in use.



   Before the device is used, the needle head 12 which is most suitable for the treatment to be carried out is inserted into the piston 4.



  Depending on the depth of the punctures to be made in the skin, the pin 13 is inserted into the matching one of the three cutouts 14. The handles 3 and 6 are now grasped with one hand each and the piston 4 is drawn into the housing 1 while the spring 7 is tensioned. In this position, the opening of the housing is placed on the skin site to be punctured. When the handle 6 is released, the spring 7 snaps the needle head 12 forward and the needles penetrate the skin by the depth corresponding to the length of the cutout 14 set.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Graver device for skin treatment with a needle head housing with a handle to hold with one hand and a piston carrying a needle head which can be pulled into the housing against the action of a spring by means of a second handle, characterized in that a plurality of stops are provided on the housing, from which, depending on the setting of the piston in relation to the housing, can have one effect and which limit the rapid advance of the needle head when the second handle is released after tensioning the spring, each by a different amount, and that the device includes several interchangeable needle heads, the number of needles with which they are equipped is different.

SUBCLAIMS 1. burin device according to claim, characterized in that the second handle (6) is connected to the piston (4) by a rod (5).

2. Graver device according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the piston (4) consists of two sleeves (10, 11) arranged one above the other, of which the inner (10) is formed by two semi-cylindrical shells, in which the ends of one in the assembled state a head (8) of the rod (5) penetrating pin (9) protrude, whereby an easily removable coupling between rod (5) and piston (4) is formed, and that the outer sleeve (11) surrounds the two shells and their falling apart prevented.

3. Burin device according to claim, characterized in that the needle head housing (1) is provided with several axial cutouts (14) of different lengths which are intended to act as stops for a stop pin (13) attached to the piston (4) .

4. Burin device according to dependent claim 3, characterized in that the needle head housing (1) has a further cutout (16) which extends through to the edge and which allows the piston to be moved out of the housing, and also a short cutout (17) for holding the Piston in inoperative position.
