Plug-in control device The invention relates to a plug-in control device, in particular for oil burner furnaces, consisting of a terminal for the outer line connection having, fixed lower part of the device and a device slide-in device that accommodates the control elements and can be pushed into the lower part of the device, which device parts extend in the direction of insertion to their electrical connection.
The object of the invention is to improve such control devices in terms of their cheap production and safety in function and against deformation.
The control device according to the invention is characterized in that the plug-in device is provided with a round plug which can be inserted into a round terminal arranged in the lower part of the device.
Further details can be found in the description and the drawing. An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
1 shows a perspective view of a device insert with a round connector, FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a lower part of the device with round terminals, FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section of a round connector, FIG. 4 shows a view of the circular connector in the direction of arrow I according to FIG. 5 shows a view of the circular connector in the direction of the arrow II according to FIG. 3, FIG. 6 shows a circular clamp in longitudinal section,
and FIG. 7 shows a view of the round clamp in the direction of arrow III according to FIG. 6.
A round plug S according to FIGS. 3 to 5 firmly connected to a plug-in device E of a control device shown in FIG. 1 is axially inserted into a round terminal K according to FIGS. 2, 6 and 7 for the electrical connection of control elements housed in plug-in device E. 1 can be pushed into outer lines 2.
The circular connector S is fastened to a mounting plate 3 and, together with the control members 1, a hood 4, fastening means 5 and a clamping spring 6, forms the plug-in device E.
The round clamp K is attached to the inside of a tub 7 of a lower part U of the device. This tub 7 is fastened to a wall 9 (FIG. 6) at the points 8 (FIG. 2) by means not shown. The tub 7 has a rectangular or square shape and carries a centrally arranged pin 10 (FIG. 6).
The round plug S (Fig. 3) is essentially designed as a hollow cylinder and has a cylin drical opening 11 to which a cross-shaped recess 12 adjoins (Fig. 3 to 5). In the opening 11 there is a rib 13 which can be pushed ver in a groove 14 of the round clamp K (Fig. 2, 6 and 7) for fastening the two parts S and K in their polar rotational position. One end face of the circular connector S has pins 15 (FIGS. 1, 3 and 4) which fit into openings 16 of the mounting plate 3 for fastening the circular connector S to the mounting plate 3 in several polar rotational positions to one another.
The circular connector S has in the transverse direction a circumferential flange 17 with four on the circumference from savings 18 and supports 19 (Fig. 1 and 3 to 5). At the flange 17, bearing grooves 20 for the lamellae 21 are connected to the bottom (FIGS. 3 and 5). The bearing troughs 20 run in the longitudinal direction and radially to the longitudinal center axis of the circular connector S. In these bearing troughs 20, the slats 21 are pivotably guided in the radial direction, and the result is a concentric arrangement of the slats 21 in the circular connector S.
The lamellae 21 have the broad sides 22 and 23 and a narrow surface 24 which serves as a contact surface for the electrical connection in a manner to be described later. The lamellas 21 each have a stop pin 25 and a collar 26 to which a soldering lug 27 is attached (FIG. 3). The soldering tails 27 protrude in slots 28 (FIG. 4) through the flange 17, and the collars 26 rest on the flange 17. In each channel 20 lies a pretensioned and radially compressible hairpin spring 29, one leg of which is supported on the body of the circular connector S and the other leg of which is supported on a lamella 21.
The stop pin 25 of the slats 21 are each guided in a recess 30 (Fig. 3 and 5). To the displacement of the stop pin 25 in the recess 30, each lamella 21 can be pivoted radially to the circular connector S against the force of their hairspring 29. To fasten the lamellae 21 in the flange 17, the soldering lugs 27 are rotated relative to the lamellae 21, i.e. H. crossed (Fig. 4). In the example, sixteen lamellae 21 are arranged on the circumference of the circular connector S, whereby sixteen Lei lines 31 (Fig. 1) on the one hand to the soldering tails 27 and on the other hand to soldering tails 32 of the control members 1 can be connected.
On the flange 17 are the numbers one to sixteen in consecutive numbering for the soldering lugs 27. Between the individual soldering lugs 27, partitions 33 are provided (FIGS. 3 and 4).
The round clamp K (Fig. 2, 6 and 7) has a hollow cylindrical part 34 in which the groove 14 is located. Radial partitions 36 extend from this part 34 and its foot 35. A ring 37 and an annular terminal board 38 adjoin these walls 36 (FIGS. 1, 6 and 7). In the terminal board 38 are the electrical terminals in the form of clamping screws 39 for connecting the lines 2 (Fig. 2). The clamping screws 39 have an upset foot 40 and are captively inserted in the round clamp K (FIG. 6).
The formed as a V-shaped bracket contact pieces 41 of the round terminal K range with their under the clamping screws 39 lying flat legs to be adjacent partitions 36 (Fig. 7). Between each clamping screw 39 with contact piece 41 for an outer line connection 2 and the adjacent clamping screw 39 with contact piece 41 for another outer line connection 2 there are walls 36 of the round clamp K, which extend radially and in the longitudinal direction of the round clamp K. The other flat legs of the bow-shaped con tact pieces 41 are each supported in a notch 42 of the ring 37 (Fig. 6).
The contact pieces 41 are arranged concentrically on the round terminal K, and the legs of the contact pieces 41 extend radially to the round terminal K.
In the mated state of the circular connector S and the circular terminal K, each surface 24 of a lamella 21 (Fig. 5) is on the surface 43 of the contact piece 41 (Fig. 6 and 7). The surfaces 24 and 43 are in sliding contact. to each other. The surface 43 is at right angles to the broad sides 22 and 23 of the slats 21.
On the circumference of the clipboard 38 there are recesses 44 (FIGS. 2, 6 and 7). In the recesses 44 at the bottom of the tub 7 (Fig. 1) attached tabs 45 are bent to set the round clamp K to the tub 7 in corresponding polar rotation positions as the circular connector S with respect to the mounting plate 3. This allows the non-interchangeability of Device base U and device insert E for various device variants. The further outward in the radial direction than the clamping screws 39 lying parts of the walls 36 each have two thickenings 46 (Fig. 2 and 7).
The thickenings 46 enable the lines 2 connected to them (FIG. 2) to be pivoted only up to the stop against these thickenings 46, even with a small distance between two adjacent clamping screws 39. This inevitably results in a large distance between two adjacent lines 2 from one another. The round terminal K and the round plug S each consist of a piece of material that isolates the electrical current.
The pin 10 is in the tub 7 z. B. fixed by welding (Fig. 2 and 6). The round clamp K is fixed and fixed in the axial direction by means of a tensioning disk 47 supported on the round clamp K and on the pin 10. In the direction of rotation it is determined by the tabs 45 and recesses 44 (FIG. 6). The tub 7 has flat pieces 48 that can be broken out as required for feeding electrical lines 2. A grounding terminal 49 is also provided on the tub 7 for connection to the ground of the electrical line systems. The hood 4 is covered by a plate 50 which isolates the electrical current.
With a bore 51 (FIG. 3), the plate 50 can be pushed onto the circumferential flange 17 of the circular connector S from below over the supports 19 and is then held in place by the supports 19 by turning it into the final assembly position. The plate 50 rests on the one hand between the supports 19 and the flange 17 and on the other hand on webs 52 of the mounting plate 3 (FIGS. 1 and 3). On the circumference, the plate 50 lies in a bead 53 of the hood 4.
So that a perfect contact pressure occurs between the lamellae 21 of the round connector S and the contact pieces 41 of the round terminal K, the lamellae 21 are provided with elevations 54 which press against the surfaces 43 of the contact pieces 41 at the insertion end position.
Through the fastening means 5 (Fig. 1), the parts of the drawer E, such as circular plug S, Mon day plate 3, spring clip 6 and hood 4 are held together.
The circular plug S is fastened to the mounting plate 3 by means of tubes 55 and 56 (FIG. 1) that can be screwed into one another; for this purpose, the tube 55 has a collar 57. The clamping spring 6 is inserted between the collar 57 and the mounting plate 3 and axially fixes the circular plug S to the mounting plate 3 with four tabs 58. The clamping spring 6 has two ge opposite arms 59 which are laterally guided in the cross-shaped recess 12 of the circular connector S (Fig. 3 to 6).
When the round plug S and round terminal K are plugged together, the arms 59 of the clamping spring 6 are already in contact with the pin 10 before the current-conducting contact pieces 21 and 41 touch. The ground connection is Herge via the clamping spring 6, pin 10 and ground terminal 49.
A tube 60 of the fastening parts 5 serves together with the tube 56 for fastening the hood 4 to the mounting plate 3. The hood 4 lies between the two tubes 56 and 60 screwed into one another.
After the round plug S and round terminal K have been plugged together, both parts are screwed together by means of a bolt 61. The bolt 61 is screwed into the pin 10 with its thread 62 and rests with a collar 63 on the tube 55 (FIG. 3). The tube 55 rests on the end of the pin 10.
The fastening means 5, which consist of parts 10, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60 and 61, are preferably located in the longitudinal center axis of the control device. The parts 10 and 6 used for ground contact lie in the same axis.
If necessary, a switch tab 64 shown in dash-dotted lines can be attached to installation-free clamping screws 39 (FIG. 7). This gets by pivoting under one of the adjacent clamping screws 39 and allows, when the device drawer E is lifted, special electrical circuits to increase without the device drawer E having to be opened.
The plug-in control device according to the invention has the following advantages over known plug-in control devices: Due to the concentric arrangement of the contacts 21 and 41 of the circular connector S and the circular terminal K, a large number of clamping screws 39 is accommodated on a very small footprint. Lines 2 can be connected in all directions.
With a single screw connection of the parts 10 and 61 arranged in the center of the control device, the device plug-in unit E can be replaced quickly. All fastening means 5 are arranged in the center of the control device. This leaves space at the periphery free for installation purposes. The cylindrical opening 11 in the circular connector S and the hollow cylindrical part 34 of the circular clamp K serve to center the circular connector S and the circular clamp K. By optionally fixing the circular connector S and the circular clamp K in their rotational position using pins 15 and recesses 44 on the mounting plate 3 or Different control device types can be marked differently from one another on the tub 7.
For this purpose, only the rotational position of the circular connector S and the circular clamp K with respect to the hood 4 and the tub 7 is changed. Since the outer contour of the associated hood 4 and tub 7 must match, confusion of device insert E and device lower parts U of different types is avoided.
In the exemplary embodiment, seven pins 15 and seven recesses 44 are provided, so that seven different types of control devices are unmistakably marked among one another.
The lamellas 21 are embedded in the circular connector S and thus protected against damage. The contact pieces of the circular connector S are designed as rigid and non-resilient parts 21. In the event of a short circuit, the springs 29 are not annealed. The contact pieces 21, 41, the springs 29 and the clamping screws 39 are self-retaining in the round plug and round terminal bodies without additional fasteners such as rivets, pins and screws. There are few and cheap parts. The lamellae 21 inserted under bias in the circular connector exert a high contact pressure on the bow-shaped contact pieces 41.
Plug and terminal bodies can be produced as pressed parts and their shape ensures good insulation protection between different-pole current-carrying parts between themselves and against ground.
