High-speed synchronous salient pole machine Synchronous machines with pronounced poles generally have an arrangement as shown in FIG. 1 of the drawing. The pole 1 , which is fastened to the pole wheel 6 as desired, is surrounded by a pole coil 2, the flanks of which are arranged parallel in the axial direction. The centrifugal force acting in the radial direction on this coil part is absorbed by the pole shoe lugs only in the component parallel to the pole axis A . Special components 3 are to be provided to support the components produced in the circumferential direction.
These construction elements, which are usually wedge-shaped and are screwed onto the pole wheel, prevent the cooling air from flowing in the axial direction in the space between two poles.
Fig. 2 shows a solution which has occasionally been used in heavy-duty machines. The longitudinal legs of the pole coil 2 are constructed radially, and accordingly the poles 1 themselves also have radial side flanks. The pole coils 2 are first placed on the poles 1 and these are then attached to the pole wheel 6 , e.g. B. by a claw or by a comb structure with axial bolts 7 , as indicated in FIG. In machines with high numbers of revolutions, the constructional means for fastening the poles to the pole wheel are no longer sufficient due to the large centrifugal forces.
According to FIG. 3, in such cases, a part of the pole body is made in one piece with the pole wheel 6 and pole shoes 4 are attached to it, e.g. B. by screws 5.
The assembly must proceed in such a way that the pole coils 2 are first pushed onto the pole limbs 8 and only then the pole shoes 4 are placed. In this design, it was previously not possible to use pole coils with radially directed longitudinal legs. The invention relates to a high-speed synchronous salient pole machine whose pole legs are made in one piece with the yoke ring of the pole wheel and have parallel side flanks and whose pole shoes are screwed on or fastened in comb-like grooves by axial bolts.
According to the invention, the machine is characterized in that only the pole shoes are provided with radially directed side flanks and the pole coil formed with radially directed longitudinal legs is offset in the inner lower part in the area of the parallel-flanked pole legs, adapted to the course of these.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, with features for cooling the pole being specified at the same time.
The pole wheel 6 and the pole legs 8 consist of one piece. In the pole legs 8 - they extend as far as the air gap - , grooves of rectangular cross-section are screwed in the circumferential direction, which are filled with laminated pole shoe packs 10 . The pole legs 8 have parallel flanks, the pole shoe packets used 10 have radial flanks. The pole shoe noses 9 of the pole shoe packs 10 are designed so that they can absorb the radially directed centrifugal force of the pole coil 2.
Axially directed bolts 11 are used to fasten the pole shoe packs 10 in the crests of the pole legs 8
FIG. 5 shows the view of a pole coil 2. The inner sides of its longitudinal limbs have parallel flanks in the lower area, while they are formed with radial flanks above. This can be achieved either by milling off the finished pole coils 2 or by graded widths of the pole copper.
In FIG. 4, the inner flanks of the pole coil 2 are stripped from the pole itself by individual webs 13 made of insulating material in such a way that cavities are created as cooling channels between these webs. The cooling air or the cooling gas is pressed inwards from the outside in the direction of rotation from the pole flank due to the dynamic pressure on the pole shoe noses, while on the in the direction of rotation of the rear flank of the adjacent pole, the cooling air is conveyed from the inside to the outside under the effect of the negative pressure created there.
The coolant or the cooling gas describes the path indicated by arrows in FIG. 4 and thus cools the pole coils 2 also on the inner flank facing the pole leg 8.
