Radial turbo-hoisting machine and its use The present invention relates to a radial turbo-hoisting machine and its use.
In the known radial turbo conveying machines, such as radial fans and radial pumps, the outflow of the medium from the housing takes place in a direction which normally forms an angle of 900 with the inlet direction of the medium. In other words, the rotor axis and the axis of the discharge nozzle are perpendicular to one another. For many areas of application, this means a disadvantage, especially if the direction of the entering with that of the exiting medium jet should match.
For solving such problems one has previously been dependent on the use of axial blowers or, if the pressure head he generated was not sufficient, the incoming or outgoing stream had to be directed in the desired direction with the help of a manifold.
The present invention aims to create a radial turbo-hoist which overcomes this disadvantage. The radial turbo conveyor machine according to the invention is characterized in that the rotor axis and the axis of the outlet connection are arranged at least approximately parallel to one another and that the rotor housing and the outlet connection are connected to one another via at least one spiral channel.
The invention further comprises the use of the radial turbo-winding machine in an oil burner group with a nozzle rod arranged in a straight-axis drainage channel connected to the outlet.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is then explained using figures. 1 shows a cross section through an oil burner group with a radial fan according to line II of FIG. 2, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the oil burner group according to line 11-II of FIG. 1. The oil burner group shown comprises a fan 1, which is driven by a motor 2. A fuel pump 3 is also coupled to the engine 2.
A blower air duct 4 is provided with a mixing device 5, and a nozzle rod 6 with an ignition device 7 is coaxially inserted in the air duct 4. The burner group also includes an ignition transformer 8, an electronic monitoring device 9, an electrical cable 12, wel ches the ignition transformer 8 with the ignition electrode 7 connects, as well as a fuel line 10 between the pump 3 and the nozzle linkage 6. A cover 11 with air intake openings (not illustrated represents) dresses the whole oil burner group, as shown in FIG.
The blower 1 has a blower housing 20 with an inlet wall 21, an outlet wall 22 and a jacket 23 connecting the two. A rib 24 divides the blower housing 20 in the manner shown in FIG. 1. The blower 1 also has a rotor 25, which in a rotor housing 26 rotates. The rotor has a rotor axis 27 and a blade 28.
The fan housing 20 or the rotor housing 26 is also provided with an inlet guide ring 29, while the rotor 25 has a hub body 30 which is coupled to the engine 2 via a shaft 31. An entry opening 32 is located in the entry wall 21.
The fan housing 20 is fluidically connected via a spiral channel 33 of the rotor housing 26 and a subsequent spiral channel 34 of the outlet with an outlet connection 36 with guide blades 38 and an axis 37.
The air required for combustion passes through the inlet opening 32 and is fed to the blades 28 of the rotor 25 by means of the inlet guide ring 29 with as little loss as possible. The air is compressed in the rotor 25. The air leaves the fan housing 20 through the spiral duct 33, from where it flows through the virtual parting plane 35 in the spiral duct 34 of the outlet. The air then arrives with an increase in swirl and, with the aid of the adjustable guide vanes 38, guided into the outlet connection 36 and then into the air duct 4.
The air circulates around the nozzle rod 6 and the Zündvorrich device 7 and leaves, mixed with fuel drops in the operating case, the mixing device 5, from where it reaches the combustion chamber as a flame.
The radial fan described not only has the advantage that the inflow and outflow of the flow medium take place in parallel, but also represents a structural unit that takes up little space and can easily be accommodated in units, as shown in the present example.
A spiral duct is understood to mean a duct similar to a spiral housing, as are known, for example, as guide devices in turbo machines. Since such a spiral channel includes not only the spiral housing, as defined, for example, in the Hütte, Vol. II, but rather generally in the sense of a spiral from the inside to the outside widened or from the outside to the inside narrowing channels.
The axes of the two spiral channels 33 and 34 can lie in one plane or be spatially angeord net. The construction is very simple since, among other things, the fan does not use a bladed stator or an outlet stator.
The swirl ratios of this construction can be seen very clearly, and a corresponding setting can be made in a simple manner with the aid of the adjustable guide vanes 38.
It is of course also possible to use a separate, self-contained fan housing and this z. B. to connect to the rotor housing via two separate, following removable spiral channels.
As can be seen in FIG. 1, it is furthermore advantageous to design the dividing rib 24 in the sense of spiral housing outlets and inlets.
