Fig. 3 zeigt eine Verwendungsmöglichkeit der erfindungsgemässen Anordnung.
Device for generating pulses by photoelectric means
In the case of control problems, the basic task is to identify the difference between the setpoint and the actual value of the controlled variable, i.e. H. to determine the control deviation and thereby influence an actuator. In most cases, especially with speed control, the actual value is not introduced into the control loop in its original form, but is represented by a proportional variable, such as the armature voltage of a speedometer machine. However, this interposition of a converter element affects the accuracy of the control, since, for example, the temperature dependence of resistors and. Like. Can play a role. Better results can be achieved with the help of a frequency comparison.
With the synchronoscope, the stator and the rotor of a rotary field instrument are fed by the setpoint or actual frequency, so that the rotor rotates with the difference frequency and stands still when the frequency is the same. If one wanted to use such a synchronoscope for speed control, it would have to be coupled to a transmitter, which, however, could no longer generate a sufficiently high voltage at very low speeds.
The disadvantages of the known can be avoided if, according to the invention, two concentrically arranged perforated drums are used and a photo element is at least approximately at the intersection of the drum axis of rotation with the plane of rotation of the holes.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in simplified form.
1 shows the basic structure of the new pulse generator and FIG. 2 shows a section in direction A of FIG.
3 shows the device according to the invention in connection with a rotary asynchronous motor.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes an inner perforated drum, 2 denotes an outer perforated drum, 3 denotes a phototransistor, 4 denotes an optical element for bundling light rays and 5 denotes a cover plate. FIG. 2 corresponds to a section in direction A of FIG. 1, although the cover 5 was not taken into account. The same parts are provided with the same reference symbols in both figures. The arrows according to FIG. 2 indicate the light rays.
3 shows one possible use of the arrangement according to the invention. The outer perforated drum 2 is now connected to the rotor 6 of a small synchronous motor 7, while the inner perforated drum 1 is attached to a shaft 8 which is driven directly by the three-phase asynchronous motor 9. The synchronous machine can expediently be designed with permanent magnet poles or as a reaction motor and be mounted directly on the shaft 8. The tube 3 'contains six photo elements, which enable the control of the converter 10 belonging to a converter, which in turn serves to feed the rotor of the asynchronous machine via the slip rings 11.
Cover disks 5 are provided between the phototransistors arranged in the axial direction of the drums.
To explain the operation of the subject of the invention, FIGS. 1 and 2 are first considered. Assuming that the inner perforated drum 1 has an angular speed o) l, the outer perforated drum 2 an angular speed (1) and lssl is greater than (t) 2, the drum 2 sweeps over the angle (during the time t between two overtakes) 02. t, while in the same period of time the drum 1 covers an additional rotation or an additional angle of size 2 n.
The equation therefore applies: (02. T = o). t + 2 lt. Since w = 2 lt f still exists between w and frequency f, the time for a one-time overhaul is: t = l / (f1-f2).
If one wanted to use two perforated disks using the above train of thought to generate pulses in the manner known per se, a whole circle of photoelectric cells would have to be arranged, since the angle at which the overhaul takes place, i.e. H. in which the holes of both discs coincide, each time is different from period to period. The light beam that penetrates the two aligned holes would always fall on a different point on the circumference.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the problem just described does not occur with the perforated drums shown. If the phototransistor is at least approximately at the intersection of the plane of rotation of the two circumferential holes (1 ', 2') and the drum axis of rotation, the light beam hits the photocell at every overtaking angle regardless of the overtaking angle and triggers pulses with the difference frequency f1-f2. By means of suitable optical elements 4, the light entering the interior of the drum can be bundled.
With regard to the operation of the device according to FIG. 3, the following should be noted: The stator winding, not shown, of the asynchronous motor 9 is connected to the three-phase network, while an additional voltage can be fed into the rotor circuit via the pulse generator and the converter 10, so that the speed of the asynchronous machine is in can be changed and regulated as desired. With regard to the three-phase converter circuit, the perforated drums 1, 2 have six perforated levels in the axial direction, with the holes of the individual levels on the drum circumference each around 600e1. are offset from one another.
