Description
Method for producing pointed women's shoes The invention relates to a method for producing women's shoes with an extremely pointed shape using normal lasts.
The production of wooden shoe lasts for pointed shoes is difficult, with extremely pointed For men practically impossible because the tips no longer have the required strength.
The invention is based on normal shoe lasts with a blunt front part, which is resistant in use. It enables existing lasts with a blunt front to be used to produce pointed shoes.
According to the invention, the front part of the last is preshoeed by means of a ready-molded or molded extension tip made of plastic, that is to say supplemented to the desired pointed shape. The upper is then pinched and the shoe completed, with the extension tip remaining in the shoe after completion.
If a lining shaft is used, it is pinched over the normal last, the extension tip is glued onto the lining shaft, then the shaft is pinched over the last and the extension tip and the shoe is completed.
These work processes fit easily into the usual manufacturing process.
A separate front cap and its installation is saved if the extension tip to the shoe last is thin-walled tapering ver elongated such that it replaces the cap. This extension is produced in one piece without additional effort.
To reduce the wall thickness and thus to avoid sink marks when injecting the massive plastic body, the extension tip can be provided with a central recess that is open towards the shoe last. Such recesses are known per se.
This extension tip can now be used in the simplest way to properly attach a wear plate Ver. For this purpose, it is provided with holes in which the wear plate is attached. It consists of known building materials with high abrasion resistance, e.g. Non-ferrous metals or wear-resistant plastic. The short service life of the outsole of pointed shoes is hereby extended many times over.
The drawing shows in Fig. 1 a longitudinal section through a shoe with shoe lasts and in Fig. 2 a perspective view of an extension tip.
The lining shaft 3 is pinched over the shoe last 1 with the insole 2. The extension tip 4 is attached to the chuck shank 3 by an adhesive layer, which cannot be seen here. About the built-in United extension tip 4 and the shoe last 1, the shaft 5 is pinched. As an extension of the outsole 6, the wear plate 7 is fastened in the bores 8 of the extension tip 4. This is provided with the central recess 9.
