Description
Fig. 3 einen Grundriss der Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1,
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach Linie IV-IV in Fig. 1 und
Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach Linie V-V in Fig. 1.
Device for separating and positioning flat objects on a
Packing machine
The invention relates to a device for separating and positioning flat objects tapering in an uninterrupted row on a packaging machine. It is characterized by an oscillating plate that pushes the objects in the conveying direction along a guide track, by an arm that can be swiveled around a horizontal axis in the cycle of the packaging machine with swivel tongues engaging in recesses of the oscillating plate and lifting the objects from the oscillating plate, by means of control means for the incoming objects the arm movement and by means of transport that detect and further convey the object acting on these control means.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a side view of a device according to the invention in a schematic representation, partly in section along line I-I in FIG. 3,
FIG. 2 shows the device according to FIG. 1 in a different operating position,
FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the device according to FIG. 1,
Fig. 4 is a section along line IV-IV in Fig. 1 and
5 shows a section along line V-V in FIG. 1.
The tablets 1 are conveyed onto an oscillating plate 3, for example by means of a conveyor belt or by incline between a guide track 2. This is slidably mounted along the guide track 2. It is moved back and forth via a lever system 4, 5, and indeed it is accelerated relatively gently in the direction of arrow A, but at the end of its stroke it is brusquely braked and moved back. The time for the return stroke of the oscillating plate is dimensioned so that it is covered before the objects set in motion during the conveying stroke have finished their way. The return stroke is thus covered faster than the delivery stroke. In this way it is achieved that the tablets 1 lying on it during the braking and reversing of the oscillating plate in direction A, i.e. H. Slide the conveying direction and be conveyed on in an uninterrupted row.
The oscillating plate 3 has two recesses 6 into which two tongues 7 engage. These are attached to a hub 8 which is arranged to the side of the oscillating plate 3 and which can pivot about a shaft 9. An arm 10 is also attached to the hub 8, which arm carries at its front end a shaft 11 around which a locking plate 12 can be pivoted. This locking plate 12 carries an extension 12 a which cooperates with a stop 13. A tension spring 14 tries to pull the locking plate 12, 12a continuously into the position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1, in which the extension 12a rests against the stop 13 and a pivoting of the arm 10 from the position shown in FIG. 1 into the position shown in FIG 2 situation shown prevented.
The spring 14 is, however, dimensioned in such a way that tablets 1 abutting the locking plate 12 can pivot the latter out of the locking position into the position shown in FIG. 1 in solid lines. In this position of the locking plate 12, the arm 10 can pivot unhindered about the shaft 9.
The arm 10, when it is not locked, is pivoted back and forth between the positions shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 by means not shown, known per se, in the working cycle of the packaging machine. It also carries a guide plate 15 which prevents the incoming tablets 1 from being stacked on top of one another.
Furthermore, there is also a movable transport fork 16 which engages in the recesses 6 with two catches 16a, 16b each. This transport fork 16 is moved by means (not shown) along a path 17 shown in FIG. 2 in the cycle of the packaging machine. It is therefore moved to the left from the end position shown in FIG. 1 with simultaneous lowering, so that its drivers 16a pass under the tablet 1 a resting on the blocking plate 12 and are then raised again. At the same time the arm 10 pivots into the position according to FIG. 2, the tongues 7 lifting the tablets lying behind the tablet la.
The drivers 16a of the transport fork 16 now push the tablet la to the right into the position of the tablet lb, whereupon the transport fork is lowered again and shifted to the left. During the following stroke of the transport fork 16, the tablet 1b is then pushed onto a ram 18 (tablet 1c) by the driver 16b. During the return of the transport fork 16, the plunger 18 is lifted from the position shown in FIG. 1 into the position shown in FIG. 2. In this position of the ram, the tablet 1c is gripped by conveying means (not shown) and fed to a further processing point of the packaging machine.
The arm 10, the transport fork 16 and the ram 18 are thus driven in the working cycle of the packaging machine. However, the transport fork 16 can only move if the arm 10 can also execute its pivoting movement.
If the arm 10 is blocked by the blocking plate 12, 12a, the transport fork 16 also rests. However, the oscillating plate 3 is driven independently of the arm 10. Since the arm 10 can only perform its pivoting movement when a tablet is in contact with the locking plate, it is ensured with certainty that a tablet is conveyed onto the ram 18 with each work cycle of the device.
