Electrical control device The invention relates to an electrical device provided with a tape core transducer and several externally adjustable electrical switching elements. What is new is that the choke, which has a plastic cup as a housing and is encapsulated with a cast resin, carries the switching elements and these are sealed with a metal cap in a dust-tight manner. This type of spatial arrangement of the individual parts means that a very small device is created by saving its own housing, which is dust-tight and can cope with the toughest mechanical requirements.
The dissipation of the heat generated in the winding no longer takes place entirely through the air space enclosed in the housing, but largely directly to the outside air, in particular via the cast resin mirror facing the mounting base.
By using a thin-walled and inexpensive plastic cup made from a film using the hot drawing process, which at the same time serves as a casting mold, the production of the cast resin throttle becomes cheaper than using a multi-part casting mold. In addition, the manufacturing process is continuous.
The shape of such a cup makes it possible to cast in the connection elements in the simplest way, to connect further switching elements with the corresponding cast resin body to form a structural unit and to fasten the whole thing without special aids such as fastening clips, brackets or the like.
To explain the invention, FIG. 1 shows a sectional view and FIG. 2 shows the view of an embodiment of the control device according to the invention. The same parts are denoted by the same reference numbers. The plastic cup 1 contains the tape core 2 with winding 3. The bottom 14 of the plastic cup turned inside out in the sectional view is drawn into the free interior 15 of the control throttle encapsulated with casting resin 1a. At the edge, the plastic cup has several smaller bulges 4 which, after the casting resin has solidified, serve to screw the device onto its base, optionally with spacers in between.
Another similar but larger bulge 5 serves as a clipboard. The holes for the connection terminals 6 are punched into the plastic cup. When inserting the throttle, the connection terminals 6 attached to the winding ends 7 are then inserted through the holes and seal them tightly. The other switching elements, e.g. B. 8 and 9, are not shown completely and only schematically, and are carried by the transducer 2, 3. The knobs 10 protrude through the bottom 11 of the metal cap and are stored dust-tight. With its edge 12, the cap lies snugly against the slightly drawn-in outer edge 13 of the plastic cup.
A likewise dust-tight metal clamping cover 16 is used to cover the connection terminals 6.
