Über den dem Relais zugeordneten Kontakt e12 wird das Relais S zum Abfallen gebracht und über den Kontakt e11 das Abfragerelais Al. Gleichzeitig wird über den Kontakt e,4 ein zweites Abfragerelais A2 ein geschaltet, das nach Ablauf seiner Ansprechverzöge- rungszeit über seine Kontakte a2, und a22 wieder die RelaisH undS zum Ansprechen bringt und über seinen Kontakt A23 die Spannung U;
Nimmt man z.
Method for reporting the runtime of protective relays in a supply network to a remote monitoring center In relay protection technology, it has been essentially limited to relay protection devices that are often located far away from a monitoring center at any point in the network, only the facts of the To report the initiation and tripping of the protective equipment concerned to the control center. The transmission of the relay delay times, which give important information about the type and causes of the errors, was deliberately avoided, since the effort for such a message over large distances was quite considerable and economically not justified so far.
The method according to the main patent method and arrangement for reporting the runtime of protective relays in a supply network to a remote monitoring center makes it possible to measure the runtime of the protective relays at the installation location of the relay protection device with the simplest means - and therefore also economically - and to report them to the control center .
In this case, a number of electrical pulses proportional to the activation or command time of the relay device is first generated at the installation location of the relay protection devices or derived from a continuously generated pulse series; these impulses are then initially stored with the help of a device consisting of counting magnets, which is installed at the location of the relay protection device, and then reported to the control center on request by remote control for the purpose of evaluation.
In the device for performing the process according to the main patent, the voltage of a pulse generator is fed to the input of the storage device via contacts of the excitation relay. During the time in which the excitation conditions remain fulfilled, a certain number of pulses is sent to the storage device in this way. The number of pulses that are stored in this way is proportional to the time during which the trigger conditions were met.
In order to be able to query and evaluate the information stored in the counting device at any point in time, a relay operated remotely from the control center is activated, the contacts of which in turn apply the voltage of the pulse generator - but this time bypassing the trigger relay contacts - to the input the storage device. At the same time, the same voltage is also applied to a relay via these contacts, the associated contact of which is activated in the cycle of the pulse voltage in the input circuit of the transmitting device to the control center.
Via an end contact of the storage device, which is actuated when the end capacity of the storage device is reached, the above-mentioned interrogation relay is made to drop out, so that the pulse voltage is also switched off again. The number of pulses that are transmitted in this way to the control center via the transmitter corresponds to the number of pulses that can be saved in total, reduced by the number of pulses that were saved during the runtime of the protection relay. Since the number of pulses is proportional to time and the capacity of the Speicherervorrich device is known, the running time of the protective relay can easily be determined from the number of pulses transmitted to the control center.
This method has the disadvantage that the time required to transmit the stored information is relatively long, especially if only short relay run times are stored.
The present invention relates to a method for reporting the running time of protective relays in a supply network to a remote monitoring center, with electrical pulses being generated at the installation site of the relay protection device, the number of which is proportional to the running time of the respective relay to be monitored and these pulses are stored for as long until they are transmitted to a corresponding receiver in the monitoring center for the purpose of evaluation in a query that does not have these disadvantages.
According to the invention, when polling, pulses from a pulse generator are fed to a second similar pulse memory device until the memory state of the second memory device corresponds to that of the first and then the memory state of both memory devices is deleted and the polling process is interrupted.
The method can be practically implemented by a device, of which two exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawings.
In Fig. 1 of the drawing, the Speicherervor direction consists of a total of four counting magnets ZiE, Z1H, Z, E, ZEH of known type. Each of these counting magnets has ten armatures on a common magnetic core, which are attracted one after the other when impulses occur and remain attached due to remanence. When tightened, each of the armature parts actuates a working contact assigned to it (contacts 1 to 10); A special mechanical device ensures that each armature part, when it is actuated, also opens again the contact assigned to the previously actuated part armature.
If the counting magnet is de-energized by powering a special shedding winding, all armature parts are brought to fall off at the same time. In addition to contacts 1 to 10, each counting magnet also has a special contact, designated with the number 0, which is opened when the first armature part is actuated and only closed again when all armature parts fall off. In the inventive arrangement, the two counting magnets Z, E and Z111 are combined to form a storage device with a storage capacity of one hundred pulses.
This is done in such a way that the auxiliary DC voltage is applied via the rectifier G2 to the actuating winding of the counting magnet ZH via the contact 10 assigned to the last armature part of the counting magnet ZE. At the same time, the auxiliary DC voltage is applied via this contact, to which an RC time delay element is connected in parallel, also via the rectifier G, to the discharge winding of the counting magnet ZE. The rectifier G3 prevents the auxiliary DC voltage from reaching the discharge winding of the counting magnet Z, 11 at the same time.
When the relay protection device is excited, the contact g is closed so that the voltage Ui of the pulse generator reaches the actuating winding of the counting magnet ZE. As a result, the first partial armature is attracted with the first pulse, contact 1 is closed and contact 0 is opened. With the second pulse, the second armature is attracted, contact 2 is closed and contact 1 is opened again, and so on, until with the tenth pulse the last armature is attracted, contact 10 closes and contact 9 opens.
As a result, all armature parts of the counting magnet ZE are made to fall off and contact 0 of this magnet is closed again after the first armature part of the counting magnet ZH was previously actuated, its associated contact 1 is closed and contact 0 has opened. From the eleventh pulse onwards, the armature parts of the counting magnet Z, E are operated one after the other until the second armature part of the counting magnet Z, H is operated again at the twentieth pulse, etc. As soon as the activation conditions for the protective device cease to apply, contact g is opened, see above that no further pulses reach the storage device.
The number of pulses stored up to then corresponds to the pickup time of the relay protection device.
The query of the stored information takes place, for example, by remote actuation of the query start switch t from the control center. By briefly closing this switch, the auxiliary direct voltage is applied to the interrogation relay A1 so that it responds and its associated contacts a11 to a15 are actuated.
Relay A1 is held via contact a12, and the actuating circuit of the counting magnet ZE is additionally opened via its contact a ", so that the reporting process cannot be impaired during the following feedback of the relay runtime to the control center when the relay protection device is triggered again the contact a13, the counting magnet ZE is connected to the voltage U; of the pulse generator.
Furthermore, an auxiliary relay H is switched on via the contact a11, its associated contact h with the response time of this auxiliary relay as a delay time the relay S to the voltage U; of the pulse generator. The contact s assigned to the relay S is switched on in the input circuit of the transmitter to the control center, not shown, and is actuated at the rate of the pulse voltage Ui until the circuit of the relay S is interrupted when the contact e12 is opened.
As a result of the pulses from the pulse generator reaching the counting magnet ZE, the associated contacts 1 to 10 are now closed and opened again one after the other in the manner already described above. As soon as that contact of this counting magnet is closed, which is connected in series with the still closed contact of the counting magnet Z, E, the auxiliary voltage reaches the relay El via the previously closed contact a15, so that it responds and is via its contact e13 holds.
The relay S is brought to drop out via the contact e12 assigned to the relay and the interrogation relay Al via the contact e11. At the same time, a second interrogation relay A2 is switched on via contacts e, 4 which, after its response delay time has elapsed, relays H and S via its contacts a2 and a22 Brings response and through its contact A23 the voltage U;
of the pulse generator to the actuation winding of the counting magnet ZH. There are then in the same way as before, the contacts of the counting magnet ZH successively closed and reopened until the contact is closed, which is connected in series with that contact of the counting magnet Z111 that is still closed ge.
Then relay E2, whose response has been prepared via contact a24 after the response delay time of relay A2 has elapsed, is actuated so that contacts e21 and e22 interrupt the circuits of relays S and El again and contact e23 the Circuits of the discharge windings of all counting magnets are closed; the storage device is thereby deleted again.
With a certain drop-out delay, the relay E2 drops out again, after the relay A2 has dropped out again by opening the contact e14 and its contact a24 has opened. The device is then ready for a new storage of the relay running time.
The time pause for impulses caused by the response delay of relay A2 must be used on the receiving side in a suitable manner to switch off the first counting relay, which registers the pulses stored in the counting magnet ZlE, and to pass the further incoming pulses to a second counting relay, which is the counting relay in the counting magnet Z1 registered pulses.
The activation of the auxiliary relay H is required; in order to prevent the actuation of the relay S and thus the transmitter keying when the contacts 1 to 10 assigned to the armatures of the counting relay ZiE are all open.
In the arrangement according to FIG. 1, it may be perceived as a disadvantage that on the receiving side in the control center a switch from one counting relay that registers the pulses stored in the counting magnet Z1E to the second counting relay is required, which is the one in the counting magnet Z1, registered pulses. In Figure 2 of the drawing, the circuit of a device is shown that does not make this switchover.
With this device, the counting magnets ZiE and ZlH are initially acted upon in the manner already described above during the relay sequence. The query is also initiated by briefly closing the remote-controlled query contact t. The interrogation relay A is thus excited and held via its contact a1.
The contact a4 fulfills the same functions as the contact a14 of the arrangement according to FIG. 1 of the drawing. The voltage Ui of the pulse generator is again applied to the actuation winding of the counting magnet Z2E via the contact a3, so that this is initially actuated.
As can be seen from the circuit, the contacts of all counting magnets are switched in such a way that the relay E, which interrupts the holding circuit of the interrogation relay A through its contact e1, only responds if the corresponding contacts of the counting relays ZDF and Z2E are at the same time and Z111 and ZH are closed. If you take z.
For example, if the relay was running, 28 pulses were stored corresponding to a time of 2.8 seconds, then the contacts 0 and 8 of the counting magnet ZDF and the contacts 0 and 2 of the counting magnet Z1 $ are in the position shown in dashed lines . From the beginning of the query, the contacts 1 to 10 of the counting magnet Zig are then first closed and reopened one after the other, with the counting magnet Zu being actuated when the contact 10 closes and attracts the first armature so that its contact 1 is closed.
Then all the contacts of the counting magnet Z, E are actuated one after the other until, when the contact 10 closes, the contact 2 of the counting magnet Z2g is closed again and its contact 1 is opened. The actuation of the counter magnet Z2E then begins again, which successively closes and opens its contacts again until contact 8 is closed.
At this moment the relay E responds, the circuit of which is closed via the contacts a2 of the query relay A, the contacts 8 of the two counting relays ZIE and Z, E and the two contacts 2 of the two counting relays Z111 and ZH. The further transmission of pulses to the counting magnets is then prevented and the memory device is deleted via contact e2, so that it is ready for operation again for a new measurement of the relay running times.
The interrogation relay A of this device remains attracted during the entire time of the feedback, which in this case corresponds exactly to the previously stored relay running time. This makes it possible, please include a normally open contact a5 of the interrogation relay to switch on a continuous tone transmitter (not shown) that, for example, stimulates a second meter to run along on the receiving side as long as the continuous tone is present. A conversion is not necessary in this case if the scale of the seconds meter is calibrated accordingly.
