Vorrichtung zur Abgabe von Seifenpulver in Einzelportionen Es sind Vorrichtungen zur Abgabe von pulver förmiger, flüssiger oder fester Seife bekannt, bei deren Betätigung ein bestimmtes Quantum Seife be liebig oft und ohne zeitliche Beschränkung ent nommen werden kann. Der Nachteil solcher Vor richtungen besteht darin, dass der Benützer mehr Seife entnehmen kann, als er für eine Waschung be nötigt, was zu einem Mehrverbrauch im Ausmass des zwei- und mehrfachen des erforderlichen Quantums führt.
Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, weist eine Vorrichtung zur Abgabe von Seifenpulver in Einzel portionen mit einem Vorratsgefäss für das Seifen pulver erfindungsgemäss einen unterhalb des Vorrats gefässes angeordneten, zur Abgabe einer Einzelportion von Hand zwischen einer Auffüll- und einer Abgabe stellung gegen die Wirkung einer Feder verstellbaren Schieber mit einer Durchbrechung zur Aufnahme einer Einzelportion und Mittel zum Verzögern des Wiederauffüllens der Durchbrechung auf.
Das Verzögern des Wiederauffüllens der Durch brechung kann durch eine zwischen dem Vorrats gefäss und der Durchbrechung angeordnete Ver engung bewirkt werden. Es kann aber auch dadurch bewirkt werden, dass der Schieber in der Abgabe stellung durch einen Saugnapf während einer ge wissen Zeit zurückgehalten wird.
In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Ausfüh rungsformen der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung dar gestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform im Schnitt, wobei der Schieber in der Auffüllstellung ist, Fig. 2 den unteren Teil der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1, wobei der Schieber in der Abgabe stellung ist, Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch den unteren Teil einer anderen Ausführungsform,
Fig. 4 in grösserem Massstab eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Details der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 und Fig. 5 eine Variante zu Fig. 4.
Die Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 und 2 weist in einem Blechgehäuse ein Vorratsgefäss 1 zur Aufnahme von Seifenpulver auf. Unterhalb des Vor ratsgefässes 1 ist ein Schieber 2 mit einer konischen Durchbrechung 3 angeordnet, welcher von einer Feder 4 in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Auffüllstellung gehalten wird. Zwischen dem Vorratsgefäss 1 und der Durchbrechung 3 ist eine Verengung 5 angeordnet.
Der Schieber 2 kann von Hand aus der Auffüll- stellung (Fig. 1) gegen die Wirkung der Feder 4 in eine Abgabestellung (Fig. 2) verstellt werden, in wel cher die Durchbrechung 3 über einer Öffnung 6 im Gehäuse der Vorrichtung liegt.
In der Auffüllstellung (Fig. 1) rinnt Seifenpulver aus dem Vorratsgefäss 1 durch die Verengung 5 in die Durchbrechung 3 des Schiebers 2, bis die Durch brechung 3 gefüllt ist. Wenn der Schieber 2 in die Abgabestellung (Fig. 2) verstellt wird, gibt die Vor richtung durch die Öffnung 6 eine Portion Seifen pulver, bestehend aus dem Inhalt der Durchbrechung 3, ab.
Beim Loslassen des Schiebers 2 kehrt derselbe in die Auffüllstellung zurück, die Durchbrechung 3 wird aber wegen der Verengung 5 nur langsam wie der mit Seifenpulver gefüllt, so dass die Vorrichtung z. B. erst nach einigen Sekunden wieder eine volle Portion abgeben kann.
Die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 weist ähnlich wie die oben beschriebene ein Vorratsgefäss 1', einen Schieber 2' mit einer zylindrischen Durchbrechung 3', eine Feder 4' und eine Öffnung 6' im Gehäuse auf, und diese Teile haben dieselben Funktionen wie in der zuerst beschriebenen Ausführungsform. Das Verzögern des Wiederauffüllens der Durch brechung 3' wird hier durch einen mit dem Schieber 2' verbundenen Saugnapf 7 bewirkt, der mit einer fest stehenden Wand 8 des Gehäuses der Vorrichtung zusammenarbeitet. Der Saugnapf 7 saugt sich an der Wand 8 fest, wenn der Schieber 2' in die Abgabe stellung verschoben wird, wodurch der Schieber 2' in der Abgabestellung zurückgehalten wird.
Die Wand 8 weist zwei bezüglich der Achse des Saugnapfes 7 radiale Ritzungen 9 auf, durch welche Luft langsam in den Saugnapf nachströmen kann (Fig. 4). Wenn genügend Luft nachgeströmt ist, löst sich der Saug napf 7 von der Wand 8, und der Schieber 2' kehrt in die Auffüllstellung zurück, in welcher die Durch brechung 3' wieder mit Seifenpulver aus dem Vor ratsgefäss 1' gefüllt wird. Auch bei dieser Ausfüh rungsform verstreicht also nach einer Betätigung des Schiebers 2' eine gewisse Zeit, bis die Durchbrechung 3' wieder gefüllt ist und die Vorrichtung wieder eine Portion Seifenpulver abgeben kann.
Anstelle der Ritzungen 9 in der Wand 8 kann in dieser Wand eine öffnung 10 vorgesehen sein, welche von einer beschränkt luftdurchlässigen Folie 11 verschlossen ist (Fig.5). Auch hier verstreicht eine gewisse Zeit, bis genügend Luft in den Saug napf 7 nachgeströmt ist, um denselben von der Wand 8 zu lösen.
Es ist klar, dass die Anordnung von Saugnapf und Wand auch umgekehrt sein könnte. Das heisst, es könnte ein feststehender Saugnapf vorgesehen sein, der mit einer mit dem Schieber verbundenen Platte zusammenarbeitet.

The embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a storage vessel 1 for receiving soap powder in a sheet metal housing. Below the storage vessel 1 before a slide 2 is arranged with a conical opening 3, which is held by a spring 4 in the filling position shown in FIG. A constriction 5 is arranged between the storage vessel 1 and the opening 3.
The slide 2 can be moved by hand from the filling position (FIG. 1) against the action of the spring 4 into a delivery position (FIG. 2), in which the opening 3 lies above an opening 6 in the housing of the device.
In the filling position (FIG. 1), soap powder runs out of the storage vessel 1 through the constriction 5 into the opening 3 of the slide 2 until the opening 3 is filled. When the slide 2 is adjusted to the delivery position (Fig. 2), the device is a portion of soap powder through the opening 6, consisting of the content of the opening 3, from.
When the slide 2 is released, it returns to the filling position, but the opening 3 is only slowly filled with soap powder because of the constriction 5, so that the device z. B. can only deliver a full portion after a few seconds.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3, similar to the one described above, has a storage vessel 1 ', a slide 2' with a cylindrical opening 3 ', a spring 4' and an opening 6 'in the housing, and these parts have the same functions as in FIG embodiment described first. The delay in refilling the opening 3 'is brought about here by a suction cup 7 connected to the slide 2', which works together with a stationary wall 8 of the housing of the device. The suction cup 7 sucks on the wall 8 when the slide 2 'is moved into the dispensing position, whereby the slide 2' is retained in the dispensing position.
The wall 8 has two incisions 9 which are radial with respect to the axis of the suction cup 7 and through which air can slowly flow into the suction cup (FIG. 4). When enough air has flowed in, the suction cup 7 is released from the wall 8, and the slide 2 'returns to the filling position, in which the opening 3' is again filled with soap powder from the storage vessel 1 'before. In this embodiment too, after actuation of the slide 2 ', a certain time elapses until the opening 3' is filled again and the device can again dispense a portion of soap powder.
Instead of the scorings 9 in the wall 8, an opening 10 can be provided in this wall, which is closed by a film 11 which is partially permeable to air (FIG. 5). Here, too, a certain amount of time elapses before enough air has flowed into the suction cup 7 to release the same from the wall 8.
It is clear that the arrangement of the suction cup and wall could also be reversed. This means that a fixed suction cup could be provided which works together with a plate connected to the slide.
