The present invention relates to a guide device for slides or other machine parts to be guided in a straight line, in which at least one rod with a symmetrical cross-section is attached to a base along its entire length and by more than 180 of at least one Guide bushing of the guided part is enclosed.
It is known to use guide rods as guide organs for slides and other machine parts. There are constructions known with round rod guides, in which the latter are provided with slots to summarize guide bushes for the purpose of adjustment. Screws arranged transversely to the socket axis are used as adjusting devices.
It. A construction is also known which uses a guide bushing provided with a guide bore arranged eccentrically to the outer diameter, whereby the latter is designed as a body of the same suspension. The guide diameter can be readjusted by arranging pressure screws positioned transversely to the socket axis. The majority of the known guide bushes are designed in such a way that they encompass the guide rods by at least 180 of their circumference, but preferably by at least 270.
Due to the fact that the well-known guide bushes touch the entire surface of the relevant guide rod or rod, the necessary readjustment of these bushes (due to wear of the bushing bore) causes distortion of the bearing surfaces, so that the bushes are no longer worn on the whole touch the guide rods to a certain extent.
The guide device according to the invention shows a solution for avoiding the disadvantages described, and it is characterized in that the guide bushing supports the guide rod on at least three, preferably seen from the center of the rod, radially in the direction against the mainly occurring external forces and between these longitudinal strips Longitudinal support strips non-supporting strips are arranged.
Four exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. 1 shows a cross section through a rod guide device according to a first embodiment, FIG. 2 shows a cross section through a further embodiment, FIG. 3 shows a cross section through a further embodiment of a guide device with a self-locking adjustment member and FIG Cross section through a guide device with a non-self-locking after adjusting member.
In Fig. 1, a first embodiment is provided with a round rod 3, which by means of screws 4 in a, for example, V-shaped, rod support 9 of a machine part 1, such. B. a machine housing is held. A guide bush 5, which is part of a circular cross-section and which includes the round rod 3 around at least 270 of its circumference, is in a bore 10 of a machine part 2 to be guided, for. B. a slide, held by means not shown.
The bore of the bushing 5, which corresponds to the outer diameter 13 of the round rod 3, has two recesses 11 and 12 through which the wing is divided into three longitudinal support strips 6, 7 and 8 which, as seen from the center 15 of the round rod 3, are in front are preferably arranged in the radial direction against the main Lich occurring external forces.
In FIG. 2, according to a further embodiment, a guide rod 23 with the cross-section of a preferably triple symmetrical, uniform thickness is provided, which is fastened by means of screws 24 in a suitable rod support groove 29 of a machine part 21. The guide bushing 25 with a circular outer diameter 30 has an inner profile which is preferably arranged concentrically thereto and which corresponds to the outer profile of the guide rod 23.
In the machine part 22 to be guided, two recesses 31 and 32 are provided in one of the outer diameter 30 of the bush 25 corresponding to approximately 270 of the circumference of the latter comprehensive bore, whereby three longitudinal support strips 26, 27 and 28 arise on which the outer diameter 30 of the guide bush 25 rests. The three longitudinal support strips 26, 27 and 28, viewed from the center of the rod 35, are preferably arranged in the radial direction against the external forces that mainly occur.
In a further embodiment according to FIG. 3, a guide rod 43 is provided with the cross-section of a preferably triple symmetrical constant thickness, which is fastened to a machine part 41 by means of screws 44 on a suitable rod support surface 49, which can be in the form of a segment of a circle, for example. The socket 45 with a circular outer diameter 50 has an inner profile which corresponds to the outer profile of the guide rod 43. In the machine part 42 to be guided, a bore corresponding to the outer diameter 50 of the bush 45, which surrounds at least 270 of the circumference of the bush 45, is provided with a recess 51 occupying a large part of the circumference.
The socket 45 rests on two longitudinal support strips 46 and 47. Opposite the support point 49 of the guide rod 43 is in the machine part 42 to be guided in a countersink 53 an adjusting screw 54 with a ge in the socket 45 intermediate piece 52 is provided. The adjusting screw 54 is used to allow the adjustment of the socket 45 in a self-locking manner in the direction towards the rod center 55 out.
According to a further embodiment according to FIG. 4, a round rod 63 with a diameter of 73 is provided as a guide member, which is held by means of screws 64 on a suitable rod support 69 of a machine part 61. The guide bushing 65, which has a part of a circular cross-section, includes with its bore 73 at least 270 'of the circumference of the round rod 63. In the machine part 62 to be guided, a bore of the outer diameter 70 of the bushing 65 with recesses 71 and 72 is provided. This creates two longitudinal support strips 66 and 67 for the socket 65.
In a departure from the support of the bushing 5, as shown in Fig. 1, one of the three fixed longitudinal support strips is replaced by an adjusting element, consisting of an intermediate piece 76 arranged in the machine part 62 and one provided with a pin 78 according to FIG Compression spring 77 which is pressed against the outer diameter 70 of the guide bush 65. In this way, in a non-self-locking manner, this part of the bushing 65 can be readjusted or pretensioned in the direction towards the center 75. However, it would also be possible to make the tension of the compression spring 77 controllable by means of organs not shown.
The guide devices according to the invention offer the advantage over the known guides that no longer the entire bore of the guide bush, which rests on the guide rod, has to be jammed or braced, but that only the relatively narrow longitudinal support strips are to be adjusted, which are significantly faster adapt to the profile of the sliding guide in question and thus result in perfect guidance.
