Description

  

  Doppelt gefederte Untermatratze    Die vielen bekannten Lattenkonstruktionen für  Untermatratzen wirken als Liegefläche zu hart. Die  vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine doppelt gefederte  Untermatratze, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass  gebogene Holzplatten mittels Schraubenfedern auf  einem Rahmen gelagert sind, wobei diese Schrau  benfedern in Hohlräumen von     Längs-Schaumstoff-          balken    untergebracht sind.  



  In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung beispiels  weise dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen teilweisen Längsschnitt durch  den einen Längsbalken mit Schraubenfedern,       Fig.2    einen Querschnitt der Untermatratze.  



  1 stellt den üblichen Matratzenrahmen dar, auf  dem das doppelt wirkende Federungssystem aufge  baut ist. Jeder der beiden     Schaumstofflängsbalken    2  ist auf dem Rahmen 1 aufgeleimt und enthält so viele    Löcher 4, wie gebogene Querlatten 3, vorzugsweise  aus     Eschenholz,    vorhanden sind. Die Löcher 4 sind  dazu da, die Schraubenfedern S aufzunehmen. Die  Schraubenfedern sind am Matratzenrahmen und an  den Querlatten befestigt. Durch Wahl der Schrauben  federn ist die gewünschte Weichheit der Unter  matratze gegeben.

  1 shows the usual mattress frame on which the double-acting suspension system is built. Each of the two longitudinal foam bars 2 is glued onto the frame 1 and contains as many holes 4 as there are curved transverse slats 3, preferably made of ash wood. The holes 4 are there to accommodate the coil springs S. The coil springs are attached to the mattress frame and the crossbars. The desired softness of the mattress is given by choosing the coil springs.
