Description

Centrifugal exciter unit for vibrating machines, preferably vibration rammers The invention relates to a centrifugal force exciter unit for vibrating machines, preferably vibrating rams, in which opposing synchronous rotating masses generate linearly directed alternating forces with one another.

Centrifugal exciters of this type have been proposed several times for vibrating machines, especially vibration rammers. In general, the centrifugal masses of the known exciters are stored in a housing that is combined with the oscillating machine to form a structural unit. With this design, the centrifugal mass exciter can hardly be expanded in terms of their maximum possible force development, because the centrifugal masses can only be increased significantly due to the limited interior space of the housing.

The invention is intended to create a variable centrifugal force exciter unit in its vibration performance. The unit according to the invention is characterized by several excitation units which are releasably connected to one another in such a position that their force vectors run in a common line of action.

The drive motor of the unit is advantageously attached to a terminal exciter unit.

An expedient embodiment is that one of the terminal excitation units is provided with means for connecting the unit to a vibrating machine to be operated by force pulses or a receiving device for clamping the space bodies to be driven or extracted.

The exciter unit according to the invention is suitable because of its narrow design as a drive means, in particular for vibration ramming.

The invention is described in more detail with reference to an illustrated in a front view, schematically dargestell th embodiment. The exciter units 1, 2, 3 with the centrifugal mass pairs la, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b are assembled with the aid of the screws 4 to form the exciter unit according to the invention. To this Erregeraggre gat includes the drive motor 5, which is attached by means of the screws 6 on the terminal upper exciter unit.

The centrifugal mass pairs are connected to one another by means of the gears 1c, 1d, 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d and the chains 7 ', 7 "and to the drive motor by means of the chain 7. Their direction of rotation is indicated by arrows A clamping device 8 for a ram body 9, for example, is attached to the terminal lower exciter unit with the aid of the screws 10.
