Automatic aperture regulator for still and cinema cameras There are automatic aperture regulators for still and cinema cameras with a photo element or a photo resistor, a moving coil instrument, on the moving coil of which a drive member is rigidly attached and at least one pivotably mounted diaphragm blade that is connected to the drive member by means of a Handlebar is connected, known. The amount of light that passes through the diaphragm onto the light-sensitive layer is roughly inversely proportional to the respective illuminance.
In order to achieve this, diaphragms with tapering curved slots are provided in a well-known design, but this has the disadvantage of a relatively large space requirement.
Automatic aperture controls with smaller aperture vanes are also known, but these arrangements do not provide any means to achieve the proportionality between the smaller aperture area * and the illuminance. In addition, the shape of the free faceplate must also be taken into account. This should be concentric in all positions of the diaphragm blades to the shape of the largest aperture opening. have similar limitations.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided. that each link rod is arranged between the drive member, designed as a disc or two-armed lever, and the diaphragm lamella, so that, as the angle of rotation of the drive member increases, the pivoting movement of the diaphragm lamella changes according to a trigonometric function. This allows a large control Achieve accuracy even over larger work areas with relatively little space requirements.
The point of attack of each link rod is advantageous on a member involved in the movement of the diaphragm lamella, eg. B. arranged on a lever carrying the lamella in such a way that when the drive member moves uniformly, this point experiences an increasing or decreasing adjustment movement according to a sine function.
The drawing shows exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention in a schematic representation. Fig. 1 shows a diagram for a. @ Usführun @@ s example.
Fig. 2 shows an aperture regulator with n @ ci aperture blades.
Fig. 3 time a Bletiden regulator with three aperture blades.
4 shows an aperture regulator with an aperture lamella.
Fig. 5 shows a drive member.
Fig. 6 shows a further Ausführungsum-, sform with two aperture controls.
The diagram according to FIG. 1 shows in the first quadrant located at the top right "the dependency: in - (, i-- speed of the rotation angle of the rotating coil plotted on the ordinate from the light value LIV plotted on the abscissa.
In the second Quadran located on the top left, the adjustment movement of a handlebar engagement point is plotted in the form of the sine one angle u in the abscissa. The curve Ilu shows the movement of the drive point on the galvanometer disk, based on an attack point coinciding with the zero-degree position. The curve IIb shifted parallel to it corresponds to the real position.
The angle of rotation is plotted on the ordinate in the third quadrant. The curves shown reflect the movement of the driven point of the diaphragm blade. Here, too, the basic curve labeled IIIct is shifted in parallel, so that the curve IIIb is obtained for the actual exemplary embodiment.
In the fourth quadrant, the angle of rotation of the diaphragm blade is shown as a function of the light vcrtes Lia '.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, an automatic Blertdenre2ler is provided, which is arranged in a tubular housing 1. This has an opening 2 for the receiving beam path to pass through. Inside the housing 1, a moving coil instrument, not shown in the drawing, is seen before, on the moving coil rigidly a disk designed as a circular drive member 3 sits.
In the Ge housing 1 two diaphragm blades 10, 11 are pivotably mounted about an axis 12 and 13, respectively. The drive member 3 is articulated to the diaphragm slats 10, 11 by a respective handlebar 4, 5. The Len kerstangen 4, 5 articulated in the drive points 6 and 7 on the drive member, in contrast, in the points 8 and 9 articulated to the diaphragm blades 10 and 11. In FIG. 2 the position of the lamellae is shown when the diaphragm is fully open.
When the diaphragm is closed, points 6 and 7 move to 6a and 7a, respectively, while the points of application of the rods 4, 5 on the diaphragm blades move from 8 to 8a or from 9 to 9a. Since the lever arm of the diaphragm lamella 11 between the pivot axis 13 and the point of application 9 is larger than the corresponding lever arm of the diaphragm lamella 10, the point of attack 9 must cover a greater distance than the point of attack 8 and de = shalb at a greater distance of the axis of rotation of the disc 3 be found.
To compensate for the weight, the diaphragm lamellas 10, 11 are provided with counterweights 14, 15 at the point opposite their lugs.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, three diaphragm blades 17, 18, 19 are provided in front of an opening 16 for the passage of the receiving beam path. Each of the diaphragm blades can be pivoted about an axis 20, 21 or 22 and is provided with a weight 23, 24 or 25. A disk-shaped drive member 26, which sits rigidly on the rotating coil of the light meter, is used to drive the diaphragm blades.
To transmit the rotational movement of the member 26, three handlebars 28, 29, 30 are connected to a common drive point 27 of the disc 26, each of which is articulated with an aperture lamella. The handlebars 28, 29 attack the arms 31 and 32 of the diaphragm lamella 17 and the weight 24 of the diaphragm lamella 18, respectively, while the rod 30 is hinged directly to the diaphragm lamella 19.
During operation, the drive point 27 of the rods 28 to 30 is adjusted between the limits denoted by 27a and 276. The attack points of the rod:
rt 28 to 30 on the diaphragm blades 17 to 19 are selected so that their lugs cover the opening 16 evenly in every position. Instead of a disk-shaped drive member 26, as indicated by dashed lines, also
