Vorratsgefäss mit Auftragsvorrichtung für pastenförmige Substanzen und Einhandbedienung Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Vorratsgefäss mit Auftragsvorrichtung für pastenför- mige Substanzen und Einhandbedienung, mit einem einen Förderkolben aufweisenden zylindrischen Vor ratsgefäss, dessen eine Stirnseite ein in der Achsrich tung angeordnetes, axial verschiebbares und mit dem Förderkolben verbundenes Druckorgan und dessen andere Stirnseite ausser der Ausgabeöffnung ein eben falls in der Achsrichtung angeordnetes Gerät zur Ver teilung der ausgegebenen Substanz aufweist.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist dieses Vorratsgefäss mit Auftragsvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckorgan als eine die Vorratsgefäss-Stirnwand axial verschiebbar durchsetzende Spindel mit aussenliegen der Fingerauflage ausgebildet und im Förderkolben hinsichtlich ihrer aus diesem ragenden freien Länge verstellbar abgestützt ist. Das Ganze auf eine solche Art, dass durch Fingerdruck auf die Spindel der Kol ben einen Vorschub zum Ausstossen der Substanz erfährt und bei Stillstand des Kolbens die aus diesem ragende freie Länge der Spindel mindestens um den erwähnten Kolbenvorschub vergrösserbar ist.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Vorratsgefässes mit Auftrags vorrichtung nach der Erfindung. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt durch das Vorratsgefäss mit Auftragsvorrichtung, Fig. 2 als Axialschnitt einen Teil der Ausgabeöff nung mit daran befestigtem Verstreichgerät, in grö sserem Massstab gezeichnet, und Fig. 3 das Vorratsgefäss mit Auftragsvorrichtung in der Anwendung.
Das dargestellte Vorratsgefäss mit Auftragsvor richtung besitzt ein zylindrisches Gefäss 1 von kreis förmigem Grundriss, zweckmässigerweise aus durch sichtigem Kunststoff, dessen Aussenmantel la und untere Stirnwand 1b aus einem Stück gebildet sind. Diese Stirnwand 1b besitzt als Ausgabeöffnung einen in der Gefässachse verlaufenden, nach aussen abstehen den Rüssel 1c.
Koaxial zu diesem Rüssel 1c ist auf der Aussenseite der Stimwand 1b ein kreisförmiger Kragen ld aufgesetzt, dessen Höhe ungefähr halb so gross ist wie die Länge des Rüssels lc.
Dieser Kragen 1c dient im Zusammenwirken mit dem leicht konischen Rüssel 1c als Halterung für eine am Gefäss 1 abnehmbar angeordnete Verstreich- oder Auftragsbürste 2, deren Bürstenkörperoberteil 2a ab gesetzt und kreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
Der Aussen durchmesser dieses Körperoberteils 2a ist dabei der art bemessen, dass er mit dem Innendurchmesser des Kragens 1d einen Haftsitz bildet. Koaxial zum Ober teil 2a besitzt der Bürstenkörper eine durchgehende Bohrung 2b, in welcher eine flexible, leicht konische Tülle 3 angeordnet ist. Diese Tülle 3 dient zum Ein stecken des Rüssels 1c beim Zusammensetzen des Gefässes 1 mit der Verstreichbürste 2 und übernimmt ausser Halterungsfunktionen auch die Abdichtung an dieser Stelle.
Sie mündet borstenseitig im Bereich der Enden dieser Borsten 2c und führt denselben die aus gestossene Substanz zu.
Innerhalb des Gefässes 1 befindet sich der Vorrat 4 einer pastenförmigen Substanz, z. B. Schuhcreme. Ein den oberen Abschluss des Vorrats 4 bildender flacher Kolben 5 dient zur Förderung des Vorrates, der durch den Rüssel 1c aus dem Gefäss 1 ausgesto ssen und der Verstreichbürste 2 zugeführt werden kann.
Zu diesem Zwecke ist eine in der Gefässachse an geordnete Gewindespindel 6, die in einem entspre chenden Muttergewinde im Kolben 5 verstellbar abge stützt ist, axial verschieb- und um ihre eigene Achse frei verdrehbar durch die obere, als Deckel 7 ausge bildete Stirnwand des Gefässes 1 hindurchgeführt. Ihr nach aussen ragendes freies Ende ist mit einer ver- drehfest aufgesetzten Fingerauflage 8 versehen.
Zum Gebrauch der beschriebenen Vorrichtung wird dieselbe, unter Auflegen des Zeigefingers auf die Auflage 8, vertikal zwischen Daumen und den ver bleibenden Fingern einer Hand gehalten (Fig.3). Durch axialen Druck auf die Spindel 6 erfährt der Kolben 5 nach Bedarf einen gewissen Vorschub, wo durch vom Vorrat 4 ein Teil der Substanz den Borsten 2c zugeführt wird, der, beispielsweise durch kreisende Bewegung der Hand, auf dem mit der Substanz zu versehenden Objekt, z. B. einem Schuh, verteilt wer den kann.
Entsprechend der ausgestossenen Substanz menge wandert der Kolben 5 und mit ihm die Spindel 6 mit der Auflage 8 gegen den Rüssel 1c, bis die Auf lage 8 an der Stirnwand 7 anliegt. Für die weitere Substanzförderung ist es nun erforderlich, die aus dem Kolben 5 nach oben ragende freie Länge der Spindel 6 zu vergrössern, was durch Verdrehen der letztge nannten, bei Stillstand des Kolbens 5, um seine eigene Achse möglich ist. Dies kann bei Einhandbedienung dadurch erfolgen, dass das Gerät in die hohle Hand gelegt und mittels Daumen und Zeigefinger die Auf lage 8 verdreht wird. Auf diese Weise kann der ge samte Vorrat 4, entsprechend der Grösse des Kolben vorschubs, etappenweise dem Gefäss 1 entnommen und verbraucht werden.
Zufolge der dargestellten und beschriebenen Aus- führung lässt sich für die Einhandbedienung dieses Gerätes die Höhe des Druckorgans 8, 6 für jede För deretappe sehr leicht der jeweiligen Handgrösse des Benutzers anpassen. Ein über die Borsten 2c gescho bener, becherförmiger Deckel 9, der mit seinem Ober rand am Körper der Bürste 2 festklemmt, schützt bei Nichtgebrauch vor Beschmutzung.
Das dargestellte Gerät ist gegenüber bekannten Geräten dieser Art speziell für Einhandbedienung ge eignet. Es ist handlich und sauber in der Anwendung und gestattet eine sehr preisgünstige Fertigung.

The accompanying drawing illustrates an embodiment of the storage vessel with application device according to the invention. It shows: FIG. 1 an axial section through the storage vessel with application device, FIG. 2, as an axial section, part of the dispensing opening with the spreading device attached, drawn on a larger scale, and FIG. 3 the storage vessel with application device in use.
The storage vessel shown with order device has a cylindrical vessel 1 of circular plan, expediently made of transparent plastic, the outer jacket la and lower end wall 1b are formed in one piece. This end wall 1b has, as a dispensing opening, a trunk 1c extending in the axis of the vessel and protruding outward.
A circular collar 1d is placed coaxially with this trunk 1c on the outside of the end wall 1b, the height of which is approximately half as large as the length of the trunk 1c.
This collar 1c serves in cooperation with the slightly conical trunk 1c as a holder for a brush or applicator brush 2, which is removably arranged on the vessel 1 and whose upper part 2a is set and is circular.
The outer diameter of this upper body part 2a is dimensioned in such a way that it forms a tight fit with the inner diameter of the collar 1d. Coaxially to the upper part 2a, the brush body has a through hole 2b in which a flexible, slightly conical nozzle 3 is arranged. This spout 3 is used to insert the trunk 1c when assembling the vessel 1 with the brush 2 and, in addition to holding functions, also performs the sealing at this point.
It opens on the bristle side in the region of the ends of these bristles 2c and supplies them with the substance that has been pushed out.
Inside the vessel 1 is the supply 4 of a paste-like substance, for. B. shoe polish. A flat piston 5 forming the upper end of the supply 4 serves to convey the supply which can be ejected from the vessel 1 through the trunk 1c and fed to the brush 2.
For this purpose, a threaded spindle 6 which is arranged in the vessel axis and which is adjustably supported in a corresponding nut thread in the piston 5 is axially displaceable and freely rotatable about its own axis through the upper end wall of the vessel 1, designed as a cover 7 passed through. Its outwardly protruding free end is provided with a finger rest 8 attached so that it cannot rotate.
To use the device described, the same is held by placing the index finger on the support 8, vertically between the thumb and the ver remaining fingers of one hand (Figure 3). As a result of axial pressure on the spindle 6, the piston 5 experiences a certain advance as required, whereupon part of the substance is fed to the bristles 2c from the supply 4, which, for example by a circular movement of the hand, on the object to be provided with the substance, z. B. a shoe, distributed who can.
According to the amount of substance expelled, the piston 5 and with it the spindle 6 with the support 8 moves against the trunk 1c until the position 8 on the end wall 7 rests. For further substance delivery, it is now necessary to enlarge the free length of the spindle 6 protruding upward from the piston 5, which is possible by rotating the latter, when the piston 5 is stationary, about its own axis. This can be done with one-handed operation by placing the device in the cupped hand and turning the support 8 with the thumb and forefinger. In this way, the entire supply 4 ge, depending on the size of the piston advance, can be removed from the vessel 1 in stages and consumed.
As a result of the embodiment shown and described, the height of the pressure element 8, 6 for each För deretappe can be adapted very easily to the respective hand size of the user for one-handed operation of this device. A cup-shaped lid 9 pushed over the bristles 2c, the upper edge of which is clamped to the body of the brush 2, protects against soiling when not in use.
The device shown is particularly suitable for one-hand operation compared to known devices of this type. It is handy and clean to use and allows very inexpensive production.
