Electrically operated valve The electrically operated valve of the main patent contains a wet steam medium located in an enclosed space, which persists in a specified temperature range in the wet steam state and acts on a movable valve element under spring pressure and adjusts this depending on its pressure. wherein the control medium is electrically heated.
The invention of the main patent is characterized in that an electrical resistance heater is provided for heating the control medium in the space mentioned.
Although this system has proven itself very well, there is a certain disadvantage that when the electrical resistance heater is burned, the control chamber containing the control medium must be opened and then; that means after replacing the resistor, the control medium n-it has to be filled again in the specified amount.
The present invention is intended to remedy this disadvantage and an easy replacement of the counter stand without opening the control chamber made union.
The present valve according to the patent claim of the main patent is characterized according to the present inven tion in that the resistance heater is surrounded by a sleeve which is connected to the boundary wall of the space in which the wet steam medium is located, so that the resistance heater, without having to open the chamber containing this medium: is accessible and exchangeable from the outside.
The invention is based on! The accompanying drawing, for example, is explained in more detail: The accompanying drawing shows part of an electrically operated valve in the same view as FIG. 1 of the main patent. On a bottom plate 1, for example, three struts 2 are provided (only one strut 2 is visible) that carry an attachment.
At this attachment a cylinder 4 is be fastened, in which a piston 5 is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable. The upper end of the cylinder 4 forms a perforated plate 7. The piston 5 is under the pressure of a helical spring 17, which strives to move this upwards. A pin 15 is in contact with the piston via an intermediate piece 18. A handle 20 for manual adjustment of the pin 15 is connected to the intermediate piece 18. The pin 15 directly actuates the movable union valve members, such as valve head (not shown).
On the attachment part 3, a container 8a is screwed ver, through which a membrane 9 he stretches. The membrane 9 is displaceable in the vertical direction. The space below the membrane 9 or
Above the piston 5 is filled with a hydraulic transmission medium, for example water. The space above the membrane 9 is filled with the control medium, which is partly gaseous and partly in the entire temperature range. is in the liquid state, i.e. forms a two-phase system. The housing 23 is screwed to the housing 8a as shown.
From the jacket of the housing 8a extends into the interior of the same a- for example in cross-section circular sleeve 50. This sleeve is firmly closed against the inside of the housing 8a and serves to accommodate the heating resistor. 11a.
The heating resistor 11a is preferably dimensioned in such a way that it fills exactly the inside of the sleeve 50, so that there is practically no thermal resistance to the heat transfer from the resistor to the sleeve. The sleeve 50 is preferably arranged in such a way that it remains in contact with the liquid component of the control medium at least over the greater part of the entire temperature range.
The arrangement described ensures that after the housing 23 has been removed, the resistance 11a can be exchanged or replaced without any difficulties and without having to open the chamber containing the control medium.
