Buckling device for vehicle occupants The invention relates to a buckling device for vehicle occupants which is provided with a diagonal belt. A known buckling device with diagonal belt has two belt parts, one of which is attached to the ground and the other to the door post of the vehicle. The two parts of the belt are fastened by a buckle when using the belt; connected with each other.
In another known buckling device, there is only one belt which is attached to the top of the vehicle at one end and the other end of which has a buckle which can be engaged in a fixed anchorage on the ground. The disadvantage of these known devices is that the belts lie around freely in the vehicle when not in use or hang around and prevent the vehicle occupants from getting in and out.
The belt parts are also soiled, the dirt being transferred back to the clothing of the vehicle occupants when the belts are used. Although suspension devices have become known to which the free end of the unused straps can be hung, practice shows that the straps easily fall out of the suspension devices when getting in and out.
The present invention aims to avoid these disadvantages. The buckle device according to the invention for vehicle occupants, with a diagonal belt, the buckle of which can be anchored in a counterpart attached to the vehicle, is characterized in that the end of the belt facing away from the buckle can be locked in at least one direction of movement Retraction device is included,
which is designed to accommodate the entire length of the unused belt. In the accompanying drawings, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. It shows Fig. 1 is a side view of a first Ausfüh approximately form in the used state, Fig. 2 is a side view of the first embodiment in the unused state, Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section through the retraction device of the first embodiment,
4 shows a section along the line AA in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows a side view of a second embodiment in the used state, FIG. 6 shows a side view of the second embodiment in the unused state, and FIG. 7 a vertical section through a clamping device for the second embodiment.
In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, 1 denotes a belt, at one end of which a buckle 2 is attached. The buckle 2 can be hung on a hook 3. The hook 3 is attached to a side wall or a side post of the vehicle. The other end of the belt 1 is taken m a retraction device 4 attached to the floor of the vehicle, which has a slot 4.1 and a release button 4.2. In Fig. 3, 4.3 denotes a drum on which the belt 1 is wound.
The end of the inserted through the slot 4.1 in the retraction device 4 belt 1 is not presented in a manner such. B. by riveting attached to the drum. The drum 4.3 is pressed onto bearing sleeves 4.4 and 4.5, which in turn are rotatably mounted on an axis 4.6. The axis 4.6 is secured against rotation in a manner not shown in a base frame 4.7.
A spiral spring 4.8, the ends of which are fastened by means of screws 4.9 on the one hand to the axis 4.6 and on the other hand to the drum 4.3, endeavors to rotate the drum counterclockwise (FIG. 4). The belt 1 is fastened to the drum in such a way that it is wound up when the drum is rotated counterclockwise. The left flange of the drum is provided with saw teeth 4.10. In this toothing engages a pawl pin 4.11, wel cher in two holes 4.12 of the.
Basic framework 4.7 is performed. A spring plate 4.13 supported on a shoulder of the latch bolt 4.11 receives one end of a compression spring 4.14, the other end of which is supported on the base frame 4.7. The compression spring 4.14 thus strives to push the pawl bolt 4.11 into the saw teeth 4.10. With the release button 4.2 attached to the pawl bolt 4.11, the former can be withdrawn from the saw teeth.
The retraction device 4 is provided with a hood 4.15. The Anschnallvorrich device according to FIGS. 1 to 4 works as follows In the unused state, the belt 1 is wound by the action of the spiral spring 4.8 on the drum 4.3 until the buckle 2 on the casing 4.15. Retraction device 4 comes to rest.
To buckle up, the passenger must pull the release button 4.2 so that the latch bolt 4.11 disengages from the saw teeth 4.10. The belt 1 can now be unwound from the drum 4.3 by pulling it. The buckle 2 is attached to the hook 3. The spiral spring 4.8 winds the belt back onto the drum so that the belt is tensioned.
Releasing the release button 4.2 prevents the belt from being pulled out any further, so that the vehicle occupant is secured by the belt.
Instead of the saw toothing, a toothing blocking in both directions of rotation can also be seen. For this purpose, it is also possible to use a perforated disk with a transverse engaging pin.
It goes without saying that the arrangement of the hook 3 and the retraction device 4 can be interchanged. It is also possible to bezw the retraction device 4 under the floor. to be arranged behind the inner side wall of the vehicle.
In Fig. 5 and 6, 1 again denotes a belt, one end of which is provided with a buckle 2. The buckle 2 can be suspended in a hook 3 which, in this embodiment, is attached to the floor of the vehicle. A retraction device 5 is arranged behind a side wall or in a window post of the vehicle.
The belt 1 is inserted into the retraction device 5 through a slot 5.1. The belt is fed like a bottle, with his. End is fixed in a holder 5.2 on a vehicle wall. The belt is guided over a first roller 5.3 and a second roller 5.4, which is pulled down by a tension spring 5.5 so that the belt is always tensioned GE. The roller 5.4 can be guided in a vertical guide (not shown), which prevents the same from pendulating during travel.
The belt can be clamped by a segment lever 5.6. The release button 5.7, which brings the segment lever 5.6 out of a grip with the belt, is used to release the clamping.
According to FIG. 7, the roller 5.3 is rotatably mounted on an axle 5.8, which in turn is fastened in a holder 5.9. The segment lever 5.6 is pivotably mounted on an axis 5.10, which is also fastened in the holder 5.9. The part of the segment lever 5.6 coming to a grip with the belt 1 is provided with teeth 5.11. In the other end of the segment lever, an axis 5.12 is mounted, on wel cher a bolt 5.13 engages. At the other end of the bolt 5.13, the release button 5.7 is brought up.
A compression spring 5.14 seated on the bolt 5.13 strives to rotate the segment lever 5.6 clockwise so that its toothed part comes into engagement with the belt 1.
The buckle device according to FIGS. 5-7 ar processed as follows In the unused state, the belt 1 is retracted under the action of the tension spring 5.5 until the buckle 2 is on the vehicle wall. To pull off the belt, the passenger pulls on the release button 5.7, whereby the segment lever 5.6 comes out of engagement with the belt 1. When the belt is pulled out, the roller 5.4 is lifted and the tension spring 5.5 is tensioned. The belt is anchored by hanging the buckle 2 on the hook 3.
When you let go of the release button 5.7, the compression spring 5.14 pushes the segment lever 5.6 with the teeth 5.11 into engagement with the belt, so that it is blocked against further extension.
In both embodiments, the buckle 2 can be provided with a triggering device known per se which allows the belt to be separated from the anchorage without the buckle having to be unhooked from the hook 3.
It is also possible to use a short auxiliary belt instead of the hook, which is attached to the vehicle at one end and has a counterpart to the buckle of the main belt at the other end.
Furthermore, the release button 4.2 BEZW in both retraction devices. 5.7 with a delay device, for example air damping. be provided. This holds the release button in the pulled position for a few seconds after releasing it, so that the belt can be pulled out more comfortably without pulling the release button at the same time.
