Process for the production of prestressed anchors for structures, such as retaining walls, excavation securing devices and the like and prestressing anchors produced according to this method Certain structures such. B. retaining walls, construction pit safety devices and the like, often require anchoring by horizontally or approximately horizontally arranged anchors, which are installed first and then prestressed. The manufacture and installation of such anchors has so far been very complicated and time-consuming.
With the invention, this work can be simplified and accelerated wesent Lich.
The invention relates to a method. for the production of prestressed anchors for structures, such as retaining walls, excavation securing devices and the like, according to which an anchor tube provided with a drill head, in which an inner tube is arranged coaxially while maintaining a gap, one end of which in:
a bore of the drill head of the anchor tube is held, and the other end is held in an end piece screwed onto the outside end of the anchor tube, is driven into the subsoil through an opening in the structure to be anchored,
whereupon a hardening injection compound is driven out under pressure through the inner tube and the outlet openings provided in the drill head and then after removal of the inner tube through outlet openings provided at least behind the drill head in the wall of the anchor tube to form at least one anchor block , and after hardening of the anchor block formed in this way by means of a clamping nut screwed onto the outer end of the anchor tube after removing the end piece, which is located on an annular,
on the protruding end of the anchor tube bene, supported on the surface of the structure to be anchored facing away from the ground, the anchor tube is tensioned.
The anchoring can have any anchoring depth or length and the anchor tube as well as the inner tube can be composed of two or more tube parts that can be screwed together or connected in some other way according to the requirements of the advance in the subsoil. The anchor tube can be driven in by actual drilling, i.e. turning the anchor tube. However, the anchor tube can also be hammered into the alluvial base, which does not contain any larger stone blocks.
If necessary, flushing water can also be used when driving in the anchor tube, which is fed through the inner tube and exits through the outlet openings of the drill head. Furthermore, the anchor tube can at best be driven into a pilot bore. The anchorages. are attached in larger or smaller numbers and according to distribution depending on the nature of the subsoil and the size of the structure to be anchored.
The load-bearing capacity of the individual anchors can be chosen arbitrarily within wide limits, and it is adapted to the prevailing conditions.
The invention also relates to a prestressing anchor produced by the method according to the invention for structures such as retaining walls, construction pit protection and the like, which is characterized in that it consists of a drill head provided with injection openings at the front and has injection openings at least behind the drill head Anchor pipe, which is driven into the subsoil and anchored in this by at least one anchor block formed by injection of a hardened injection compound,
which anchor tube is pretensioned by a tensioning nut screwed onto its outer end over the structure to be anchored, which is supported on an annular pressure plate pushed onto the outer end of the anchor tube on the surface of the structure to be anchored facing away from the subsoil :
In Fig. 1 of the drawing the essential parts for the production of the prestressing anchor according to the invention are shown in axial section, for example, and FIG. 2 shows, for example, an anchoring for a structure produced by the method according to the invention. Based on the drawing, the method according to the invention is also explained in more detail, for example, after standing.
The prestressing anchor has two or more anchor tube parts 1 which are connected to one another by means of threaded sleeves 2 which have larger diameters and which form outwardly protruding beads. The foremost anchor tube part 1 is completed at the front by a welded drill head 3, wel cher is equipped with 4 drill steels. The drill head 3 also has a larger diameter than the armature tube parts 1.
To drive the anchor tube formed from the anchor tube parts 1 into the ground, an end piece 5 is screwed onto the rear end of the rearmost anchor tube part 1, via wel ches the drive or
the advance takes place. In the anchor tube formed from the anchor tube parts 1, a coaxial inner tube formed while maintaining a free space is arranged during manufacture from pipe pieces 6 which are connected to one another by threaded sleeves 7.
The foremost pipe section 6, provided with a sealing sleeve, is guided in a bore in the drill head 3 and opens into outlet openings 3a provided in the drill head 3, the rear end of the rear most.
The pipe section fr is guided in a bore 8 in the end piece 5 while the anchor pipe is being advanced. Through a recess at the bottom of the rear end of the rearmost - anchor tube part 1 receiving threaded hole of the end piece 5 inserted from the rear end of the rearmost pipe pieces.
6 penetrated sealing insert 9, the anchor tube is closed off to the rear during its advance. The end piece 5. has at the rear a connected to the bore 8 threaded bore 10, in which a not shown in the drawing. Connection piece of a flushing water line can be screwed: Behind the.
Drill head 3 are seen in the wall of the anchor tube part 1, distributed on the circumference of injection openings 11. Corresponding injection openings 11 can also be provided in the wall of the other, mainly the anchor tube parts which are closer to the drill head 3. The anchor tube parts 1 can by welded-on rings 12- after. Need to be reinforced.
In Fig. 2, A is a retaining wall denotes net, which is based on the subsoil B. In the retaining wall A, an opening C is made, through which the anchor tube formed from the anchor tube parts 1 is driven into the subsoil B. First, the end piece 5 is screwed onto the rear end of the anchor tube part 1 welded to the drill head 3 and this anchor tube part 1 is driven into the basic B construction.
When the end piece 5 is in front of the retaining wall A, it is unscrewed from the anchor pipe part 1 and a further anchor pipe part 1 is attached by means of a threaded sleeve 2, on the rear end of which the end piece 5 is screwed, whereupon the advance of the anchor pipe is continued. In the same way, more anchor tube parts 1 are set, and the anchor tube is driven further into the subsoil b until the intended anchorage depth or length is reached.
If the anchor pipe is propelled by actual drilling, i.e. rotating the anchor pipe, then the drill head 3 during propulsion, if necessary, flushing water through the inner, formed from the pipe sections 6 and the threaded sockets 7 and during the advance according to the extension of the anchor pipe extended pipe are fed. Once the intended anchoring depth or length has been reached, the end piece 5 is unscrewed and a connection piece of a pressure line (not shown) is screwed into the rear end of the rearmost pipe section 6 of the inner pipe.
A hardening injection compound is then introduced under pressure into the inner pipe through this pressure line and exits through the outlet openings 3a of the drill head 3 into the subsoil. Thereafter, the inner tube is pulled out of the anchor tube, the pressure line ruled out to the outer end of the anchor tube itself, and injection compound is introduced under pressure into the anchor tube.
The injection compound is expelled into the subsoil B through the injection openings 11 provided behind the drill head 3 in the wall of the anchor pipe part 1 and now forms an anchoring block together with the injection compound expelled through the outlet openings 3a of the drill head 3. At the same time, one or more further anchoring blocks are formed, if necessary, through injection openings provided further out on the anchor tube.
The anchor tube is anchored in these anchoring blocks by the larger diameter drill head 3 and the threaded sleeves 2 forming beads on the anchor tube. Part of the injection compound fills the space between the anchor pipe and the subsoil B resulting from the larger diameter of the drill head 3, so that the anchor pipe is fully connected to the subsoil along its entire length. Concrete mortar is generally used as the injection compound; however, other suitable injection compounds can also be used. After setting or
When the injection compound hardens, an annular pressure plate 13 is pushed onto the end of the anchor tube protruding beyond the structure, i.e. in the present case the retaining wall A, and placed against the surface of the retaining wall A facing away from the subsoil. By means of a screwed onto the outer end of the armature tube clamping nut 14, which is supported on the said pressure plate 13, the armature tube is now tensioned before. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the contact surface for the pressure plate 13 can be provided in a niche cut out in the retaining wall A.
